As a sufficient workforce supports the industry's growth, workforce training has also been carried out as part of the industry promotion policy. However, the market still has a shortage of skilled mid-level workers. The information security disclosure requires organizations to secure personnel responsible for information security work. Still, the division between information technology work and job areas is unclear, and the pay is not high for responsibility. This paper compares job keywords in advertisements for the information security workforce for 2014, 2019, and 2022. There is no difference in the keywords describing the job duties of information security personnel in the three years, such as implementation, operation, technical support, network, and security solution. To identify the actual needs of companies, we also analyzed and compared the contents of job advertisements posted on online recruitment sites with information security sector knowledge and skills defined by the National Competence Standards used for comprehensive vocational training. It was found that technical skills such as technology development, network, and operating system are preferred in the actual workplace. In contrast, managerial skills such as the legal system and certification systems are prioritized in vocational training.

Due to increasing competition of globalization and fast technological improvements the appropriate method for evaluating and selecting IS-personnel is one of the key factors for an organization's success. Personnel selection is a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem which consists of both qualitative and quantitative metrics. Although many articles have discussed various knowledge and skills IS personnel should possess, no specific model for IS personnel selection and evaluation, to our knowledge, has been published up to now. After reviewing the IS personnel's important characteristics, we propose an approach for categorizing the IS personnel based on their skills, ability, and knowledge during evaluation and selection process. Our proposed approach is derived from a model of neural network algorithm. We have adapted and implemented the fuzzy ART algorithm with Jaccard choice function. The result of an illustrative numerical example is proposed to demonstrate the easiness and effectiveness of our approach.

경북대학교 이동네트워크 정보보호기술 연구센터(Mobile Network Security Research Center, MSRC)는 2000년 8월 네트워크 분야의 IT 연구센터(지식경제부지정 ITRC)로 선정되어 2008년 12월까지 8년 4개월간의 연구센터로서의 연구, 개발, 인력양성 활동을 성공적으로 수행하였다. 경북대학교 문상재 교수를 중심으로 POSTECH, 부경대학교, 호서대학교, 동서대학교, 경남대학교 등 6개 대학 연간 11여명의 교수진과 57여명의 대학원생들은 물론, 국내외 정보보호 분야의 외부 전문가와 관련 산업체들의 활발한 협력 연구 활동으로 논문, 특허, 산학협력, 표준화 등의 부분에서 우수한 연구 실적들을 도출하며, 지식경제부의 IT 대학 육성 지원 사업을 성공적으로 마무리 하였다.

본 논문에서는 IS 채용 담당자들이 한국의 신규 IS 실무자들에게 어느 IS 지식과 소프트웨어/IT 전문 기술이 얼마나 필요하다고 생각하는지에 대해서 실증조사를 하였다. 본 연구에서는 선행 연구 결과에 따라서 IS 실무자들을 초급 전문가, 중급 전문가, 고급 전문가, 그리고 제너럴리스트로 분류하였으며, 조사 결과를 이들 각 집단이 필요로 하는 수준과 비교하였다. 분석 결과는 한국의 IS 채용 담당자들이 IS 채용 담당자들이 전체적으로는 IS 실무자들에게 어떤 지식 및 전문 기술이 필요한지를 잘 파악하고 있으며, 또한 조직의 지식 및 지술 수요에 필요에 민감하게 반응하고 있다는 것을 보여준다. 분석 결과는 또한 IS 채용 담당자들이 기존의 초급 전문가에게 요구되고 있는 정도보다도 더 높은 수준의 "제품-지향성"을 신규 IS 실무자에게 요구하고 있으며, 도리어 중급 전문가에 더 가까운 지식 및 기술 구성을 갖고 있기를 신규 IS 실무자에게 기대하는 사람의 비율이 더 높다는 것을 보여준다. 분석 결과는 한국의 대학이 산업 지식 및 기술 수요에 맞추어 인력을 양성하고 있지 못하며, 이에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요하다는 것을 시사한다.

본 논문에서는 2015년도 이용 고객의 변화를 3년간 분석하여 이용행태를 모니터링하고 기관의 고객만족 개선 활동에 대한 고객의 의견을 분석하기 위함이다. 한국과학기술정보연구원의 국가과학기술지식정보서비스 (NTIS : National Science & Technology Information Service)는 사업, 과제, 인력, 연구시설 장비, 성과 등 국가연구개발 사업에 대한 정보를 한 곳에서 서비스하는 국가과학기술 지식정보 포털입니다. 부처별(기관별)로 개별 관리되고 있는 국가R&D 사업 관련 정보와 과학기술 정보를 공유하고 공동 활용해, 국가R&D 투자 효율성을 높이고 연구 생산성 향상에 기여하는 것이 주목적입니다. 국가과학기술지식정보서비스에 대한 고객만족도를 기반으로 하여 핵심고객을 예측할 수 있는 프레임워크를 구축하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서비스를 경험한 500여명의 의사결정자를 대상으로 국가과학기술지식정보서비스에 대한 고객충성도를 분석하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 인터넷 등 정보의 발달로 고객의 긍정적 또는 부정적인 구전이 급속도로 노출되는 환경에서 고객의 만족도를 관리함으로써 핵심고객을 확보하는데 사전 예측자료로 활용될 수 있다.

