최근 벤처기업 주도의 새로운 서비스 제공으로 위성영상 비즈니스가 빅뱅 상황을 맞고 있다. 타분야에 사용되는 위성이나 비광학센서에서 관측된 정보가 질병이나 재난 예방 등 복잡한 현상을 해석하고 분석하는 데 유용하고 응용되고 있다. 위성의 활용은 어떤 서비스를 누구에게 제공할 것인가가 중요하므로 서비스 공급자 입장에서 서비스 체계와 자료 확보의 검토가 필요하다. 또한 위성에 탑재된 센서별 정보의 해석기법 개발 및 새로운 관측센서의 독자개발 능력 확보를 통해 기술 확산을 통한 새로운 혁신을 창출하는 데 도움이 될 것이다.

WAF의 등장으로 무선 인터넷 서비스의 발전은 급속도로 진행되고 있으며 찬선 단막기와 무선인터넷 전속 및 서비스 제공 기술의 발전은 유선 인터넷의 거의 모든 분야를 무선 인터넷으로 옮겨오고 있다. 하지만 휴대용 전화기나 PDA, 휴대폰 등 무선 단말기는 계산 및 저장 능력, 화면 크기 등에서 기존의 인터넷 호스트에 비해 많은 제약 사항을 가지고 있어서 각종 서비스들을 사용자에게 제공하기가 까다롭다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 무선 단말기에서 데이터를 요구할 때 제공되는 메타정보를 이용하여 사용자의 단말기에 적절한 페이지의 제공과 사용자 인증을 해결하는 방안들을 제안하여 열악한 유저 인터페이스와 느린 전송속도를 보완하여 사용자에게 편의를 제공하고자 한다.

고에너지물리연구에서는 입자가속기에서 배출되는 막대한 양의 데이터를 저장, 처리하기 위한 계산능력과 대용량의 저장장치를 확보하는데 어려움을 겪어왔다. 또한, 실제 실험에 참여, 연구, 분석하는 인력 또한 전세계에 흩어져 있어 실험의 효율성을 떨어뜨리고 있다. 이러한 어려움을 해결하고자 차세대 인터넷이라 불리는 그리드를 활용하여 고에너지연구에서 필요로 하는 계산자원과 저장장치, 데이터에 대한 접근성 등을 확보한다는 방안이다. 이 글에서는 CERN에서 개발한 EU-DataGrid 소프트웨어를 이용한 고에너지물리 데이터 그리드의 구축 상황을 기술하였다.

우리나라의 물관련 정보는 국토해양부 및 관련 기관에서 구축 및 운영, 개발 중에 있다. 이러한 시스템들은 치수, 이수, 환경 및 생태분야에 다양한 정보를 제공하고 있으나 제방에 관련된 다양하고 구체적인 정보를 획득하지 못하며, 시스템 DB간의 상호 연계가 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 제방에 대한 DB관리 및 향후 제방의 안전모니터링을 위해 정확하고 다양한 제방관련 DB구축이 요구된다. 이러한 제방관련 DB구축을 위한 과정은 다음과 같다. 제방제원 및 관리정보의 DB구축을 위하여 국내에서 수행하고 있는 사업인 하천일람의 "하천이력관리체계", 유역조사사업의 "WAMIS", 하천정보를 제공하고 있는 "RIMGIS"의 관련 자료를 분석한다. 기구축된 시스템과의 연계를 고려하여 물관리정보 표준과 RIMGIS 관련코드를 적용한 도형 및 속성 정보의 테이블 설계를 수행하며, 기구축된 시스템의 제방관련 수집자료 DB 및 관련 항목을 추가함으로써 제방제원 및 관리정보의 DB를 구축하도록 한다. 또한 향후 제방의 안전모니터링을 위한 관련항목을 포함하여 제방 유지 및 보수에 활용될 수 있도록 한다. 제방관련 DB구축은 치수시설물 안전모니터링의 기초를 마련하여 홍수방어 및 관리시스템 구축에 활용되어 인명 및 재산피해를 절감하고 기술수준을 향상시킴으로서 홍수 재해로부터 안전한 국토 건설 및 국민의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 것이다. 이러한 제방관련 DB구축은 기구축된 시스템과 연계하여 국가 홍수관리 시스템 구축, 치수능력증대, 장래유역단위 통합홍수방어 및 관리기술 개발에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

Anger cause heart disease and domestic violence and recently there have been an increasing number of media reports of crimes committed because of their inability to control their anger. Anger has been reported to cause massive financial losses due to heart disease and domestic violence. Therefore, since anger raises serious social problems and social costs, it is necessary to take active intervention methods to alleviate inappropriate anger coping. A variety of methods such as cognitive and emotional approach, psycho-mechanical approach, psycho-educational approach, relaxation therapy, cognitive behavior-art therapy, and stress immunization are being explored and utilized for presenting effective anger-coping intervention alternatives. In this manner, information and communication technology is likely to be used as an effective means for this, and various researches are being conducted. The purpose of this study is to develop an anger coping service technology using ICT (Information & Communication Technology) technology as an effort to improve anger coping ability. In other words, the goal is to develop a technology that delays anger and evokes the surroundings by providing location-based services to recognize anger situations and facilitate anger. This research is about the technology which intervene directly the anger situation to resolve it using location information and introduce the base technology to realize it.

