The purpose of this study was to analyze of Information-related subjects on industry department of college scholastic ability test in Korea and Japan. These were compared with information-related foundation and data-technology foundation, programming on industry department test of vocational education area in college scholastic ability test in Korea and Japan and suggest implications of items development of college scholastic ability test in Korea. Based on the results of study, the following recommendations were made for new direction of items development of college scholastic ability test in Korea. First, Information-related foundation on industry department of National Center for University Entrance Examinations in Japan consisted of basic informations of agricultural, industry, commercial department etc. of vocational education area. Similarly it is necessary to introduce 'computer-related foundation' consist of common contents of several departments of college scholastic ability test in Korea. Second, it is necessary to diverse sub-item situations different from main item situations and introduce diverse situations of set type items of college scholastic ability test in Korea. Third, test for National Center for University Entrance Examinations in Japan consisted of several types items like this selecting answers on multi-answer group. it is necessary to introduce short answer type, completion type and supply type of college scholastic ability test in Korea.

본 연구는 네트워크 중심전(NCW)에서 전투력에 영향을 미치는 요소들과 전투능력 평가방법에 관한 것이다. 전투능력에 영향을 미치는 기초변수로 상황인식, 환경적응, 물자보급, 정보유통 및 지휘통제를 설정하고 이러한 기초변수가 전투능력에 미치게 될 영향을 추론하였다. 설정된 기초변수를 전제하여 대응소요 시간을 기반으로 전투능력을 평가하는 방안을 제시하였다. 대응 신뢰성 및 대응 효율을 평가함으로써 전투능력을 정량화하는 것이 가능하며 정량화된 자료를 축적함으로써 통계적으로 전투능력과 기초변수와의 상관관계를 파악할 수 있으며 이러한 관계를 이해하는 것은 NCW 체계구축에 중요한 요소가 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between children's information processing ability and basic learning abilities. To collect the data, two tests were given to 99 children. The Korean K-ABC(Moon & Byun, 1997) and Pictorial Basic Learning Abilities for Children(Kim, 2011) were used to examine the relationship between children's information processing and basic learning abilities. The collected data were analyzed by correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. According to the results of this study, there was a significant positive correlation between information processing(sequential processing, simultaneous processing) and basic learning abilities including reading, writing, and basic mathematics. And information processing significantly affected basic learning abilities. Namely, simultaneous processing explained 22% of basic learning abilities and by adding sequential processing, the explanation was increased to 25%. In conclusion, the results of this study suggest various implications about children's basic learning abilities. These implications will help teachers and parents to understand their children's learning.

So, It have to be designed not only logical relation but physical relation for The relationship between road and section. To make New Address Management System considered the relationship, It must be design database considered the relationship. In this study, therefore would like to present the database design considered the relationship between road and section. And then using GSIS system, New Address Management System have been developed.

본 연구에서 퍼지인식도(Fuzzy Cognitive Map) 개념을 기초로 하여 (1) 특정 문제영역에 대한 전문가의 인과관계 지식(causal knowledge)을 추출하는 알고리즘을 제시하고, (2) 이 알고리즘에 기초하여 작성된 해당 문제영역에 대한 여러 전문가들의 인과관계 지식을 계층별로 분해하여, (3) 해당 계층간의 양방향 추론이 가능한 추론메카니즘을 제시하고자 한다. 특정 문제영역에 있어서의 인과관계 지식이란 해당 문제를 구성하는 여러 개념간에 존재하는 인과관계를 표현한 지식을 의미한다. 이러한 인과관계 지식은 기존의 IF-THEN 형태의 규칙과는 달리 행렬형태로 표현되기 때문에 수학적인 연산이 가능하다. 특정 문제영역에 대한 전문가의 인과관계 지식을 추출하는 알고리즘은 집합연산에 의거하여 개발되었으며, 특히 상반된 의견을 보이는 전문가들의 의견을 통합하여 하나의 통합된 인과관계 지식베이스를 구축하는데 유용하다. 그러나, 주어진 문제가 복잡하여 다양한 개념들이 수반되면, 자연히 인과관계 지식베이스의 규모도 커지게 되므로 이를 다루는데 비효율성이 개재되기 마련이다. 따라서 이러한 비효율성을 해소하기 위하여 주어진 문제를 여러계측(Hierarchy)으로 분해하여, 해당 계층별로 인과관계 지식베이스를 구축하고 각 계층별 인과관계 지식베이스를 연결하여 추론하는 메카니즘을 개발하면 효과적인 추론이 가능하다. 이러한 계층별 분해는 행렬의 분해와 같은 개념으로도 이해될 수 있다는 특징이 있어 그 연산이 간단명료하다는 장점이 있다. 이와같이 분해된 인과관계 지식베이스는 계층간의 추론메카니즘을 통하여 서로 연결된다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 상향 또는 하향방식이 추론이 가능한 양방향 추론방식을 제시하여 주식시장에서의 투자분석 문제에 적용하여 그 효율성을 검증하였다.

