This study proposes the methodology of analyzing the expected performance of the Integrated Computing Environment(ICE) on the assumption that the ICE of the agencies and the affiliated organizations under Ministry of Culture and Tourism is constructed and operated. The main objectives of the study are as follows : 1) deriving the performance criteria divided into the operational expected value and the strategic expected value of constructing and operating the ICE for Culture and Tourism informatization, 2) proposing the ways of extracting the detailed criteria for four performance areas(the degree of jnformatization efficiency, the degree of public service, the innovation and development of IS organization, the culture and tourism value creation) to evaluate the operational expected value based on the BSC(Balanced Scorecard) Perspective by using the CSF(Critical Success Factors) methodology, and 3) developing the detailed performance criteria and measures for the economic evaluation of the informatization efficiency from the TCO(Total Cost of Ownership) perspective and suggesting the practical evaluation method by applying them to the case of Culture and Tourism informatization.

이 연구에서는 "민간기업의 정보화에 소요되는 자원을 제공하여 수혜기업의 경영성과와 이를 통한 연관산업의 경쟁력 증대를 도모하는 정보화 분야의 정책적인 기업지원서비스"를 "기업지원 정보 서비스"로 정의하고, 기존 공급자 중심의 사업목표 달성여부의 평가를 위한 평가지표 개발연구에서 벗어나, 중장기적 관점에서 기업지원 정보서비스 활용요인과 성과에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서비스 활용요인을 기업지원서비스 품질(정보, 서비스, 시스템)과 조직특성(정보기술자원의 성숙도, 조직문화)차원으로, 기업성과 차원을 정보 지향성(Information Orientation)개념과 경영성과 요인으로 구성하여 기업지원 정보서비스의 활용과 기업 성과의 영향관계 살펴보고자 하였다. 실증연구는 산업정보지원센터의 서비스를 활용하고 있는 186개의 기업체 표본을 수집하여, 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석한 결과 설정한 모든 경로가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 특히 서비스 품질과 조직문화가 활용수준에 큰 효과를 보이고 있으며, 정보지향성이 경영성과를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과는 정보화 분야의 기업지원 서비스 정책 수립 방향과 개별기업의 전략적 정보 기술 활용을 위한 주요한 시사점을 주고 있다.

최근 정보통신 분야에서는 기술의 발전과 더불어 온라인디지털콘텐츠 산업이 급속히 성장하면서 실정법상의 관련법 규정이 기술과 산업 발전을 따라가지 못하고 있다는 지적이 폭넓게 제기되어 왔다. 따라서 제반 기술과 온라인디지털콘텐츠 산업의 급속한 발전을 적절하게 뒷받침해주는 관련법 제정이 시급하다는 여론이 높았다. 이와 관련, 학계와 업계 및 관련기관의 전문가의 의견을 종합적으로 수렴, 검토하고 정보통신부 및 문화관광부 등 정부의 관계 부처와 충분한 협의를 거쳐 '온라인디지털콘텐츠산업발전법안'(이하 '디콘법')을 마련 의원입법으로 국회에 제출, 이번 정기국회 회기 내에 확정 짓기로 했다

최근 디지털화의 가속, 통신 인프라의 확충 등으로 전자, 정보 통신 기기들이 단일 네트워크로 연결되어 영상 및 음향정보를 서로 공유할 수 있는 환경이 마련되고 있다. 다시 말해 가정 내 모든 기기들이 네트워크화되어 마치 하나의 기기처럼 작동이 가능하게 되는 홈네트워킹의 구축이 가능해 지고 있는 것이다. 최근 LG경제 연구소에서 발행한 한 보고서에 의하면 홈네트워킹 관련 기술의 급속한 발전으로 새로운 사업 기회가 등장하고 있다. 이를 기회로 적극 활용하기 위해서는 국내 기업들의 기술력 제고, 전략적 제휴 확대 등을 통한 전반적인 경쟁력 강화가 시급하다고 지적하고 있다.

