  • The existing smart grid, which is centered on the power grid, is rapidly spreading to new energy and renewable energy such as heat and gas, which are expressed as smart energy. Smart Energy interacts with electric energy and is connected to wired / wireless network based on IoT sensor based on energy analysis using AI to rapidly expand ecosystem with various energy carriers and customers. However, smart energy based on IoT is lacking in technological and institutional preparation for security compared to efforts to activate the market according to the interests of government and business operators. In this study, we will present Smart Energy 's privacy policy in terms of value system(CPND) of convergence ICT.

Protection of Diversity through the Control of the Delimitation of the Audience Share in German Television (독일에서의 시청점유율제한을 통한 다양성 보호 연구)

  • The regulation of media concentration which is provided in the German Interstate Treaty on Broadcasting (RStV) is part of the rules forming the "positive broadcasting order" required by German Constitutional Law. This control ensures that the diversity of viewpoints can be articulated to the public. Broadcasting must operate independently from the state and from particular social groups if it is to be a genuine service to the public. One risk of economic competition in the media is a tendency towards the concentration of business enterprises. Moreover, economic competition is no guarantee for journalistic diversity. The aim of balanced diversity in the broadcasting sector can only be pursued by creating conditions under which different voices obtain the chance to be heard in an equitable manner. Within the framework of the meaning of section 26, it shall be assumed that there is a predominant impact on public opinion if the programs attributable to one company reach an annual audience share of 30 percent. The same shall apply if the company reaches an audience share of 25 percent and holds a dominant position in a related media-market or an overall assessment of its activities in television. The restriction of audience shares has limits such as that the audience shares of news programs and education and entertainment programs are pooled. Therefore, there is a vagueness about the productivity of different program branches.

However the Digital Contents Market could be shrunk by an illegal reprinting and imprudent using. As a result, recently we can see that using the contents illegally through Internet makes the troubles between providers and customers and finally they are at law. Therefore we urgently need a new technology which can prevent the contents from illegal using, illegal reprinting and imprudent using, We developed the system prohibits a imprudent using in order to activate the Digital Contents Market, We developed the system protects the contents safely by removing the dangerous for the illegal reprinting with providing the encoded contents and the system removes the contents according to the number of usage and the user authentication through network.

  • The domestic courier market, large and small companies working in more than 100 leading logistics service market is fully open. Year since 2001 has increased by 10%. 1.3 billion per year in 2011 saying the shipping box, and the market size is about 3 trillion won. Courier in 2012 with the growth of online shopping is expected to develop the industry further. However, these courier industry in appearance, but the consumer's personal growth and exposure, exploiting the fears of crime is high. In this paper, using DRM (Digital Rights Management) delivery method to implement information security system is proposed.

College Students' Cognitive and Behavioral Attitude toward Digital Behavioral Advertising and Personal Information Protection through In-depth Interview (디지털 맞춤형 광고와 개인정보 보호에 대한 대학생들의 인식 및 행동연구)

  • As digital advertising industry grows, consumers' concerns over personal information protect also rise. Thus, the current study is designed to explore college students' perspectives on digital behavioral advertising and personal information protection through in-depth interviews. According to study results, importance of personal information protection is highly regarded among college students and interviewees suggest individuals, companies, and government organizations work together to protect personal information. College students' behavioral level of personal information protection can be divided into three levels such as 1) no-action taken, 2) passive response, and 3) active response. The study found that college students' attitude toward digital behavioral advertising is positive and also negative at the same time. Lastly, the study suggests that college students have positive attitude toward companies' personal information collection and use for the marketing purpose such as digital behavioral advertising. At the discussion section this study puts emphasis on the need for digital media literacy education and suggests practical implications for personal information collection and its procedures.

  • Since Personal Information Protection Act came into effect on September 2011, PIA(Privacy Impact Assessment) of public institutions has become obliged. Therefore, an increasing demand for PIA professionals is being expected. In domestic, however, no specialized certificates exist and therefore similar certificates have become a requirement for PIA professionals. Henceforth, however, the system based on these similar certificates is to be an obstacle to advancing PIA. Therefore, this study analyzes the sufficiency of current similar certificates compared with the PIA qualification requirements. And then, analyzes the validity of allowance as similar certificates by using this outcome of the validity. As this comparison draws a clear gap between PIA qualification and similar certificates, this paper suggest three suggestions to improve current qualification. Three suggestions are expected to contribute a qualitative improvement of the PIA industry.
