Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the variables affecting user satisfaction through previous studies and to examine the differences between apps. Differences are based on factors that determine the quality of real estate service apps and derived by the topic modeling results. Design/methodology/approach This study conducts topic modeling to find factors affecting user satisfaction of real estate service apps using user reviews. Sentiment analysis is additionally conduct on the derived topics to examine the user responses. Findings Users give high sentiment scores for services that can manage factors such as usefulness of information, false sales, and hype. In addition, managing the basic services of app is an important factor influencing user satisfaction.

Although Korea's records management has achieved administrative development not only in private companies but also in public institutions, administrators and employees still lack awareness in records management. Nevertheless, knowledge management has been studied for a long time as a pillar of administration. Thus, this study compared and analyzed the records management process suggested in ISO 15489-1:2016 and the knowledge management process. In addition, by comparing and analyzing the records management components suggested by ISO 30301 and those of knowledge management suggested by ISO 30401, it was confirmed whether records management could be an axis of management similar to knowledge management. Moreover, an integrated model of records management and knowledge management was presented based on the comparative analysis of processes and management elements, and its implementation was presented from administrative and information governance perspectives.

As awareness of social and environmental issues increases due to the gust of ESG management, interest in ESG management is increasing, and the influence of ESG evaluation is getting stronger, and libraries need to participate in ESG management evaluation. In order to apply ESG management to libraries, library ESG evaluation indicators must be developed. Therefore, this study attempted to comprehensively examine ESG management evaluation indicators of public institutions, including companies, and propose ESG management evaluation indicators applicable to libraries. To this end, it went through the process of investigating and analyzing ESG-related prior research, deriving preliminary evaluation indicators for libraries, collecting expert FGI opinions, developing primary library ESG evaluation indicators based on expert FGI opinions, and) examining the suitability of primary library ESG evaluation indicators. Finally, a total of 25 items were selected in the environmental area, a total of 56 items in the social area, and a total of 32 items in the governance area. In future studies, it is necessary to conduct ESG management evaluation for libraries based on this indicator.

본 연구는 미국 ALA (American Library Association)가 인정한 문헌정보학 석사과정 (Master of Library Services) 교육과정에서 연구방법론의 현황과 특성을 분석하고, 문헌정보학 프로그램이 개설된 기관 내 다른 대학원 프로그램에서의 연구방법론의 위상을 문헌정보학과와 비교하였다. 연구결과 문헌정보학의 경우, 연구방법론에서 다루어지는 내용들이 매우 다양하고 일관성이 없었으며, 다수의 문헌정보학 프로그램들 내에서 연구방법론이 필수과목이 아니었으며, 상위20위에 드는 학교 중 절반만이 연구방법론을 필수과목으로 요구하였다. 그러나, 문헌정보학 프로그램이 개설된 기관 내의 자연과학 프로그램, 대부분의 사회과학 프로그램, 경영학 석사과정 (MBA), 사회복지학 석사과정들이 연구방법론을 핵심과목으로 요구하였으며, 이들 분야들은 자신의 분야의 특수성을 반영하는 연구방법론 과목을 개설하였다. 또한 이들 분야의 프로그램들을 승인하는 국가적인 기관들이 연구방법론의 필수과목 개설을 명시하였다. 털 연구는 문헌정보학의 학문적 경쟁력을 강화하고, 연구의 질을 향상시키기 위해서는, 문헌정보학 학문의 특수성을 반영할 수 있는 연구방법론의 개발과 연구방법론의 핵심과목 지정이 중요함을 제시한다.

