Universities are opening related majors and subjects to nurture the problem-solving fusion that businesses want. The time has come when rapid technological. On this thesis, we analyzed three years (2017-2019) of survey result of Women University students in order to figuring out and dealing with the change in 4th industrial revolution and intellectual information technology. It turns out that 1) there was an increase of interest in 4th industrial revolution from 59% in 2017 to 80% in 2019, 2) IoT, ICT, Artificial Intelligence, and Education Research System became top priority in technical strategy, 3)the prime keyword is AI, robot, job, 4)the expectation on increasing of the opportunity and the number of jobs in science technology field was 50%, 5)the importance of universities and companies was 50%, 80% each, 6) the information needed for science technology were educational discipline, change in future science, prospective future information in order, and 7)the most needed education were education on creativity, coding, cross-subject, engineering in order. In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, it is essential to expand the SW manpower base in various fields. University education, which should provide connectivity for super-fusion, should provide curriculum optimized for industrial demands such as, fusion and connected education, creative thinking, self-directed problem solving and etc.

현대 사회는 경제, 사회, 문화 등의 모든 분야에 걸쳐 극심한 경쟁상황에 직면하여 생존과 발전을 위해 고객위주의 전략을 수립하지 않으면 안 된다. 국내의 교육시장도 마찬가지로 교육시장 개방과 주 고객인 진학예정 학생수의 감소, 교육기관 특히 대학의 과잉으로 말미암아 대학간의 경쟁이 치열해 졌으며 특별한 대책이 없는 한 머지않아 상당수의 대학이 사라질 형편이 되었다. 이런 현상은 지방대학의 경우 더욱 심한 상황이고 따라서 각 대학들은 다양한 생존전략을 수립하여 어려움을 극복하고자 한다.(중략)

교육 서비스의 수요 측면인 학습자의 니즈가 날로 높아감에 따라 e-learning의 발달과 함께 혼합화의 추세가 보편화되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유아 내지 K-12 교육 분야에서의 혼합형 학습의 효과성에 관한 실증적 연구를 통해 그 실효성을 입증해 보고자 한다. 이를 토대로 유아 내지 K-12 교육 분야에서의 혼합형 학습에서의 전략성의 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

This study is influenced by the artificial intelligence based IOT which is emerging in the fourth industrial age. Also, at the time when the elderly population is soaring in the age of aging, the new knowledge and information literacy ability of the elderly population will be focused on the adaptation of the elderly people due to the ICT education effect. The purpose is to find out. The results of this study are as follows. First, it can be concluded that IT education has positive effects on digital capacity and quality of life of elderly generations and on actual IOT - based web mobile use. However, there were differences in competency depending on the existence and duration of information education and the division according to various criteria such as occupation and education, and accordingly, the provision of customized education in the fourth industrial age and quality of life, It also provides a comprehensive discussion and course presentation in the direction.

이 연구는 학교 교사가 직접 System을 운영할 수 있도록 함으로써 학교교육과 방과후 교육을 연계시키고 현장 교육 중심의 사이버교육이 되도록 함을 목적으로 했다. 현재 많은 가정에 고속의 전용선이 설치됨으로써 각 가정에서도 ON-Line 교육에 쉽게 접근할 수 있게 되었다. 가상학교, 가상수업에 관한 기존 연구들은 주로 시스템의 설계에 치중하여, 이러한 시스템을 도입하려는 일선 학교에 구체적인 도움을 주지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 연구들이 제시하는 가상수업의 구성요소 중 공통적인 것을 선택하고 학교 현장에서 수학 교육을 담당하고 있는 교사가 직접 이 사이트를 실험적으로 운영하게 함으로써 실제교육 현장에서 사용 할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 수업과 관련된 주제로 토론을 하거나, 학습자료 파일을 업로드 및 다운로드 할 수 있게 하고, 다른 지역의 개인이나 학급과 편리하게 의사소통을 할 수 있게 하고 개인 상담을 할 수 있는 메일기능을 활용하여 교수-학습을 용이하도록 하였다.

