인터넷이 급속하게 확산되면서 그 동안 오프라인 환경에서만 가능하던 많은 일들을 사이버 상에서도 가능하게 해준 반면에 해킹이나 바이러스 등 새로운 보안위협도 증가하게 되었다. 최근 기업이나 조직에서는 산발적인 보안 관리에서 종합적이고 체계적인 정보보호관리체계가 요구되고 있으며 국내에서도 2001년 7월부터 정보보호관리체계(ISMS) 인증제도가 시행되어, 2009년 12월 현재 77개 업체(기관)가 인증을 받았으며, ISO27001 인증 건수도 100여건에 이르고 있다. 이와 같이 ISMS 인증제도가 국내에 도입된 이래 인증수요는 꾸준히 증가하여 기업경쟁력의 중요한 수단으로 인식되어 가고 있는 추세인 반면 ISMS 인증의 실수요자가 인식하는 인증의 효과성 등의 질적인 측면이 미흡하다는 문제는 끊임없이 제기되어 오고 있다. 본 고에서는 그동안 인증취득기관의 정보보호관리체계(ISMS) 인증 심사과정에서 지적된 결함사례를 분석하고, 국내 중소, 대기업들이 정보보호관리체계를 수립하여 운영하는 과정에서 공통적으로 나타나는 결함사항을 도출함으로써, 향후 기업들이 정보보호관리체계를 수립하는 과정에서 중점적으로 고려해야 할 사항들이 무엇인지 고찰하고자 한다.

This study presents the research trends of Records and Archives Management in Korea by analyzing the articles of the Records and Archives Management in Korea according to subjects, issue periods, journals and researchers. For the study, 374 articles from 3 academic journals published between 1999 and 2009 were analyzed. As a result, several research trends in this field were discovered. The summary of the study is as follows: Firstly, it has been proven that the productivity of the articles of Records and Archives Management in Korea increases as time goes by. Secondly, there are differences in the subject fields among journals in Records and Archives Management. Thirdly, there are differences in the subject fields among researchers' institutions. Fourthly, there are no differences in the subject fields among researchers' specialized areas.

본 논문은 정보시스템 보안관리에 대한 개념적 모형을 INFORSEC 및 한국전산원이 제시한 모형을 중심으로 기술했으며 보안관리의 표준적인 분류체계를 근거로 BDSS의 위협. 자산, 취약성의 분류체계를 비교함으로써 위협, 자산, 취약성의 관련성을 탐색 하고자 했다. 특히 위협의 원천과 가해자 측면에서 BDSS와 CRAMM의 경우를 비교함으로써 분류체계의 장단점을 파악하고자 했다.

In this study, twelve research papers on "records management and archives research areas" that were written from the 1980s to the 2000s were analyzed according to a timeline. The results show that the main subject areas during the 1980's were records and archives. During the 1990s, with the increase of electronic records, research areas expanded to information systems and related social environments. In the 2000s, more advanced technical and interdisciplinary subjects have emerged in the digital society. These results show that research areas in records management and archives still have much potential for growth and will expand in the near future.

This study examines the history and issues of the LIS field in Korea in order to identify problems of the current librarian education & research areas and provide a new direction for development in this field. As the result of the research, the issues in the department of LIS are found as follows : 1) the LIS departments are restructuring their curriculums 2) the departments are strengthening IT education 3) the foundation for producing professional librarians with area expertise is established by double major programs 4) most popular research areas are library management, organization of information, information sciences etc. 5) the research areas have been diversified as well including information search, record management and publishing.

The study analyzes mission statements of Library and Information Science schools in the United States. It aims to reveal identities of LIS by Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). The study examines the strategies or stereotypes of academic mission statements in LIS as a genre. Mission statements are analyzed using discourse analysis to find common ideology using agency, modality, and lexical analysis. A comparative analysis of two mission statements is also conducted within discursive practices to reveal characteristics of two schools. This study has value in that it provides implications for other ideological discussions applicable to LIS.

기업의 경영활동이 글로벌화되면서 이를 둘러싸고 있는 경영환경도 급변하게 되었다. 이로 인하여 기업이 처한 위험(Risk)의 유형도 더욱 다양해지고, 그 빈도 또한 증가하게 되었다. 특히 인터넷 환경하의 보다 진보된 정보시스템은 기업의 경영 효율성을 증가시키는 반면에 위험(Risk)의 발생 정도와 그 파급 효과를 더욱 더 증가시키고 있다. 위험(Risk)을 인식하고 이를 분석하고 평가하여 관리하는 능력이 뛰어난 기업은 위험(Risk)에 따른 피해의 확산을 조기에 차단하고 오히려 이를 기회로 이용할 수도 있다. 위험관리(Risk Management)는 주로 재무관리 또는 보험관리 분야에서 다루어왔다. 즉, 일반적으로 자금의 조달이나 투자업무에 있어서 불확실성을 제거하고 분산 투자를 실행하고 미래의 불확실한 상황에 대비하여 보험을 준비하는 등의 내용들이 기존 연구에서의 위험관리(Risk management)와 관련된 것이었다. 본 연구에서는 위험관리를 정보시스템 분야에 적용하여 정보시스템의 위험관리에 관한 인식을 고취하고, 나아가 보다 체계적인 Global SCM 의 구축하여 글로벌 경쟁환경하에서 기업의 경쟁우위를 제고하고자 한다. 특히 기업위험관리(Enterprise Risk Management)관점에서 Global SCM 의 위험관리체계의 프레임웍(Framework)을 제시하여 지금까지 정립되지 않았던 SCM 의 Risk Management 에 대한 연구의 기초를 마련하려고 한다.

방송통신위원회는 2011년부터 개인정보보호 관리체계(PIMS)를 시행하고, 심사를 통해 신청기업이 개인정보보호를 위해 일정수준 이상의 관리적 기술적 물리적 대책을 수립 및 운영하고 있을 경우 인증을 부여하고 있다. 이에 따라 이용자 및 정보주체는 해당 기관의 인증취득 여부를 통해 개인정보의 누출가능성을 최소화하고 효과적으로 보호하고 있음을 갈음하는 수단이 되고 있다. 본고에서는 개정 정보통신망법에 따라 지난 9월11일 방통위 의결을 통과한 개정 PIMS 고시에서의 주요하게 변화된 내용 중 민간인증기관 지정, 인증심사 항목의 개선에 대해 살펴보고, PIMS 인증을 준비 중인 기업의 이해를 돕고자 한다.