Since MEST accredited web-based training institutes for teacher training in December 2000, although there have been growth quantitatively, due to the issues such as difficulty in securing time for training, in communications infrastructure, in interactions between instructors and learners, in fair online evaluation, in contents renewal, in management of learners, web-based training could not reach the potential we expected. This study was conducted to provide the directions for development of teachers' web-based training along with teacher evaluation for professional development. A survey and interview research was conducted to investigate and anaylze the satisfaction research and suggestions, levels of training system use of trainees who had participated in the pilot test of web-based training.

As it is shown that the Ministry of Education has asked teacher to use ICT (Information and Communication Technology) at least 10% of class time in core subjects of the 7th national curriculum, the ICT using education is being facilitated. In this point of view, current information subject curriculum can be criticized due to the lack of series and redundancy, less connectivity with ICT utilization in other subjects, limitation of training students to adapt rapidly changing world environment. Therefore, we analyze the England's ICT curriculum and derive the concrete objects for competence of students according to their ability, systematic connection with other subjects, class teaching methods based on activities. We insist on that information subject curriculum should focus on the development of learners' concrete competencies rather than learning of tools' functions.

현재 침입탐지시스템(IDS:Intrusion Detection System)은 다양한 평가요소들 - 탐지율, 오탐율, 새로운 공격탐지능력, 안정성 등을 기준으로 평가되고 있고, 이러한 결과는 제품의 보호수준을 결정하거나 한 조직의 정보보호장치로 적합한지를 평가하는 벤치마킹테스트의 방법으로 활용된다. 그러나, 이러한 평가의 결과는 조직의 침입탐지시스템을 구축하고자 하는 네트워크 환경하에서 각각의 침입탐지시스템이 갖는 특성에 따라 상대적인 평가는 가능하나 해당 조직의 네트워크 인프라와 위협요소, 취약점을 고려했을 때 보다 최적의 것이 무엇인지를 평가하는 방법으로는 한계가 있다. 그러므로, 본 연구논문에서는 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위한 방법으로서 조직의 정보보호 위험분석에서 도출된 해당 네트워크 환경의 자산, 위협, 취약성의 결과인 위험과 위험수준을 IDS 평가에 반영하여 조직의 환경하에 보다 적합한 침입탐지시스템 선정이 가능한 평가방법을 제안한다.

국내외적으로 스마트러닝은 자기주도형 학습과 같은 새로운 학습모델을 통해 기존 학습과 비교하여 높은 학습 성과를 있다. 그러나 다문화 가정 학부모는 디지털 기기에 대한 접근성과 자료 활용 능력이 일반국민에 비해 현저하게 떨어지는 정보격차로 인해 기존의 교육 콘텐츠의 효과적 활용은 제약점을 갖고 있다. 이 논문에서는 다문화 가정 학부모의 지능형 맞춤 교수학습 지원체제의 주요한 요구사항인 정보격차 해소를 위한 다문화가정 맞춤형 학습콘텐츠 추천 시스템의 설계를 기술한다.

도메인 적응 사전 훈련(Domain-Adaptive Pre-training, DAPT)을 활용한 한국어 문서 요약 연구에서는 특정 도메인의 문서에 대한 이해도와 요약 성능을 향상시키기 위해 DAPT 기법을 적용했다. 이 연구는 사전 훈련된 언어 모델이 일반적인 언어 이해 능력을 넘어 특정 도메인에 최적화된 성능을 발휘할 수 있도록 도메인 특화 데이터셋을 사용하여 추가적인 사전 훈련을 진행한다. 구체적으로, 의료, 법률, 기술 등 다양한 도메인에서 수집한 한국어 텍스트 데이터를 이용하여 모델을 미세 조정하며, 이를 통해 얻은 모델은 도메인에 특화된 용어와 문맥을 효과적으로 처리할 수 있음을 보여준다. 성능 평가에서는 기존 사전 훈련 모델과 DAPT를 적용한 모델을 비교하여 DAPT의 효과를 검증했다. 연구 결과, DAPT를 적용한 모델은 도메인 특화 문서 요약 작업에서 성능 향상을 보였으며, 이는 실제 도메인별 활용에서도 유용할 것으로 기대된다.
