본고에서는 광대역 무선 멀티미디어 재난통신 기술의 기술개발 동향 및 표준화 동향을 알아본다. 기술 개발동향의 경우는 정보시스템, 센서망, 통신 인프라 측면에서 개발하고 있는 프로젝트 내용을 분석하고 필요한 기술들을 알아본다. 표준의 경우는 MESA, ETSI (EMTEL, TETRA, SES) 등 주요 표준 단체의 표준 추진현황을 살펴보고 내용을 설명한다.

대부분의 내용기반 이미지 검색 시스템은 이미지의 특징 벡터인 색상, 모양, 그리고 질감에 의해서 유사한 이미지를 검색하는 기법을 제공하고 있다. 최근 이러한 내용기반 이미지 검색 기술은 의료 영상 이미지와 같은 다양한 분야에 적용되고 있으며, 이에 따라서 의료 이미지를 분석하여 저장, 검색하기 위한 데이터베이스 시스템이 증가하고 있다. 그러나, 대량의 이미지로부터 원하는 이미지를 검색하기 위해서는 이미지의 메타데이타를 효율적으로 표현해야 하며, 의미성과 이미지의 특징 데이터를 통합적으로 저장 관리 할 수 있는 이미지 데이터베이스를 설계하고 구축해야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 내용기반 이미지 검색 기법을 살펴보고. 이미지를 내용기반으로 분류하고 저장할 수 있는 데이터베이스 시스템을 설계하여 효율적인 의미기반 검색을 지원말 수 있는 모델을 제시한다. 다계층 메타데이타 레이어 구조로 이미지에 대한 개념 지식 모델을 표현하고, 이미지내의 객체를 메타데이타로 표현하여 분류할 수 있는 모델을 제안한다. 또한, 이미지 내용검색을 지원하기 위한 시스템 구조를 설계하고, 메타데이타가 저장되기 위한 관계형 모델을 스타 스키마의 형태로 제시한다. 제안된 방법은 의미적인 이미지 내용 검색 방법의 지원에 활용될 수 있다.

본 연구는 적극적인 의사 참여가 이루어지고 있는 인터넷 커뮤니티상의 혼수용 한복 관련 콘텐츠를 분석하여 구매 전 정보탐색 요인과 구매 후 정보 제공 요인을 비교분석하고, 그에 따른 혼수용 한복 마켓팅 전략을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법은 논문, 학회지, 인터넷 관련 도서, 간행물 등을 통한 문헌고찰과 인터넷 커뮤니티 사이트의 가입 회원들의 의견 교환 콘텐츠를 분석하는 내용 분석법을 병행하였다. (중략)

The study aims to analyze the notion of web navigation in library and information science (LIS) by investigating the concepts and its consequences. The analysis is based on 32 articles published in international LIS journals between 1995 and 2012. The study noted the changing contexts of information retrieval in the Web environment, and discusses the changes over time in the way in which the notion of navigation have been regarded. Three main concepts are identified: navigation behavior, navigation strategies, and navigation designs.

This study investigated news comprehension via the social media by comparing the reading of a news story on the news paper. A news story on the social media was suggested to present information in a conversational form, which differs from a traditional reporting style. To compare the different forms of news information presentation, two conditions were created: in a control condition, a news story was written in a traditional reporting form. In the experimental condition, the same news story was constructed in a conversational form. Participants were assigned randomly in one of two conditions. They read the news story and afterwards, they were asked to recall firstly, the core idea of the news story, secondly the whole news story, and finally to answer to the 10 questions that assessed how well they learned from the news story. Participants' responses were content-analyzed and produced six variables, the extent to recall the core idea, the extent to recall the whole story, the extent to recall wrong information, the extent to recall additional information, the extent to recall causally related contents in general, and finally the extent to recall causally related contents in story-specific. Analyses on the six variables revealed that the group in the news paper condition recalled more core idea, the whole story, and additional information than the group in the social media. But the news paper condition recalled less of wrong information than the group in the social media condition. Additionally, the news paper condition learned more than the group in the social media. Regarding the recall of causally related contents, the general causal relationships were recalled more in the group in the social media condition but the story specific causal relationships were recalled more in the group in the news paper condition. The findings seemingly indicated that a traditional news reporting contributes to news story comprehension more than the conversational form. Authors however added discussions and advised that the findings needed to be read under caution.