The persons who realize e-Business should have capabilities of understanding in both Information Technology and business processes. It is expected that current education policies and systems could not meet needs of e-Business Human Resources in Korea, In this paper. we define and categorize HR for e-Business. Using this, we present policies for a development of e-Business human resources. after conducting intensive field survey, Also we develop a program for e-Business education. In order to develop that, we research previous studies on skills and knowledge requirements of human resources and e-Business education program.

과학기술 연구자들의 협업을 지원하기 위해서 정보 자원 공유에 기반한 정보 유통 체제가 필요하나 현재 정보 유통 체제에서는 서로 이질적인 형태로 정보가 표현되어 있기 때문에 정보 공유의 기술적 한계를 갖고 있다. 그리고 대량의 정보 속에서 사용자가 원하는 정보를 선별하여 제공하기 위해서는 새로운 정보 유통 플랫폼이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 지식 기반 정보 유통 플랫폼 상에서 이용되는 국가과학기술 R&D 기반정보를 지식화하기 위해 국가과학기술 R&D 기반정보 온톨로지를 구축하여 이용함으로써 각 기관별로 관리하고 있는 인력, 성과물 등의 과학기술 R&D 기반 정보의 표준화된 지식관리 체계로 이용할 수 있다. 우리는 국가과학기술 R&D 기반정보 온톨로지를 구축하기 위하여 한국과학기술정보연구원(KSITI) 내부 성과물 정보의 실제 데이터들을 이용하여 온톨로지의 Individuals를 생성하였다. 정보 유통 플랫폼에서 온톨로지 형태로 구축된 지식을 이용하면 과학기술 R&D 기반정보에 대한 효율적인 관리가 가능하고, 정형화된 형태의 지식으로 개념화했기 때문에 지식 데이터의 공유와 재사용이 가능하다. 또한 단순 질의 검색이 아닌 의미 기반 추론을 이용한 지식 검색이 가능해지는 장점을 가진다. 우리가 구축한 국가 과학기술 R&D 기반정보 온톨로지를 이용하여 정보유통플랫폼(OntoFrame-K)에서 연구자 네트워크, 연구자 추적, 연구맵의 추론 서비스를 제공한다.

Information Security Incidents that have recently happen rapidly spread and the scale of that incidents' damage is large. In addition, as it proceeds to the era of converged industry in the future environment and the virtual cyber world expands to the physical world, new types of security threats have occurred. Now, it is time to supply security professionals who have a multi-dimensional security capabilities that can manage the strategies of technological security and physical security from the management point of view, rather than the ones who primarily focus on the traditional technologic-centered strategies to solve new types of security threats. In conclusion, in this paper we try to produce the curriculum of information security featured in the occupational classification system and analyze the subjects that are additionally required for those who move to other occupations to cultivate security professionals who suited to the converged-industrial environment. It is expected that multi-dimensional security professionals who suited to the converged-industrial environment will be cultivated by harmoniously integrating information security subjects from technological and business/managerial perspectives, and education training courses will be developed that effectively provide core knowledges per occupational classification when people moves to other occupations in the areas of information security.

In this paper by realizing the knowledge base on the web, for example, the information of the technology and human resources of the universities, which is the mecca of the knowledge management, technology information in various segment, education information, visible anti invisible knowledge information like technical advice, etc, and scholaristic knowledge like basic science technologies, economic theories which are verified by experts of the field, and pragmatic knowledge like technical patent, software, data base, also, hands on experience and knowledge like field technology, customer service, front line management. All those related information provides easy access to anyone who need of. This system is also designed for the utilization of the study, company activities, and professionals of the basic science technology which enables not only professor to exchange the research results but also, general public, companies, students can effectively share and exchange the information.

정보사회가 도래하면서 제7차 교육과정에서는 ICT 교육이 강조되고 있으나 컴퓨터 활용측면에서 교과내용이 편성되어 있고 컴퓨터의 구조와 그 동작원리에 관한 내용은 미흡하다. 그러나 컴퓨터의 구조와 원리에 대한 지식은 정보사회의 기초가 되는 핵심적인 지식일 뿐 아니라 수요가 급증하고 있는 정보기술 인력의 수급면에서도 필요하므로 그 교육이 강화되어야한다고 본다. 본 연구에서는 프로세서의 구조와 동작원리 중에서 연산부분을 중심으로 초등학생들의 수준에 맞게 시뮬레이션 형태로 설계한다. 이를 통하여 학습자가 조기에 컴퓨터의 내부구조와 동작원리에 대한 관심을 가지게 되고 나아가 컴퓨터관련 학문의 기초를 마련하고, 미래사회의 요구에도 부합될 것이라고 기대한다.
