A Study on the Reengineering of Partial Business in Information System Planning of information Engineering (정보공학의 정보시스뎀기획에 있어서 일부 업무의 재설계 적용방안)

  • Many organizations attempt to plan information strategy reflecting their overall business and direction using the information engineering methodology. They also try to redesign the process for partial business area. The above two approaches can be combined because information technology Plays an important role as an enabler for business process reengineering. For theses organizations, a new information strategy planning procedure that considers reengineering of partial business is proposed in this study. The proposed procedure is designed to minimize the change of information strategy planning procedure of the information engineering methodology. The project of K company is used as the case study.

  • 방위산업기술보호법의 대상기관인 각 군(軍)은 방위산업기술보호 인식 및 역량 제고를 위한 방위산업기술보호 교육이 필요하다. 방위산업기술 즉 기밀기술정보, 비기밀통제기술정보, 핵심기능(CPI)에 대한 보호조치 등 군(軍) 방위력개선사업 실무절차와 관련된 특징을 고려하여 전력소요제기~운용시험평가~후속양상 구매 배치에 이르는 전(全) 단계에 방위산업기술 보호 지침에 따라 보안조치가 이루어져야 한다. 이러한 보안조치는 교육을 통해 효과가 극대화 된다. 따라서 본 연구는 각 군(軍)의 방위산업기술 보호에 관한 교육의 발전방안을 제시하는데 주안을 두었다.

The Relationship between Personality Trait of Venture CEO and Corporate Strategy (벤처기업 최고경영자의 성격특성과 경영전략간의 관계)

  • This study integrates personality trait theory to empirically Investigate the corporate strategy in Korean venture firms. This study predicts that type A/B, locus of control(internal/external), and risk-taking/avoiding will be positively associated with corporate strategy selection. Corporate strategy selection consists of aggressive entry strategy and defensive niche market strategy. Data obtained from a survey of 87 venture business firms is used to construct final variable measures and test the hypothesized relationships. The statistical result shows that type A, internal, and risk-taking CEOs positively associated with aggressive entry strategy, and type B, external, and risk-avoiding CEOs positively associated with defensive niche market strategy. Additional analysis(multiple regression model) to test relatively importance of independents is used.

  • The purpose of this study is a basic research to formulate missions and visions in libraries. Results of this study are as follows. First of all, conceptions and characters of terms related to planning, strategic management organizing culture dealt with missions and visions of an organization are surveyed. Second, the importance of formulating missions and visions in libraries are explained. Third, missions and visions of libraries in Korea and other countries are surveyed and analyzed. Fourth, several basic functions of library formed the foundation on formulating missions and visions in libraries are discussed. Fifth, this study is to provide the desirable direction and expectation of management centering around missions and visions of libraries in Korea.

  • 정보보호는 더 이상 기술적 이슈가 아니고 최고경영층의 적극적 역할 수행 및 책임을 요구하는 정보보호 거버넌스 이슈가 최근 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호 거버넌스의 출현 배경과 필요성에 대해 간단히 기술하고 정보보호 거버넌스의 프레임워크를 제시한다. 그리고 정보보호 거버넌스 구현을 위한 주요 분야를 제시하고 이와 관련한 기존 연구의 한계점을 분석하면서 향후 해결되어야 할 연구과제를 제시한다.

A Risk Metric for Failure Cause in FMEA under Time-Dependent Failure Occurrence and Detection (FMEA에서 고장발생 및 탐지시간을 고려한 고장원인의 위험평가 척도)

  • Purpose: To develop a risk metric for failure cause that can help determine the action priority of each failure cause in FMEA considering time sequence of cause- failure- detection. Methods: Assuming a quadratic loss function the unfulfilled mission period, a risk metric is obtained by deriving the failure time distribution. Results: The proposed risk metric has some reasonable properties for evaluating risk accompanied with a failure cause. Conclusion: The study may be applied to determining action priorities among all the failure causes in the FMEA sheet, requiring further studies for general situation of failure process.

  • This study introduces strengths theory, a core subject of career development and job-getting, and discusses about the factors of strengths(namely talents, knowledge and skills), the processes of strengths personalization, and generating employability. It searches for opportunities to apply the concept of employability to the field of Library and Information Science now thrown under hard pressure from information and communication technology. Employability is defined here as competence to make oneself employable as needed by discovering or creating work opportunities using one's own tested personalized strengths. Employability is a package of systematically organized information about the essential abilities and productive personalities of a person, and it is essential to be duly cognitive of one's employability if one seriously intends to succeed in jobs and career. Since generation of employability heavily involves complex processes of information and knowledge-making, expertise from LIS, particularly from areas of personal information management(PIM) and personal knowledge management(PKM), is expected to help for process facilitation.

  • Many online shopping sites now offer personalized recommendation systems to improve consumers' shopping experiences by lowering costs (time, cost, etc.), catering to consumers' tastes, and stimulating consumers' potential shopping needs. So far, domestic and foreign research on the personalized recommendation system has mainly focused on the field of computer science, which is advantageous for obtaining accurate personalized recommendation results for users but difficult to continuously track the users' psychological states or behavioral intentions. This study attempted to investigate the effect of the characteristics of the personalized recommendation system in the online shopping environment on consumer perception and purchase intention for consumers using the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model. The analysis results adopted all hypotheses on the effect of the quality of the personalized recommendation system and information quality on trust and perceived value. Through the empirical results of this study, the factors influencing consumers' use of personalized recommendation system can be identified. In order to increase more purchase, online shopping companies need to understand consumers' tastes and improve the quality of the personalized system by improving the recommendation algorithm thus to provide more information about products.

  • 본 연구는 코로나19 바이러스로 인해 대학에서 비대면 온라인 학습 환경이 일반화된 상황에서 학습자 만족과 사용 의도 형성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고 이들 요인 간에 존재하는 구조적인 관계성을 실증적으로 검정해 보기 위한 것이다. 이를 통해 비대면 온라인 학습에 대한 학습자 만족과 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인들간의 관계를 종합적으로 규명함으로써 대학교육의 효과성을 높이는데 기여할 것으로 생각한다.
