교육 환경의 변화와 정보 기술의 변화에 따라 정보 교육을 효율적으로 실시하기 위하여 정보 교육 시설의 설치에 대한 필요성과 이를 활용한 정보 교육의 효율성을 극대화하기 위한 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 본 고에서는 정보 교육의 목표와 오늘의 현상 및 문제점을 분석하고 동시에 "정보소양능력"을 배양하기 위한 '정보 교육"을 위한 정보교육 시설의 구비 요건, 구축 모델 제시, 바람직한 운영방법을 제시하고자한다. 운영방법을 제시하고자한다.

With the program outcomes of 'the Accreditation of Engineering Education' in Korea, the acquisition and assessment of ethical attitudes as an engineer is emphasized these days. In this study, we surveyed and investigated the attitudes and ethical minds of college students majoring in information and communication engineering regarding their professional attitude and ethical behavior at present and in the future by assuming their hire in this industry. The average score of engineer ethics was 2.25 out of 5. Multi-variate regression found that the unethical attitudes of information and communication engineer were more distinct for students of older age, students with 'rude and insulting' attitudes, students who had not served in army, students who are not idealistic, and students who do not live with parents. The results provide educators with useful understandings related to the engineering ethics education program for college students.

방위산업기술보호법의 대상기관인 각 군(軍)은 방위산업기술보호 인식 및 역량 제고를 위한 방위산업기술보호 교육이 필요하다. 방위산업기술 즉 기밀기술정보, 비기밀통제기술정보, 핵심기능(CPI)에 대한 보호조치 등 군(軍) 방위력개선사업 실무절차와 관련된 특징을 고려하여 전력소요제기~운용시험평가~후속양상 구매 배치에 이르는 전(全) 단계에 방위산업기술 보호 지침에 따라 보안조치가 이루어져야 한다. 이러한 보안조치는 교육을 통해 효과가 극대화 된다. 따라서 본 연구는 각 군(軍)의 방위산업기술 보호에 관한 교육의 발전방안을 제시하는데 주안을 두었다.

국민들의 최대 관심사는 과거가 아닌 미래이다. 세계 각국에서는 이러한 국민의 요구에 부응하고자 20여 년 전부터 필수로 미래 예측을 하고 있으며, 예측한 정보를 자국민들에게 제공하고 있다. 특히 미국의 경우 2003년부터 교육부와 노동부가 함께 부상하는 직업이나 산업 등에 대한 정보를 거의 매일 알려주는 서비스 등을 제공하고 있다. 이에 여기서는 미국 정부차원에서 제공하고 있는 미래 부상 산업과 직업군에 대한 정보를 살펴보고자 한다.

The study acknowledges the role of education in the period of fourth industrial revolution and urges active change of education. The library in fourth industrial revolution needs to think about the application of innovative technologies to library services, and to combine and cope with technology, human, and library. The starting point of this discussion should be education. The study purports to present the direction of librarian education in the context of fourth industrial revolution. The study analyzed the essence of fourth industrial revolution, the changes of libraries, educational implications of the fourth industrial revolution, and problems of librarian education. As a result, the study presented the direction of librarian education in the context of librarians' competences, content and methodological innovation.

글로벌 경쟁 환경 하에서 신발산업이 지속적으로 성장, 발전하기 위해서는 정보기술의 활용도 증진과 e-비즈니스의 활성화를 위한 정보화 교육이 필수적이다. 정보화 교육의 실행을 위해서는 먼저 체계적인 교육 과정이 개발되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 부산지역의 신발업체를 대상으로 실시한 교육수요조사를 토대로 교수체제설계(ISD: Instructional System Design)기법을 적용하여 신발업체를 위한 정보화 교육 과정을 개발하고 이의 효율적 실행을 위한 각종 지원 방안을 제시한다. 교육과정 개발을 통해 낙후되어 있는 신발산업의 정보화 교육을 지원하고, 업종별, 직능별, 수준별 맞춤식 교육의 기틀이 마련될 수 있을 것이다.

Throughout the years, cybersecurity incidents related to the shipbuilding and maritime industries are occurring more frequently as the IT industry develops. Accordingly, expertise in the information protection industry is necessary, and effective education contents on information protection are needed for this purpose. Recently, there have been more and more cases of increasing user experience by applying Metaverse technology to the educational field. Therefore, this study analyzes the existing information protection education and training and the information protection education contents in the maritime industries and proposes four directions for content development (i.e., online education and seminars, cybersecurity threat learning of virtual ships, accident reproduction, and maritime cybersecurity exhibition operation).

본 연구는 대학의 전자상거래학과 교육과정 개발을 위하여 산업체를 대상으로 전자상거래 인력에 대한 교육수요조사를 실시한 결과를 나타내고 있다. 전국을 대상으로 전자상거래 관련 업무를 수행하고 있는 기업의 인력에 대하여 설문 조사를 수행하였는데 일반 산업은 전통적인 오프라인 기업에서 전자상거래를 도입한 경우를 중점 조사하여 비즈니스와 정보기술 지식이 결합된 체계적 교육과정을 개발하여 대학에서의 효율적인 인력 양성 체제를 구축하고자 한다.
