Bulk properties of single crystals $KMnCl_3$ undoped and Mg- doped $LiNbO_3$ were examined by using the neutron scattering technique. This study shows that the good -looking samples by polarized light have to be examined by the. neutron scattering to ensure the bulk properties of single crystal. Large mosaic spread in KMnCb indicated the crystal is not in a single domain. Many parts are relatively randomly directed against crystal axis with close angle each other. For the small mosaic spread of Li~ in the scattering pattern, it is found that some large domains have close orientations. Mg doped Li~ is turned out to be a well grown one.

본 연구는 Dienhart et al.(1993)이 제시한 조직지원, 고객초점, 압박상황하에서의 서비스로 구성된 레스토랑 종업원의 서비스지향성을 고객초점과 압박상황하에서의 서비스로 재정의하고, 조직지원을 종업원의 서비스지향성을 촉진하는 요인으로 제시하였다. 그리고 조직지원과 직무만족, 직무안정성의 상호작용이 레스토랑 종업원의 서비스지향성이 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 본 연구에서 레스토랑 종업원의 서비스지향성 구성요소로 제시한 압박상황에서의 서비스는 변수의 내적 일관성이 매우 낮게 나타나 제외되고 고객초점만이 종업원의 서비스지향성을 구성하는 것으로 나타나 압박상황하에서의 서비스 항목에 대한 신뢰성 검토가 추후 연구에서 있어야 할 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 조직지원, 직무만족, 조직지원과 직무만족의 상호작용이 고객초점에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 조직지원은 정(+), 직무만족은 부(-)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 조직지원과 직무만족의 상호작용변수를 추가한 분석에서는 상호작용(OS ${\times}$JS)이 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직지원, 직무안정성, 조직지원과 직무안정성의 상호작용이 고객초점에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 조직지원과 직무안정성은 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 조직지원과 직무만족의 상호작용변수를 추가한 분석에서는 두 변수 모두 영향을 주지 않았으며 상호작용 변수만 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study aims to provide useful information when making a decision for the environmental assessment of infrastructure, based on Life Cycle Assessment(LCA). It estimates environmental load on environmental pollutants that are possible to occur by locations and by types of emergency spillway for Korean multipurpose dam, which is selected as a study case. For this purpose, this study examines the theories of LCA and calculates environmental load on environmental pollutants that generate during life cycle, to apply the suggested infrastructure to the case study of emergency spillway at the multipurpose dam. It also evaluates environmental load of emergency spillway by the estimated result, and draws the optimum alternative that is environmental friendly.

본 연구는 인터넷 전자상거래를 이용하는 소비자를 대상으로 인터넷 공동구매의 동기요인(시장불확실성, 가격의식, 집단주의, 혁신주의)이 협상력과 관여도에 따른 공동구매에 대한 태도와 공동구매의 의도에 미치는 영향에 대해서 실증 분석하였다. 시장불확실성, 가격의식, 집단주의, 혁신주의는 인터넷 공동구매태도의 선행변수로 가정하였으며 협상력, 관여도는 공동구매태도의 조절변수로 가정하였다. 그리고 공동구매태도는 인터넷 공동구매의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 가정하였다. 실증분석은 인터넷상에서 제품을 한번이라도 구매해 본 경험이 있거나 인터넷 공동구매를 한번이라도 해 본 경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 설문조사 하였다. 조사분석 결과, 공동구매 동기요인인 시장불확실성, 가격의식, 집단주의, 혁신주의가 높을수록 공동구매태도에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 협상력이 높을 때보다는 낮을 때 공동구매태도에 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 관여도는 낮을 때보다는 높을 때 공동구매태도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공동구매태도는 공동구매의도에 정(+)의 매우 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 인터넷을 통한 공동구매 시 동기요인인 시장불확실성, 가격의식, 집단주의, 혁신주의는 협상력이 낮을 때와 관여도가 높을 때 공동구매태도에 더 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 이러한 공동구매태도는 공동구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study aims to analyze and criticize the definition of the similarity concept in mathematical texts by investigating mathematical history. At first, we analyzed the definition of Pythagoras, the definition of Euclid's ${\ll}$Elements${\gg}$, the definition of Clairaut's ${\ll}$Elements of geometry${\gg}$, the postulate of Brkhoff's postulates for plane geometry, the definition of Birkhoff & Beatly의 ${\ll}$Basic Geometry${\gg}$. the definition of SMSG ${\ll}$Geometry${\gg}$. and the definition of the similarity concept in current mathematics texts. Then we criticized the definition of the similarity concept in current mathematics texts based on mathematical history. We critically discussed three issues and gave three suggestions.

