2017년 국제 정보보호관리체계 전문가에 대한 자격 기준인 ISO/IEC 27021 표준이 발표되었다. 이 기준을 만족하는 ISMS 전문가를 인증하기 위해서는 인증스킴과 인증기관으로 이루어지는 인증체계가 필요하지만, 국내의 인증 체계는 ISO에서 인정하는 사람에 대한 인증 요구사항을 만족하기 어렵다. 이 논문에서는 ISO/IEC 27021의 요건을 만족하는 인증된 ISMS 전문가를 배출하기 위해 필요한 사항들을 살펴보고 인증 스킴의 개발 방법과 전문가 인증 방안을 검토한다.

최근 사이버공격은 지능화, 대규모화되고 있는 반면, 경기침체 등으로 인해 기업의 정보보호 투자가 저조하고 인터넷 침해사고 예방활동이 미흡한 실정이다. 정부는 취약한 기업의 정보보호 환경을 개선하기 위해 정보보호 안전진단 제도를 폐지하고 정보보호 관리체계(ISMS) 인증제도로 일원화하였으며, ISMS 인증기업을 대상으로 한 정보보호 관리등급제, 정보보호 사전점검, 임원급 정보보호 최고책임자(CISO) 지정 등 신설하였다. 본 고에서는 개정 정보통신망법에 따라 신설 보완된 기업 정보보호 관련 제도현황과 변경된 정보보호 관리체계 인증기준에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

Today, as we are going into digital information environment along with the development of information technology, there are changes in the style of information users. In particular. with the help of computer users can more easily access the original texts and approach to information providers than ever. At the same time, we are trying to use more efficiently some specialized contents in the web-pages. Contrary to traditional mediation-centered collection management, we start realizing that we are expected to bind selected contents with users who search these ones. In this study, I examined problems on collection management and proposed a more advanced content management skill as a solution for those problems. According to on-site questionnaires, The Main factors of user-centered content management are user factors, intermediary factors, and service ones.

The purpose of this research is to identify barriers which researchers experience in gaining access to information, and to present the rank of the seriousness of barriers by measuring the extent of barrier. Fourty-three barriers are identified through consulting scholarly papers related to library and information science. managers of library and information system and researchers. And the rank of the seriousness of barriers is analyzed by researchers' study fields, study careers and frequency in library use.

웜, 바이러스, 해킹 등 아직 일어나지 않은 사이버 위협을 예측하여 소기 예·경보를 통해 능동적으로 방어할 수 있는 위협관리시스템(TMS; Threat Management System)이 보안업계의 새로운 관심분야로 떠오르고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 위협관리시스템의 개념과 기능에 대해 선명하고, 이를 통한 조기 경보의 방법을 논의하고자 한다.
