This research focused on the major determinants for the technology roadmap utilization of the R&D project after the adoption of the technology roadmap in the R&D intensive organization. The study was performed based on both theoretical study and qualitative case study approaches. The results of this study are summarized as in cases where the R&D project team has higher organizational capability - specifically, relation and research capability, even more technology roadmap is used. In terms of the needs of times, this study regarding the technology roadmap utilization is anticipated to be a good reference for the R&D-oriented organizations and technology-related studies in coming years.

Recently, the elderly who actively use the Internet and digital devices are increasing. This study aims to investigate the effect of the willingness to use technology, digital alienation and experience of assistant who help technology use on life satisfactions of elderly consumers who are considered to be the vulnerable in the use of information technology. A total of 311 elderly consumers over 60 who can utilize information technology were selected as a research sample and data were collected through an online survey. As a result, it was found that elderly consumers have a strong will to utilize information technology independently, perceive a low sense of digital alienation, and receive help from others when using technology. In addition, the lower the perceived digital alienation, the greater the experience of help from others in the use of technology, the higher the elderly consumers' life satisfaction significantly increased. This study is valuable in that it reveals the factors affecting the improvement of life satisfaction of elderly consumers in the high-tech environment and suggests political and practical implications.

본 연구에서는 연구개발정보센터(KORDIC)의 해외과학기술정보 서비스(Oversea -Advanced Scientific Information Service, OASIS)인 한민족과학기술자네트워크(KOSEN, The Global Network for Korean Scientists and Engineers)와 해외과학기술정보네트워크 (OSTIN, Oversea Scientific and Technological Information Network)를 서비스 중심으로 소개하고 이용자 만족도 조사·분석을 통해 두 네트워크가 단순 정보 교환의 매개체로 활용되는 것이 아니라, 고급 지식을 전달하는 매개체로 활용되도록 하기 위한 효율적인 KOSEN/OSTIN 활용방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

본 고에서는 생산정보 처리 기술 중에서, 컴퓨터 이용설계와 공정설계(CAPP) 분야에서의 생산정보 통합 활용에 필요한 특징형상과 부품 관련 생산정보 통합 활용에 필요한 데이터베이스 설계라는 두 가지 경우에 국한하여 생산정보를 통합 활용하려는 연구 결과를 정리한다. 즉 밀링 가공 공정을 대상으로 "지적 공정설계 기술 개발" 과제를 통해 얻은 50개의 특징형상과, "S사 금형공장 생산관리 시스템 개발" 과제를 통해 얻은 데이터베이스 설계 방법이 정리되어 있지 않고 CAD/CAPP 통합 및 생산관리 시스템 구축이라는 일부 예에 불과하나, 새로운 연구 분야인 생산정보 통합 기술의 정립에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.술의 정립에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify how to construct roles and services appling advanced information resources management to improve usage and utilization in corporation that is affected by changing information and competition environment. 학습자들은 소양교육으로 정보통신기술에 대한 기초적인 지식과 활용 능력을 습득하고 이를 토대로 각 교과에서 정보통신기술을 활용할 수 있어야 한다. 이 두 가지의 교육이 서로 연계하여 이루어질 때 정보통신기술 활용 능력은 가장 효과적으로 신장된다. 이러한 소양교육과 활용교육 연계선상에서 이루어지는 교육이 바로 웹 신문학습이다. 그러나 웹 신문학습이 정보통신기술 소양 능력 향상에 영향을 미치는지의 검증 연구가 진행되지 않아 교육효과에 대한 불확실성을 갖고 있었다. 이에 컴퓨터 교육의 목표를 효율적으로 달성할 수 있는 교수 학습 방법인 웹 신문학습을 수행한 후 정보통신기술 소양 능력을 측정하여 객관적인 수치로 교육적 효과를 검증하였다.

급변하는 환경속에서 중소기업이 살아남기 위해서 필수적으로 요구되는 것이 정보기술이다. 특히 최근에 와서 인터넷의중요성과 활용이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 인터넷에 관한 실태분석을 통하여 활용방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 전국의 중소기업 126개 업체를 대상으로 설문지를 배포하고, 회수된 82부중 64부를 실제분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과 중소기업에서는 인터넷에 대한 필요성은 강하게 느끼고 있지만, 인지도는 그리 높지 않았고, 사용시간도 낮은 수준이었으며, 주로 활용하고 있는 업무는 마케팅 업무였고, 활용되는 분야는 검색과 전자우편이 주를 이루었다. 인터넷의 활용으로 달성할 수 있는 성과로는 중소기업의 신속한 기술정보 제공으로 나타났다. 실태분석을 통하여 중소기업이 취할 수 있는 활용방안은 의사소통의 원활화, 업무자동화, 경영전략 단계 등임을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이상과 같이 중소기업이 인터넷을 활용하고 있는 정도는 미약하지만, 강한 필요성을 느끼고 있고 정부차원의 지원을 통해 인터넷은 중소기업의 필수 불가결한 정보기술, 나아가서는 경쟁무기가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 최첨단 기술정보를 기반으로 경쟁하는 기업들이 첨단기술정보, 창조정보, 지식정보를 통합한 통합정보를 최적으로 경영하여 이를 연구원에게 제공함으로써 창조성을 극대화할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 각 기술정보, 창조정보, 지식정보의 기본적인 가치를 측정하는 정적평가와 정보의 공유도산출이라는 동적평가를 동시에 수행하는 평가시스템으로 설계하여 이들 정보의 활용도를 극대화시키는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다.

This study presents two dimensional views of IT-use behaviors. It examines public employee's IT-use behavior as manifested in two ways: acceptance on IT, utilization on IT. This study investigates levels of employee's the acceptance and utilization on IT in the Korean Central Government(ministry and agency) and analyses factors affecting public employee's the acceptance and utilization on task-related IT in the public sector. This study tries to examine the variables affecting the acceptance and utilization on IT; especially, the influences of such variables as leadership, task-related communication with people, task motivation, IT usability and ease of uses, task understanding in the context of Korean Central Government. Based on a questionnaire survey in Korean Central Government(8 ministries, 5 agencies) that have implemented Government Knowledge Management System(GKMS), 311 valid instruments were received and analyzed using various statistics and structural equation model(SEM). And this study will adopt try to delineate pre and intervening conditions for public employee's the acceptance and utilization. According to the results of interviews and SEM analysis suggests that the influence of task-understanding, organizational communication, IS usability were statistically significant in the acceptance and utilization on IT. And it is also hoped that the path-analytic model suggested in this study helps reveal the causal chains between the acceptance and the utilization. Especially, task-understanding proves to be important in encouraging public employee's the acceptance and utilization. This result illustrates why task-understanding people are the key to utilize the task-related IT in public organization.