First, we analyze the contents of Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam. Second, from the view of the 'Hyung-Sang(형상:body form)' theory, we try to interpret the acupuncture points chosen in each chapter with a base on the contents of the book. We study on the on 'Hyung-Sang(형상: body form)' thee of acupuncture points in each chapter on 'Jung(정)' and 'Ki(기)' in Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam(동의보감). The acupuncture points on epilepsy in 'Jung(정)' chapter are come from the purview of 'Jung(정)' type, man and 'Shin(신)' type. In the cade of hypochondria, it is often considered 'Ki(기)' pe and 'Shin(신)' type. The acupuncture points on all kind of Ki(기)-desease are come from the purview of the point of 'Ki-Hae(기해)'. The acupuncture points on congestion of the head are come from the purview of indigestible type or weak type of person and woman, and the acupuncture points on 'belch 'are come form the purview of 'KE(기)' type and 'Shin(신)' type. The acupuncture points on polypnea are come from the purview of having phlegm, weak type, and long necked type.

사파이어 단결정은 LED 소자의 기판으로 널리 사용되고 있으며 현재 소자 수율을 향상시키기 위하여 6인치 이상의 대구경 웨이퍼를 만들기 위한 많은 노력을 경주하고 있다. 단결정, 특히 반도체 단결정 웨이퍼에서 ($00{\cdot}1$), ($10{\cdot}2$) 등의 어떠한 결정학적인 방위(crystallographic orientation)가 표면과 이루는 각도, 즉 표면방위각(off-cut 또는 misorientation angle)의 크기와 방향은 제조된 LED 소자의 물성에 영향을 끼치므로 웨이퍼를 가공할 때 정확하게 콘트롤해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 고분해능 X-선을 이용하여 표면이결정학적 방향과 이루는 면방위각을 정밀하게 결정하는 측정법을 연구하였다. 기존의 ASTM 의 측정법과는 다른 원리를 이용하고 웨이퍼의 휨(bending)이나 측정고니오 회전축의 편심과 무관하게 표면방위각을 결정하는 새로운 이론적 모델을 제시하고 그 모델을 적용하여 표면의 수직축이 대구경 사파이어 ($00{\cdot}1$) 축과 이루는 표면방위각을 정확하게 측정 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 6인치 사파이어 웨이퍼에 대하여 표면방위각은 $0.21^{\circ}$이었으며 표면각이 나타나는 방향은 웨이퍼의 primary edge 방향으로부터 $-1.2^{\circ}$ 벗어나 있는 방향이었다.

본 연구에서는 지방자치단체에서 실시하고 있는 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자들의 학습동기와 창업의지, 교육 만족도, 자기 유능감이 창업교육성과에 미치는 영향을 문헌적으로 고찰하였으며, 설정된 연구가설의 검증을 위하여 서울시와 인천시가 주관하는 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자들을 대상으로 실증적 분석을 실시하였다. 실증 분석 결과를 요약하면, 첫째 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자의 학습참여 동기는 교육만족도와 자기유능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자의 창업의지는 교육만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 참가자의 교육 만족도는 자기유능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 학습자의 만족도와 자기유능감은 교육성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 연구 결과를 종합해보면 지방자치단체의 단기 창업교육프로그램 참가자의 학습 참여 동기와 창업의지가 높을수록 창업에 대한 다양한 지식과 기술 습득을 의미하는 자기 유능감과 만족도가 높아지며, 아울러 단기 창업교육프로그램에 대한 학습자의 교육성과 또한 높게 나타났다. 본 연구가 시사하는 바는 최근 들어 증가하고 있는 지방자치단체의 단기 창업교육프로그램이, 비교적 장기간에 걸쳐 진행되는 정규교육기관의 창업교육과는 달리, 짧은 기간 내에 효과적인 창업교육 성과를 달성하기 위해서는 교육 참가자들의 학습동기 및 창업의지 등 개인적 특성을 사전에 충분히 파악하여 적합한 대상자를 선발하여야 하며, 교육내용에 대한 만족도 제고를 통해 예비 창업자들이 스스로 다양한 창업관련 지식과 기술 등에 관한 자기 유능감을 향상시키는 데 주안점을 두어야 한다는 점이다.

This study has been undertaken with objective of studying the mechanism and condition of formation of hexagonal boron nitride from reduction of boric okide in the presence of carbon under nitrogen atmosphere. It was found that the formation of hexagonal boron nitride was started at 1400$^{\circ}C$ and almost completed its conversion at 1550$^{\circ}C$. The morphology of boron nitride synthesized in this study was very fine and platelet. It was considered as reaction pathway of hexagonal boron nitride that boron oxide was reduced to born and evaporated by activated carbon, and then it was reacted with nitrogen.

Life cycle assessment was carried out to evaluate the environmental values of dimethylas a diesel alternative fuel with the assumption of dimethyl ether production from natural gas via synthesis gas. The whole life cycles from raw material acquisitions to the final usages of diesel and dimethyl ether were involved in the assessment. Inventory analysis showed that the most significant environmental impacts came from resource depletions and air emissions. Impact assessment revealed that dimethyl ether was environmentally better in the aspect of human health and ecosystem quality but worse in resource depletions compared with diesel fuel. Suggestions for environmental improvement of dimethyl ether as a diesel alternative fuel were prepared based on the assessment results.
