It is just two years that our country drived forward the project acquiring and using the scientific and technological information of the former USSR. The activities acquiring information are necessary to stir up the scientific and technological cooperation with the former USSR. But it is impossible for any man or institution to accomplish the activities acquiring the scientific and technological information of the former USSR, on the whole, considering political and economic confusion, perfect security policy, and 6,000 research institutes in the former USSR and so on. Thus the support of specialists and budgets should be realized in the national level, along with taking a proper step on mutual cooperation between the related institutions.

Ministry of Education ＆amp; Human Resources Development has drawn up and carried out various plans to improve the education of the information communication technology application of teachers, who are the most central forces leading the education of the information communication technology. But this current efforts of teachers have put emphasis on the skill-trained abilities. In this study, I compare the internal with the external evaluation tools about the current abilities of the information communication technology application of teachers and have developed the self-evaluation tools for this based on a good point of these tools. Through these evaluation tools, teachers will be able to integrate and evaluate the abilities of the real teaching-learning instruction and the abilities of the information communication technology application on the whole.

Activity-based modeling systems have increasingly been developed to address the limitations of widely used traditional four-step transportation demand forecasting models. Accordingly, this paper introduces the Activity-BAsed Traveler Analyzer (ABATA) system. This system consists of multiple components, including an hourly total population estimator, activity profile constructor, hourly activity population estimator, spatial activity population estimator, and origin/destination estimator. To demonstrate the proposed system, the emission impact of land use changes in the 5-1 block Sejong smart city is evaluated as a case study. The results indicate that the land use with the scenario of work facility dispersed plan produced more emissions than the scenario of work facility centralized plan due to the longer travel distance. The proposed ABATA system is expected to provide a valuable tool for simulating the impacts of future changes in population, activity schedules, and land use on activity populations and travel demands.

정보통신산업은 네트워크산업으로서 다른 산업에 비해 상호운용성 확보라는 목표달성이 매우 중요시되고 있으며 이를 위해 국내뿐만 아니라 국제표준화활동이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 지금까지 표준화활동은 대체로 ITU와 같은 공식적인 국제표준화기구를 통하여 이루어져 왔으나 최근 세계경제의 글로벌화에 따라 기업이 시장경쟁력 향상을 위한 전략적 수단으로서 공식표준보다 사실상표준을 활용하는 경향이 두드러져 표준화활동의 대변혁시대를 맞이하고 있다. 이러한 표준화환경의 변화에 따른 사실상표준의 중요성이 부각되면서 특정기술을 토대로 한 포럼활동이 최근 매우 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 우선 최근 큰 변혁기를 맞이하고 있는 표준화환경의 변화상을 살펴보고 이에 따른 표준화의 역할변화와 공식표준과 사실상표준의 차이점을 분석해 볼 것이다. 이어 최근 표준화에 중요한 역할을 하는 국제포럼의 주요특성별 분류와 공식표준화기구와 관계, 전반적 활동추세에 대해 분석해 볼 것이다.

This study examined that the assimilated web technologies can contribute to IS(information system) success. Through hierarchical regression analysis, the following findings are identified. First, top management championship, strategic investment rationale, and computer use and access affected web technology assimilation, and then web technology assimilation influenced on IS development success positively. Second, top management championship had more influence than other independent variables in strategies dimension of web technologies assimilation while strategic investment rationale did in activities dimension. Third, the strategies assimilation was more dominant than the activities assimilation for IS success. Thus it is concluded that IT including web technologies brings organizations a powerful business tool and high profit.
