서비스마케팅문헌을 살펴보면 지각된 서비스품질 및 이에 대한 고객반응에 초점을 맞추어 이루어진 연구들이 많이 있다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 지각된 서비스품질이 실질적으로 서비스 구매자인 소비자의 재구매 행위와 어떤 인과관계가 있고 또한 로열티와는 어떤 인과성을 갖는지를 규명하는데 주력하였다. 아울러 이러한 인과성이 조절변수인 라이프스타일에 따라 어떤 차이가 발생하는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 지각된 서비스품질을 측정하는 있어서는 기존 SERVQUAL방식의 측정개념이 아닌 Johnson, Tsiros & Lancioni(1995)가 적용한 일반적 시스템 접근법(투입, 과정, 성과변수로 측정)을 활용하여 새롭게 접근하고자 노력하였다. 연구결과 지각된 서비스품질은 이를 구성하는 선행변수(투입요소와 과정 및 성과요소)와 긍정적인 정(+)의 인과관계를 나타내고 있으며, 특히 성과요소에 의해 서비스품질이 지각되는 경향이 매우 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 지각된 서비스품질은 재구매 의사와 로열티에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 검증되었으며 이러한 모든 인과관계는 소비자들의 라이프스타일 유형에 따라 다르게 나타나고 있었다. 따라서 서비스산업에 있어 마케팅전략을 수립하는데 있어서도 유형적 제품과 마찬가지로 라이프스타일을 이용한 시장세분화 전략을 활용할 필요가 있다.

응용시스템 개발생산성에 대한 연구는 지금까지 프로그래머의 생산성이라는 미시적 수준에 그치는 경향을 보여왔으며 시스템개발 생명주기의 전반적 영향에 중점을 둔 거시적 수준의 생산성의 개념으로 확대되지 못해왔다. 본 연구에서는 거시적 수준의 응용시스템 개발생산성에 초점을 맞추어 생산성 측정치들을 검토하고 또 다양한 생산성 향상 방법을 비교하는데 그 목적이 있다. 응용시스뎀 개발 백로그가 Nolan의 정보시스템의 확장 단계에 구분없이, 또한 기타의 컴퓨팅 활동들로 특징지워지는 다양한 정보기술 환경을 가진 조직들 내에서 널리 퍼져 있는 것으로 본 연구결과에 나타났다. 또한 본 연구 결과는 '거시적/관리적 차원의 접근이 응용시스템 개발생산성 향상을 통한 개발 백로그의 감소에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다' 라는 일차적 가설을 지지하는 것으로 나타났다. 오늘날의 정보시스템 관리자들은 생산성 향상을 위하여 미시적/기술적 차원의 접근방법에 주력하는 경향을 보이고 있으나, 본 연구를 통하여 거시적/관리적 차원의 접근방법과 도구의 사용에 더 많은 노력을 기울임으로써 균형잡힌 정보관리정책을 갖게 되기를 바란다.

응용시스템 개발생산성에 대한 연구는 지금까지 프로그래머의 생산성이라는 미시적 수준에 그치는 경향을 보여왔으며 시스템개발 생명주기의 전반적 영향에 중점을 둔 거시적수준의 생산성의 개념으로 확대되지 못해왔다. 더욱이 그들의 생산성 측정은 미시적 측정단위를 사용함으로써 조직 내 응용시스템 개발요구의 백로그의 증가라는 거시적 문제 해결과는 거리가 있어왔다. 본 연구는 정보시스템 조직의 생산성 향상에 기여할 수 있는 도구 및 방법이 실무적으로 어떻게 사용되고 있고 그 효과가 어느 정도인지를 관찰하는 탐색적 연구로써 응용 시스템 개발 생산성에 기술적 방법과 관리적 방법을 거시적 생산성 향상의 관점에서 분석하고자 한다.

Recently 3D GIS and its applications are getting attention increasingly as various ubiquitous-related techniques for 3D spaces are being developed. Although they call for quantitative measures such as accessibility, most accessibilityrelated studies are limited to 2D networks, not 3D indoor space levels. In this paper, we develop an accessibility index applicable to 3D models. We first examine the theory of Space Syntax which has been developed and used to measure the connectivity or relationships between spatial segments in urban or architectural environments. Then, we expand the principle to a more general form so it can be applied to both street and indoor space levels. We incorporate different types of impedances in moving between places including distances, turns and transfers between floors into the traditional Space Syntax that measures the spatial depths solely based on the structural forms. Finally, we illustrate the use of the proposed measure comparatively using a campus building.