정부의 업무 중 각 부처간 영역에 있어 중복 부분은 늘 있게 마련이다. 때문에 정부는 각 부처 간 중복 사업 때문에 언론의 지탄을 받기도 했다. 최근 들어서 IT부문의 중복 투자 및 업무영역 분쟁 등으로 언론에 오르내렸던 부분이 관련 부처의 협의를 통해 수정되었다. 특히, 정통부와 산자부, 정통부와 문화부, 정통부와 공정위 등 IT산업의 특성상 정통부와의 업무 중복 논란이 많았던 점을 감안할때 정통부 업무와 관련한 조정이 많았던 것이 특징이다. 더불어 정통부는 정보통신산업 및 정보화의 종합 조정 부처로서의 역할을 담당한다는 것에 합의안을 도출했다. 관련 기관 및 업계에 정보를 전달하기 위해 지난 7월 13일 최종 합의된 정부부처간 경제정책 조정회의 최종안을 게재한다.

중동은 문화와 역사, 전통이 풍부한 지역이다. 어떤면에서는 정말 대단히 풍부하다. 이러한 "고도의 순수 가치" 부문과 여태의 잠재적 시장은 미국과 유럽의 비즈니스계에 흥미를 주고 있다. 그러나 미국의 정보업체들은 중동에 대해 전문적으로 다루고 있는 고품질 자료를 풍부히 가지고 있지 못하다. 우리의 자료도 이 지역에 대한 충분한 지침을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 신생 시장에 관한 관심이 중동에만 집중되어 있는 것은 아니다. 그러나 이 지역에 관련된 놀랄만한 수치의 소스가 만들어졌다. 이 가운데 어느 정도가 사업 결정을 지원해줄 수 있는 구체적인 정보가 될 것인가 하는 것은 또 다른 문제이다.

본 연구는 인터넷 게임중독을 치료할 수 있는 통합적 치료방안을 제시하였다. 기존에는 예방을 강조한다든지 게임클리닉센터를 통해 중독자에게 약물치료라든지 심리치료를 받게 하였다. 그러나 본 연구는 크게 세 가지 관점-인터넷 게임에 대한 문화적 이해, 인터넷 게임에 대한 심리치료, 인터넷 게임에 대한 물리치료적 접근-에 포커스를 둔 통합적 치료 방안을 제시하였다.

In most countries, public libraries play a role as a knowledge and information hub for local communities, a complex cultural space, and a third place for meetings and communication. Among the work of public libraries for this purpose, the key point is systematic collection development, and the established collection is essential for all knowledge and information services. In particular, local representative libraries must perform legal duties as a comprehensive knowledge information center for metropolitan governments, and develop, preserve, and service specialized collections that are difficult for other public libraries. Therefore, we analyzed the development cases of specialized collections of public libraries in large cities in foreign countries and local representative libraries in Korea, surveyed the degree of awareness of specialized collections for employees of public libraries and the cultural to geography in Gyeongbuk region. Based on the background information, this study proposed the development plan and establishment strategy of the Gyeongbuk Library specialized collection, which was named "Gyeongbuk Knowledge and Cultural Heritage."

Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs prepared the method to update traffic connection system by amending "National Transport System Efficiency Act(hereinafter Act)". The key is a development of Intermodal Transfer Center. The law and guideline related with Intermodal Transfer Center requires the installation and operation of transfer information guide facility to improve user's convenience. However, there are no sufficient studies that can be used as references for the method to construct transfer support information system related with user's preference. The study performed the research about user's service satisfaction in relation with transfer support information service, which was embodied in model operation process, on the basis of transfer support information system of Intermodal Transfer Center applied to Gimpo Airport. The analysis result about service preference, importance of each supplied information, service satisfaction and consideration for service embodiment can be used as a guideline to embody the user information service of Intermodal Transfer Center. In addition, through CVM, the study estimated and proposed the service valuation of smart intermodal transfer service that provides customized information to cope with user's situation and traffic means operation status among transfer support information service. It is determined that the study will measure the benefit of Intermodal Transfer Center user by using monetary value when smart intermodal transfer service is supplied and provide the ground to expand high-tech transfer information service with high usefulness and convenience.
