Currently, ICT(Information and Communication Technology) education in elementary school is processed as a discretion class work. Such ICT education needs the research to change to a literacy education. This study is the teachers' recognition about the subject exclusive responsibility of ICT education in elementary school. As a result of a questionnaire, we analyzed that most of the teachers want to change the ICT education as a subject exclusive responsibility. Through these analysis results, this study provided basic data for effective operating of ICT education as the computer education.

컴퓨터 교과의 중요성에 비추어 볼 때 컴퓨터 교육이 독립교과로 채택되어야 함에도 재량시간으로 실시되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본고에서는 각 교과별 수업 내용 분석을 통해 컴퓨터 교과의 수업 내용 체계화를 연구하여 독립교과로서의 자리잡는데 기여하고자 한다. 우선 타교과 수업 내용 분석을 하였으며 각 교과의 내용 체계에서 컴퓨터 교과로 선정할만한 내용들을 조직하여 컴퓨터 교과의 내용 체계를 제시해 보았다.

충북지역의 C대학은 국립대 최초로 경영정보학과를 개설하여 20년 동안 관련 분야의 인재를 양성해 왔다. 하지만, 최근 학부제로 통합되어 운영되고, 기술기피 현상에 따른 전공 지원인력이 감소하고, 정보기술의 보편화로 경영정보의 정체성이 모호해지며, 국내외 경영교육 인증 실시로 인해 교과과정 재검토의 필요성이 제기되고, 지역 관련 업체에 진출하는 졸업생 수가 감소하게 되어 중장기적인 관점에서 학부과정 교과과정의 재검토를 실시하게 되었다. 관련 분야 실무종사자들을 대상으로 경영정보 분야의 지식수요를 파악하고, 재학생/졸업생 대상으로 교육서비스의 만족도를 분석하고, 국내외 전문가를 대상으로 자문을 받고, 경영교육 인증 관련 규정을 검토하는 등의 업무를 수행하여 교과과정 개편 기본방향을 설정하고, 교과과정과 교과운영방향을 제작하는 것을 목표로 작업을 수행하고 있다.

Recently as the focal point of interdisciplinary integration of learner's key competencies have been increased, it was the real solution to avoid excessive curriculum and reconfiguration of curriculum to provide actual learning opportunities. The purpose of this paper was to investigate information subject-centered inclusive education strategies for 21st century key competencies extension by Delphi study. As a result by a total 3 round Delphi method, information subject-centered curriculum integration for key competencies extension was to understand why they should be integrated and what can makes it com true. This elicited the consensual agreements of experts about information subject-centered curriculum integration aims, methods, contents, and evaluations ets. As a result, this study offers strategies of information subject-centered curriculum integration applicable to elementary and middle schools.

The "Information and Communication Technology Education Guidelines" was revised in December, 2005. However, students are still not taught the contents in the "Information and Communication Technology Education Guidelines Rev." and are not taught the contents in the "Understanding of the Information Processing" area among them in particular. Therefore, we analyzed the contents in the "Understanding of the Information Processing" area of the elementary ICT textbooks published on and after June 2006. In the result, the contents of many textbooks are not based on the "Information and Communication Technology Education Revised Guidelines" and programming languages using elementary school are too many. The revision of the elementary ICT textbooks must be settled without delay and the certification systems of elementary ICT textbooks must be improved.

정보 사회는 컴퓨터 과학이 실생활 뿐 아니라 모든 학문 분야의 기반이 되는 사회이다. 자원이 부족한 우리나라는 핵심 학문 분야의 인재 양성이 국가 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 원동력이 되기 때문에 컴퓨터 과학 분야의 인재를 양성하기 위한 정보 교육의 중요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 이러한 일환으로 2015 개정 교육과정에서는 정보 교육을 필수화하였고 어떻게 가르칠 것인가에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 교과서는 학습자의 가장 기본적인 학습 도구가 되는 것으로 어떤 지식을 어떻게 가르칠 것인가를 포함하고 있기 때문에 그 구성은 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 과학을 인력 양성을 위한 중요한 학문으로 인식하고 정보 교육의 활성화를 추진하여 실천하고 있는 영국의 교과서를 분석하고 우리나라에 주는 시사점을 제시하였다.

21세기 들어 컴퓨터와 통신 기술의 급속한 발전과 정부의 보급 의지로 인하여 정보기기 및 통신 장비는 급속한 발전을 이루게 되었다. 이에 정부에서는 중ㆍ고등학교의 컴퓨터 교육을 강화하기 위한 방안으로 현재 고등학교에서 추진하고 있는 정보소양인증 제도를 중학교까지 확대 시행하고 학교 교육과정에서 적극 반영하도록 하여 중 고등학교에서 컴퓨터 교육을 필수적으로 실시하도록 유도하고 있으며 현재 시행되고 있는 제7차 교육 과정에서는 모든 교과의 수업에서 10% 이상에서 컴퓨터를 비롯한 정보통신기술 활용을 목표로 각 교과별 정보통신기술 활용 내용을 개발하여 교과서 편찬시 반영하도록 하여 이를 보급하려 하고 있다. 또한 2001년부터 컴퓨터 교육이 필수화됨에 따라 초등학교에서도 교사 교육 및 시설의 확충 등 체계적이고 지속적인 지원을 하기 위하여 노력하고 있다. 그러나 정보보호 측면에서 이들 교재를 분석하여 보면 그 내용과 구성이 너무나도 미흡하며 보강이 필요한 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 현 초등학교 교과서를 분석하여 담고 있는 내용과 이를 개선하기 위한 방법을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 정보활용교육이 교육과정 전반에 기초소양교육으로서 수행되어져야 교육적 효과를 향상시킬 수 있다는 결과를 도출하기 위함이다. 이를 위하여, 제7차 교육과정의 초등학교 $\boxDr$과학$\boxUl$ 교과서를 대상으로 정보활용교육적 요소를 추출하고자 한다.

In accordance with the educational paradigm that values self-directed creative education, school libraries and public libraries emphasize self-directed learning support through curriculum-linked programs as their main tasks. For self-directed learning, it is essential to provide learner-centered educational knowledge information, and there should be abundant textbook-linked references that can deepen and expand the curriculum reflected in textbooks. This study established KDC-linked information related to unit and cross-curricular learning topics through the analysis of elementary school textbooks and curriculum-linked books, restructured KDC system based on major subjects in the elementary school curriculum, and established a curriculum-linked subject information. Libraries can strengthen support for self-directed creative learning for elementary school students in an online environment by linking library content targeted for each user with elementary school education content focusing on learning topics in the curriculum.

In this paper, we study inquiry tendency in informatics textbooks for middle school students. These textbooks were written in accordance with 2009 revised national curriculum, and were adopted in schools starting from 2013. Romey analysis was implemented to analyze inquiry tendency in six textbooks using four different criteria-text, data, activity, evaluation. The results showed that some textbooks displayed a low level of inquiry tendency, lacking participation from students and employing an authoritative tone. Among four factors, the 'activity' displayed the highest degree of inquiry tendency while the 'text' retained the lowest level of inquiry tendency. The Romey measures in some sections were zero, thereby indicating room for improvement.