e-learning을 통한 교육은 이제 대학 내뿐 만 아니라 중ㆍ고등학교나 기업체 등에서도 이루어지고 있는 것이 현실이다. 사교육비의 과대지출로 중ㆍ고등학교에서의 e-learning을 통한 교육은 이제 교육사업에 커다란 부분을 차지해 갈 것이 분명한 사실이다. 기업체 또한 기업 내 인력양성을 위한 모든 교육을 시간과 장소의 구애를 받지 않는 e-learning을 통한 교육으로의 전환이 이미 많이 이루어졌고 앞으로 더욱 많아지리라 생각된다. 하지만, 사교육이나 기업 내 추가적인 인력양성 교육에서의 e-learning의 도입을 통한 교육의 성과보다는 대학 내 e-learning을 통한 교육이 일반 대학생들이 오프라인 수업의 보조학습이 아닌 대체학습으로서 과연 대학 내 대표적인 e-learning 수업진행을 맡고 있는 OCU를 기본모델로 현재 e-learning을 통한 OCU수업을 듣고 있는 학생들을 대상으로 본 학습에 얼마나 많은 이해를 가지고 있는지를 알아보고자 한다. 또한 오프라인에서의 수업과 e-learning을 통한 수업의 이해도와 만족도에 얼마나 차이가 있는지 실증분석 해 보려 한다. 이 결과로 앞으로 대학 내 e-learning을 통한 학습에 문제점이 있다면 분석하여 오프라인의 보조학습이 아닌 대체학습으로 나아가는데 지식전달의 효율성 측면에서 나아갈 방안에 대해서 연구해 보려 한다.

이 연구의 목적은 에너지신산업 분야 디지털 혁신공유대학 온라인 교육과정을 수강한 학생들을 대상으로 교육과정에 대한 만족도 및 인식을 조사하고, 학습자의 수업만족도와 핵심역량 간의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 에너지신산업 분야 디지털 혁신공유대학 교육과정을 수강한 학생들의 교육과정 만족도 조사 결과를 양적, 질적 방법으로 분석하고, 분석 결과를 토대로 혁신공유대학 교육과정 설계 및 개발 방향과 시사점을 제시하였다. 이 연구 결과는 향후 디지털 혁신공유대학 교육과정 질 관리 환류 체계를 마련하고, 지속적인 교육과정 질 관리 시스템 구축을 위한 토대가 될 것으로 기대한다.

항공사가 매년 정기적으로 수행하고 있는 정기 안전 교육 프로그램(Safety Training Programs)을 통한 객실승무원의 안전인식(Safe Recognition) 변화와 직접적인 사고 발생 시 즉시 행동으로 연계되는 안전행동(Safety Behavior)을 연구하여 항공안전의 목표를 달성하고, 사고를 방지하여 항공사의 신뢰도를 향상시키고 다른산업에서 직원안전교육을 수행할 경우 안전교육의 내용,절차, 횟수등을 제시하는 지표로 활용하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 항공사 객실승무원의 안전 교육 프로그램이 객실승무원 안전인식과 행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 안전인식이 정기안전교육 프로그램과 안전행동의 관계에 있어서 매개효과(mediating effect)가 있는지 파악해보고자 한다.

The Capstone design, has become one of the most important topics in engineering education. The Capstone Design a course with a different format from the traditional form of education and, by integrating the training learned in the course of expertise. Through it, you will learn how to analyze and design solutions to possible problems arising from industry. It can improve the practical skills required in the industry. The students can participate in the educational process according to the pre-prepared curriculum, rather than passively receiving the education in the form of an active. In this paper, we check the operating status for the Capstone Design Education. The future, through the satisfaction evaluation model Capstone Design Capstone Design effective management plan is presented.