본 연구에서는 학습자의 수준에 맞는 적합한 학습 내용과 평가 문제를 제공하고, 그 평가 결과를 분석하여 반복학습 및 심화학습을 효과적으로 제공하는 웹기반 퍼지 교수 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해 코스웨어를 설계시 학습목표의 중요도, 학습내용의 난이도, 학습목표와 학습내용과의 관련성과 각 항목의 가중치를 고려한 퍼지 함수에 의해 퍼지 소속성을 가진 퍼지 언어 변수로 각 프레임에 대한 수준을 표현한다. 이와 같이 퍼지 함수를 이용함으로써 학습자의 수준을 분석하고, 이에 적절한 학습 및 평가 내용을 제공하는데 여러가지 다양하고 불확실한 요소들을 고려하여 처리함으로써 보다 융통성 있고 효과적인 교수 학습 방법을 지원할 수 있다.

본 논문은 표준화의 추진시 고려하여야 하는 지적재산권 문제와 관련하여 국내의 정보통신 분야 표준화에 대한 지적재산권정책의 전반적인 현황 및 동향을 분석하여 소개한 것이다. 초기 우리나라의 정보통신 표준화 관련 지적재산권정책은 정보통신부에서 정한 지침에 의하였으나, 오늘날의 급변하는 환경에 따른 시대적 요청에 부응하여 자유 시장경쟁 원리를 존중하고 민간분야 활동의 활성화를 도모한다는 차원에서 1997년 5월에 표준화와 관련된 지적재산권 처리 문제가 한국정보통신기술협회(Telecommunications Technology Association: TTA)로 이양되었다. 이에 따라 TTA에서는 자체적으로 새로운 지적재산권정책을 수립하여 시행하고 있는 한편, 지적재산권 자문위원회를 설치.운영함으로써 표준화와 지적재산권 문제 해결에 노력해 오고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 초기 정보통신부의 지적재산권정책 내용과 현재 시행하고 있는 TTA 지적재산권정책의 내용을 최근의 주요 동향과 함께 살펴보고자 한다.

최근 컴퓨터 및 정보통신기술 등의 급속한 발전과 국가 정책에 따른 세계 최고수준의 If 인프라 구축에 따라 인터넷 이용률 및 인터넷에 의한 범죄 등이 급증하고 있다. 특히, 가장 많은 인터넷 사용 연령층이 초등학교 고학년에서 대학생들로 그들의 인터넷 이용률은 90％이상을 차지하고 있으며 사이버 범죄의 절반정도가 이들에 의하여 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 이들 학생을 위한 정보보호관련 교육내용과 교육환경의 열악함은 학생들이 죄의식 없이 범죄를 저지르거나 그들 자신들이 피해자가 되는 사회로 방치되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제8회 정보보호심포지움에서 발표하였던 '초중고 정보보호교육 강화'의 내용을 보완하여 대학교를 포함한 정규학교에서의 정보보호교육내용을 분석하고 정보보호교육환경의 현황을 파악하였다. 또한, 이에 관한 결론으로 정보보호교육 강화 방안을 제시하였다.

본 논문은 정보화 시대에 있어서 요구되는 정보의 내용이 다양해지고 각 전문 분야별 정보의 내용이 많아짐에 따라 이용자들에게 필요한 정보를 더욱 편리하고 간단한 방법으로 제공할 수 있도록 하기 위한 정보 통신 분야의 한글 정보 검색시스템 (ETLARS)의 설계 및 구현에 관한 내용을 서술하고자 한다. 특히 구현된 본 시스템은 현재 국내의 정보검색 분야에 있어서 아직까지는 이렇다할 시스템이 없는 시점에서 전자 통신 분야의 전문 정보를 수록한 한글 데이타베이스를 구축하여 통신 유관 기관을 포함한 전국의 불특정 다수에게 하이텔 및 인터넷 서비스를하고 있는 중이며, 이러한 전문정보외에도 이미지, 음성 등 멀티미디어 정보의 추가 및 유저 인터페이스의 향상 등 계속적인 시스템 보완을 통해서 이용자들의 요구조건을 충족시켜 줄 수 있는 시스템으로 발전해 나갈 계획이다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a new educational model of information retrieval suited to the practical needs. For this, technical, methodological, social, and economic changes of information retrieval environment are analysed and the required roles for the information retrieval services are evaluated. In addition, this study investigated the educational situation of the subject of information retrieval at 32 universities and 2 institutions. The findings suggest that the subject of information retrieval should be seperated into theoretical instruction and practical hours in order to meet the new requirements.