해상환경에 설치된 광파표지는 정기적으로 광학특성 검사를 수행하지만, 사람이 접근하기 힘든 지역에 위치한 표지는 측정선을 활용하여 측정한다. 이러한 측정방법은 비용문제, 안전문제, 측정오차 등의 문제가 있어 새로운 측정방법이 필요한 상황이다. 또한, 항만배후광의 영향으로 인한 항로표지 시인성 저하 문제를 분석하기 위해 휘도계 장비를 사용하지만, 환경적 제약으로 정확한 측정과 분석이 어려운 상황이다. 본 논문은 항로표지와 항만배후광의 광휘도 분석을 위한 측정방법과 알고리즘 설계에 관한 내용이다.

This study concerns information quality of the database which has been produced in the ASKERIC database. The measures used in this study were accuracy of the records. consistency, completeness and currency. Accuracy was measurred in terms of the keywords used in different ways in the US and Britain and the spelling errors in the records. Consistency was measured in terms of 'see also' and 'see reference' mechanism and character capitalization. Completeness was measured as follows： completeness of the search fields in the record and relevance of search fields. Currency was measured using the publication date. The experimental result showed that ERIC databases had some errors in terms of accuracy. consistency. completeness and currency. However, continuous striving for the automatic error checking functions and the policy of feedback from users have contributed to the improvement of the quality in ERIC databases.

혈당의 비침습적인 측정의 필요성은 잦은 채혈로 인한 감염의 우려, 필요할 때마다 채혈의 고통 없이 혈당을 측정할 수 있다는 장점 때문에 지난 20여 년 동안 활발히 연구되어 왔다. 근적외선 및 원적외선 흡수분광법, 라만분광법, Polarization rotation 또는 Stimulated Raman 측정법, 온도측정법, 통계적 분석법, 전처리연구 등 많은 분야에서 접근하고 있지만 아직까지는 in vivo 측정에 성공하고 있지 못하고 있다 [1]. (중략)

This study aims at developing standardized needs assessment tool for school library facilities. To find common properties of school library facilities, this study explored KLA's Standards for Korean Libraries, IFLA's The School Library Guidelines and AASL's Empowering Learners. Through these standards 10 common properties are selected to include in the assessment tool. As the result, this study proposed needs assessment tool for school library facilities in form of survey and several ways to apply it according to each library situation.

This study proposes the methodology for measuring the time-distance accessibility on the Seoul bus system based on the T-card transaction databases and analyzes the results. T-card transaction databases contain the time/space information of each passenger's locations and times of the departure, transfers, and destination. We introduce the bus network graph and develop the algorithms for time-distance accessibility measurement. We account the average speed based on each passenger's get-in and getoff information in the T-card data as well as the average transfer time from the trip chain transactions. Employing the modified Floyd APSP algorithm, the shortest time distance between each pair of bus stops has been accounted. The graph-theoretic nodal accessibility has been given by the sum of the inverse time distance to all other nodes on the network. The results and spatial patterns are analyzed. This study is the first attempt to measure the time-distance accessibility for such a large transport network as the Seoul bus system consists of 34,934 bus stops on the 600 bus routes, and each bus route can have different properties in terms of speed limit, number of lanes, and traffic signal systems, and thus has great significance in the accessibility measurement studies.

BSC(Balanced Scorecard)는 재무지표 뿐 아니라 비재무지표의 활용도를 높여 기업의 성과를 측정하며, 재무, 고객, 내부 프로세스 그리고 학습과 성장의 시각에서 성과측정지표를 결정하고 이를 균형있게 관리하려는 접근법이다. BSC가 비재무지표의 활용도를 높인 것은 큰 성과로 여겨지지만 지표를 선정하고 이를 향상시키기 위한 요소를 찾는 것은 여전히 해결해야 할 과제로 남는다. 이 논문은 TOC 관점에서 BSC를 이해하고 BSC가 보다 성공적인 전략실행 도구가 될 수 있는 논의를 제안한다. TOC와 BSC가 서로 협력하여 성과를 거두기 위해서는 BSC가 성과지표를 원가회계보다는 쓰루풋회계를 활용하여 측정하고, 성과지표 선정에서도 제약과 비제약을 구분하는 기준이 도입되어야 할 것이다.
