A Study on the Development of Media Information Literacy Concept and Educational Contents (미디어정보 리터러시 개념과 교육내용 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to define the concept of media information literacy and to develop educational content. To achieve the purpose of the study, literature analysis, interviews with field experts, and surveys with teacher librarians were conducted. The field experts recognized the media as a tool to use information and recognized information problem-solving skills, reading comprehension ability, media functions, case activities, and affective domain as the areas of media information literacy education. The teacher-librarians thought that information and media literacy which include its competency and educational content are more important than the digital literacy. As a result of the study, the concept of media information literacy was defined as knowledge, skills, and attitudes including the concepts of literacy, media literacy, information literacy, and digital literacy. In addition, educational contents of media information literacy were developed so that 'participation in democratic society', 'classification of media tools and contents', 'basic human rights', 'skills', 'digital tool manipulation' and 'information problem solving process' can be combined and applied in context.

A Study on the MARC Format for Holdings Data (소장데이터용 MARC 포맷에 관한 연구)

  • This article investigates the general characteristics and developments of the MARC format for holdings data. It also analyzes the record structure, content designation, and the content of it, mainly based on USMARC and KORMARC formats. Structure and content designation of them are almost same with those of the bibliographic and authority formats. The data fields divided into functional blocks based on their functions, but only 0XX, 5XX, 8XX fields are used in the holdings formats. Record contents of the data in the 008 fields include more elements related to the holdings and acquisition information. Variable fields can be grouped into several blocks, including those for numbers and codes; for notes fields, for location , and for holdings data. Holdings data fields include caption and pattern fields, enumeration and chronology fields, textual holdings fields, and item information fields. This article analyzes the content in each data fields in detail.

Analysis of Copyright Education in Informatics Curriculum and Textbook for Middle School (중학교 정보 교육과정과 교과서를 통한 저작권 교육 현황 분석)

  • This paper has analyzed contents of copyright education in Informatics textbook in middle school curriculum and has proposed ways to enhance copyright education. In this paper, we have analyzed Informatics curriculum, authorized textbook, and teacher's guide book for middle school revised in 2007 and have extracted contents and systems of copyright education in Informatics course. We examined studies on the copyright education and analyzed on the basis of interest, understanding, usage, and practice of copyright. As a result, copyright education has turned out to be focused on 2nd level of information society and information technology. We found that copyright education was necessary both directly and indirectly in various parts and levels in that it is an optional subjects. This paper suggests the possibility of copyright education in Informatics curriculum for middle school and the copyright education is expected to be reinforced.

  • 본 논문은 문서의 내용을 요약하기 위한 시스템의 구현에 대해서 다룬다. 문서의 내용을 분석하기 위해서는 문서의 키워드를 추출하고, 추출된 키워드를 사용하여 문서의 핵심 내용을 찾는 두 가지의 작업이 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 키워드를 추출하기 위해 형태소 분석 및 전처리기, 그리고 단어의 공기 관계 그래프를 이용한 키워드 추출기를 이용하였으며, 추출된 키워드를 이용하여 문서의 핵심 문장을 찾아내는 핵심 문장 추출기, 그리고 추출된 문장을 분석하여 내용을 요약할 수 있도록 해주는 구문분석기가 이용된다.

  • 본 논문에서는 중등 교육에 적합한 데이터 리터러시 핵심 역량을 도출하기 위해 국내외 중등 교육과정의 내용을 분석하였다. 고등 교육 졸업생들을 대상으로 개발된 기존 데이터 리터러시 역량 프레임워크를 분석 매트릭스로하여 한국, 영국, 호주, 싱가포르, CSTA의 교육과정 내용을 분석한 결과, 중등 교육과정에서 공통적으로 나타나는 역량과 기존 프레임워크에 있으나 중등 교육과정에는 포함되지 않은 역량, 기존 프레임워크에 없지만 중등 교육과정에서 공통적으로 나타나는 내용 등을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 초등학교에서 재량활동인 컴퓨터 교재의 내용은 ICT 소양교육을 중점으로 기능 교육(한글, 파워포인트, 윈도우, 통신 등)에 대한 내용이 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 특히 초등학생들은 이미 생활에서 쉽게 접하는 정보화 시스템에 익숙하여 컴퓨터를 다루는 기능은 교재의 수준을 상당히 갖추고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 현재 초등학교에서 사용하고 있는 초등컴퓨터 재량활동 교재의 내용에 변화가 필요함을 나타내기 위하여, 부산광역시교육청의 초등컴퓨터 재량활동 교재인 '즐거운 컴퓨터'의 내용과 부산광역시 4, 5, 6학년 초등학생들의 ICT 활용기능을 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과를 통하여 초등학생의 ICT 기술능력이 컴퓨터 교재의 내용을 앞서고 있음을 보이고 향후 교재내용의 변화가 있어야함을 보인다

Additional Disclosure of Consolidated Audit Details and Auditor Response (연결재무제표 외부감사실시내용 추가공시정보와 감사인 대응)

  • This study examine the relation between additional disclosure information of external audits details on consolidated financial statements, audit hours, and audit fees. The results of the analysis of listed companies that disclosed consolidated financial statements from 2014 to 2016 are as follows. First, the additional disclosures of the consolidated financial statements external audit is positively associated with the audit hours of the auditor. This result can be interpreted that the additional disclosure of the consolidated audit information is based on the incentive to provide useful information of auditor. Second, the audit fees of the auditors for additional disclosures in the consolidated financial statements were not significantly related. This suggests that, the additional disclosure of the consolidated audit practice is not based on the auditor's perception of the audit risk. This study provides that information on the external audit details of audit reports and consolidated audit reports is distinguished and disclosed, providing useful information to researchers. In addition, this study suggests policy implications by demonstrating that disclosure of the details of the external audit of the consolidated financial statements is based on the auditors' incentive to provide useful information.

  • The development and diffusion of PC network have impact on civil administration service that has become part of our daily lives. This study constructs the theoretical background on the civil administration service, examines the development of it, investigates and analyzes the actual conditions based on its information structure and contents, and suggests some recommendations to enhance the service.

  • This study suggests a fundamental contents role model for multimedia school library. For the purpose of the objective, this study, at first, overviews currents situation of school libraries in Korea, and analyzes three multimedia school libraries of the United States and three school libraries' homepage of Korea to compare the contents of information services.