정보처리를 위한 컴퓨터와 통신기술, 그리고 이들을 활용하는 정보시스팀은 망운영관리를 보좌하는 중요한 부분이며, 그 수는 빠른 속도로 증가할 전망이다. 효율적망운영을 위한 정보요구와 장기운영목표에 순응하는 정보체계를 정립하고 관리하는 것은 중요한 부분으로 부각하고 있으며, 망정보와 정보시스팀은 귀중한 망자원으로서 관리를 필요로 한다. 본 연구는 망정보시스팀과 관리체계 구성의 효과적 접근방법에 대한 기초적 분석연구로서 2부로 구성되어 있다. 1부는 망운영 관리와 정보관리체계의 관계를 고찰하고, 망정보시스팀 구성을 위한 전략개념과 시스팀 모형을 제시하였다. 2부는 망운영관리의 업무, 기능을 조직적으로 파악하기 위한 기초 단계로서 망운영관리의 기능구조와 각 기능별 특성에 대하여 조사 연구하였다 .

본 논문은 공무원들의 업무수행과정에 있어서 행정정보이용시 나타나는 특성을 연구하였다. 15개 시ㆍ도 공무원을 대상으로 설문조사한 데이타를 수집, 분석하였다. 행정기관의 공무원들은 문서화일 및 상관의 조언 등을 정보원으로, 정보이용 교육의 필요성은 87.4%가 요구하였다. 정보이용행태에 영향을 미치는 변수로 직급, 경력, 직렬, 직무수행단계 등이 증명되었고, 학력과 연령은 상관관계가 없었다. 효율적 정보관리업무를 수행하기 위한 기초연구로 행정능률 향상을 위해 체계적인 행정정보시스템이 설계되는데 기초자료로서 일조가 되고자 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest a pilot model of knowledge organizing system which reflects the knowledge structure of research papers, using a case analysis on the "Korean Research Memory" of the National Research Foundation of Korea. In this paper, knowledge structure of the research papers in humanities and social science is described and the function of the "Korean Research Memory" for scholarly sense-making is analysed. In order to suggest the pilot model of the knowledge organizing system, the study also analysed the relation between indexed keyword and knowledge structure of research papers in the Korean Research Memory. As a result, this paper suggests 24 axioms and 11 inference rules for an ontology based on semantic relation of the knowledge structure.

불확실성하에서 행동결정을 하지 않으면 안되는 상황에서 정보란 무엇이며 정보량과 정보가치는 의사결정에 어떤 역할을 하는가 정보와 주관적인 확률에 기초한 Bayes결정기준이 전통적인 의사결정기준에 비하여 우위성 등을 논하고자 함이 본논문의 주된 목적이다. 제1.2절에서는 결정문제의 구조, 불확실성과 그 측도에 관하여 언급하고 제3절에서는 전통적인 결정기준과 그 모순점을 예시하고 Bayes결정기준이란 무엇인가를 소개하여 제4절에서는 Bayes통계학에 기초한 정보량, 정보가치의 의사결정과의 관계등을 살펴보고자 한다.