웹2.0이라는 개념과 트랜드는, 개방성, 사용자 참여, 집단 지성, 인간중심의 IT 서비스 등을 키워드로 하는, 플랫폼 기반 비즈니스 모델을 통칭한다. 전세계적 블로그 열풍이나, Googlization으로 불리기도하는 주요 웹포탈의 성장은 이러한 현상을 뒷받침하는 증거이며, 미래 인터넷 시장을 개척하는 엔진으로 자리잡고 있다. 그런데 웹2.0을 기술적으로(descriptive) 소개하거나 관련된 요소기술에 대한 문헌은 많음에도 불구하고, 이러한 현상을 경영/경제학적 시각에서 체계적으로 분석한 연구는 의외로 많지 않다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 웹(웹1.0)과 웹2.0 서비스 모형을 경영 경제학적 관점에서 구조화하고, 이들 서비스 모형을 Stakelberg 게임의 관점에서 분석한다. 특히 본 연구에서는 웹2.0의 다양한 국면 중에서 프로슈밍(prosuming)에 초점을 맞춘다. 분석 결과, 웹2.0에서 사용자 후생이 웹1.0에 비해 크게 증가한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 사용자 스스로 맞춤화된 정보를 창출하는 노력과 한계편익간의 비율을 나타내는 ${\delta}_c$('고객화 요소'로 부름) 분포의 범위(파라미터 ${\delta}$)가 사회후생에 중요한 역할을 함을 발견하였다. 이는 고객화 요구의 다양성이 커짐에 따라 사용자 후생을 비롯한 사회후생도 증진됨을 의미한다.

The demand of information security consultants is expected to increase due to the emergence of ISMS-P incorporating ISMS and PIMS, the implementation of European Privacy Act (GDPR) and various security accidents. In this paper, we collected and analyzed advertisements of job advertisement sites that could identify firms' demand explicitly. We selected representative job advertisement sites in Korea and the United States and collected job advertisement details of information security consultants in 2014 and 2019. The collected data were visualized using text mining and analyzed using non-parametric methods to determine whether there was a change in the role of the information security consultant. The findings show that the requirements for information security consultants have changed very little. This means that the role does not change much over a five year time gap. The results of the study are expected to be helpful to policy makers related to information security consultants, those seeking to find employment as information security consultants, and those seeking information security consultants.

Purpose South Korea and China have a long and deep relationship from ancient times to the present. There are many exchanges between economic and educational or other aspects. It will be interesting to compare the perceptions of preliminary entrepreneurs in South Korea and China. Design/methodology/approach This study attempts to analyze the intentions of Korean and Chinese entrepreneurs, and to find the differences between Korean and Chinese entrepreneurs. The research model of this study is composed of internal and external affecting variables, and one dependent variable as the intention of entrepreneurs. A structured questionnaire was distributed to college students and graduate students in South Korea and in China. Data have been analyzed using a Lisrel 8.80 software. Findings The results of this study indicate that all variables except for successful role model have a positive influence on entrepreneurial intentions. The nationality partially mediates the causal relationship between independent variables and dependent variable. Some discussion and implications are suggested.

Purpose This study aims to empirically analyze which factors affect image and preference of YouTube beauty channels. Some practical and academic implications are presented through empirical research. Design/methodology/approach For this purpose, the six affecting factors were suggested on the basis of previous studies. We proposed image quality, user attitude, empirical value, economics, and awareness as independent variables and channel image and channel preference as dependent variables in order to investigate the causal relationships among the research variables. We surveyed 311 users who had experience in using YouTube Beauty channel and analyzed the data by using a statistical package. Findings This study showed that the channel image has a partial mediating effect between the affecting variables and the channel preference. The results provided some insights and information to increase the number of subscribers and site views. Several suggestions were carefully made.

This study is to represent the research trends of the library & information science in Korea through an analysis of papers on journals of 7 library & information science societies, collection of papers in celebration of the founding of 16 departments of library & information science and journals published at 3 specialized institutions from 1957 through 2002. The result of this study are as follows : The average yearly papers: in the case of journals published at the specialized institutions - 42.6 pieces; in the case of the academic journals - 63.1 pieces. The year published the largest nmber of papers: 2002; the order of the number of papers by the domain of library & information science: information science, bibliography, library management, organizing library materials, public service, foundations of library & information science, history of books & libraries, collection development.
