A Study on the Establishment of a Methodology of GIS Audit (GIS 감리방법론의 정립에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to present a methodology of GIS audit system which fully reflects standardization regarding GIS. With the recognition of the problems stemming from data exchange, building costs, and budget waste, this study utilized the standardization for evaluation factors of GIS audit. After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of current audit methodology, this study pointed out the importance of audit, then presenting main audit factors followed by analyzing national standardization and extracting contents of audit to be added into the existing auditing items. Through the analysis of different types and characteristics, and both advantages and disadvantages of GASP, this study identifies and introduces a highly improved and practical methodology called Modified-GASP (M-GASP) that is basically set to be complementary and supplementary to GASP. Ultimately, the result of this study will support the higher degree of efficiency, stability, and extendability of GIS system, not to mention of strengthening the competitiveness of organizations involved.

  • 유비쿼터스 시대의 핵심 기반기술인 RFID와 관련하여 공공기관을 중심으로 시범 사업 및 본 사업이 활발하게 추진되고 있다. 또한 RFID 기반 정보시스템에 대한 감리 수요도 계속 증가하고 있으며, 특히 개인정보보호에 대한 관심이 확산되면서 보안감리의 비중도 높아지고 있다. 이와 관련하여 RFID 기반 정보시스템의 사업특성을 적절히 반영한 보안감리 점검항목이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현행 RFID 기반 정보시스템에 대한 감리를 보다 체계적이고 효율적으로 수행하는데 활용될 수 있는 RFID 사업특성기반의 보안감리 점검항목을 제안한다.

Priority Analysis for Applying Digital Technology to Improve the Efficiency of Building Supervision Work (건축감리 업무의 효율성 제고를 위한 디지털 기술 적용 우선순위 분석)

  • Building supervision can be defined as a major task that involves managing and supervising the construction process to support the creation of high-quality results. To successfully perform supervision work, it is necessary to collect various information generated in uncertain field conditions, but today, supervision is performed based on documents such as reports, so there are limitations in collecting information. In fact, it has also been reported that the recent collapse of an apartment building in Korea was caused by limitations of information communication in th supervision work. Accordingly, this study analyzed the types of digital technologies that can be used to improve the efficiency of building supervision work, and presented the prioritized application of them. Priority application was quantitatively evaluated using analytic hierarchy process on data through a survey. It is expected that the results of this study can be used as basic data to set the roadmap of digital technology for building supervision in the future.

  • Information technology have led to change the automation of large industrial control system as well as business system and environments. Industrial control system(ICS) is vital components of most nation's critical infrastructures such as electricity, natural gas, water, waste treatment, transportation and communication that are based of national security, safety of citizen and development of national economy According to the change of business environment, organizational management pushed integration all of the system include MIS and ICS. This situation led to use standard information technologies for ICS, this transition has been to expose ICS to the same vulnerabilities and threats that plague business system. Recently government obliged owners of the public information system to audit for safety, efficiency and effectiveness, and also obliged the owners of national infrastructure to improve their system security as a result of vulnerability analysis. But there doesn't prepare a security architecture and information security auditing framework of ICS fur auditing. In this paper, I suggested the security architecture and information security auditing framework for ICS in order to prepare the base of industrial system security auditing.

  • 국토해양부는 건설공사 부실방지를 위해 시공감리제도를 도입하고 이를 민간 감리전문회사가 수행하도록 하였다. 당초 감리전문회사의 등록 관리를 국토해양부에서 처리하였으나, 2005년 서울특별시 등 16개 광역자치단체로 이관하였다. 이에 따라 행정구역을 달리하는 주소지 이전, 양수 양도 및 합병 등 광역자치단체간 상호 업무협의와 관련서류의 이관이 지연되고, 관련 정보의 분석 및 통계관리 등을 수작업으로 시행함에 따라 업무효율성이 저하되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 16개 광역자치단체에서 분산 관리하고 있는 감리전문회사 등록관리 업무를 전산화하여 통합관리할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고, 프로토타입 시스템을 개발함으로써 행정업무의 투명성 확보와 행정 편익비용을 절감하는 등 감리전문회사 등록 업무의 효율성 제고를 도모하고자 한다.

  • Recently, due to the development of ICT technology, changes to the convergence service platform of information systems are accelerating. Convergence services expanded to cyber systems with 5G communication, IoT, AI, and cloud are being reflected in the real world. However, the field of cybersecurity audit for responding to cyber attacks and security threats and strengthening security technology is insufficient. In this paper, we analyze the international standard analysis of information security management system, security audit analysis and security of related systems according to the expansion of 5G communication, IoT, AI, Cloud based information system security. In addition, we design and study cybersecurity audit checklists and contents for expanding security according to cyber attack and security threat of information system. This study will be used as the basic data for audit methods and audit contents for coping with cyber attacks and security threats by expanding convergence services of 5G, IoT, AI, and Cloud based systems.

  • As the roles and interests or audit are growing with ITA law in operation from 2006, the interests about the way which makes project qualifies to improve is increasing through it. In this point of view, this study is trying to find the issue that can promote the efficiency and effectiveness of IT projects decreasing some trials and errors relevant to IT, when government or some public agency field promote e-Business. For this purpose, this study analyze IT application result about e-business project in some public agency field. And the case study will be checked out and evaluated by the quality-contents analysis study method on the point of view of the IT audit. The study result is expected to provide a more practical policy implications than traditional researches based on specific-element technology or business process model by making use of major review areas and improvement methods. In thus, it is expected that it will be helpful not only references of IT quality improvement but also policy promotions when the public promotes IT projects related with e-Business.

  • The user interface is the medium, which provides the users to have an access to the web-based information system. The user interface is the means of improving usability and accessibility for the user, as well as being the core component in the web-based information system. In this paper, the audit framework of the user interface was developed to upgrade the usability and accessibility; it was based on the three basic components of the current audit framework in the web-based information system. At the time of an audit, the UI process of the 'Analysis', 'UI Design', 'UI Production', and 'Test' was defined, which was analyzed through the web development methodology. Also, for the area of an audit, the 'Information', 'Design', and 'Technology' were defined by the analysis of the components that makes up the user interface, From the view of an audit, the standard criteria of an assessment were set as 'Usability', 'Accessibility', and 'Cross Browsing'. Through the framework that was proposed in this paper, practical audit applies the performed examples. By this, the efficiency of the proposed framework was verified.

Quality Improvement Method on Grammatical Errors of Information System Audit Report (정보시스템 감리보고서의 문법적 오류에 대한 품질 향상 방안)

  • Accomplishing information system, techniques, methodology have been studied continuously and give much help to auditors who are using them. Additionally audit report which is the conclusion of accomplishing ISA(information system audit), has law of a basis and phase with ITA/EA Law(Electronic Government Law). This paper is for better quality of ISA report. But it has more errors about sentence and Grammatical structures. In this paper, to achieve quality improvement objectives, it is necessary to recognize the importance of an audit report by investigating on objectives, functionality, structures and usability of a report firstly, and a legal basis, the presence of report next. Several types of audit reports were chosen and the reports errors were divided into several categories and analyzed. After grasping reasons of those errors, the methods for fixing those errors and check-lists model was provided. And based on that foundation, the effectiveness validation about real audit reports was performed. The necessity for efforts to improve the quality of audit reports was emphasized and further research subject(AI Automatic tool) of this paper conclusion. We also expect this paper to be useful for the organization to improve on ISA in the future.
