This study investigates the evaluations, preferences, and opinions of students' experiences with their academic library blog and to identify student suggestions on how to improve the utilization such blogs. For this study, the D academic library blog was selected for study, while employing survey and focus group research methods. The results include the students' subjective evaluations of the library blog's operations, suggestions on how to improve the operation, and how to stimulate the utilization of the blog. This study may provide insights on how to improve academic library blog operations with access, updates, content, and marketing strategies.

This study examines current practices of the multicultural services in public library and offers directions for improvement in the multicultural society. For this, this study is set up the list of the multicultural services on the basis of the plans and the announcements about multicultural services of an international organization. Moreover, researchers analysed the multicultural services of Incheon Jungang Library. The results of this study are as follows. They proposed the improvement of the multicultural services of a public library as the changes of cognition of the multicultural services, training for professional manpower, program for intercultural understanding, accessibility to information, etc.

우리나라가 관할하는 공역의 넓이는 약 40만$\textrm{km}^2$로 주한미군이 1952년부터, 국방부가 1958년부터 관리해 오다가 1995년에 건설교통부가 공역관리 업무를 인수하였다. 우리나라의 공역(대구 FIR)에는 비행금지구역, 비행제한구역, 위험구역, 경제구역, 훈련구역, 군작전구역 등 무려 114개의 특수목적 공역이 설정되어 있어 민항공기의 운항이 자유롭지 못하다. 또한 내륙을 중심으로 14개의 접근관제규역이 설정되어 있고 각기 관할구역에 대하여 배타적인 권리를 행사함으로써 신공항건설에 따라 운항이 필요한 소요공역 확보에도 애로가 많은 실정이다. 항로는 국내항로 5개, 국제항로 11개 등 모두 16개의 항로를 운영하고 있으나 대부분 한 개의 항로를 양방향으로 운영하고 있어 교통량 처리가 어려운 실정이고 항공교통량 전체의 75%가 수도권으로 집중되는 현상이 나타나 안전도 확보에도 지장을 주고 있다. 우리나라는 군사적 특수성 때문에 군의 작전비행 활동이 상당히 많으나 관제 및 비행절차에 관한 규정을 군과 민이 각각 달리 운영하고 있는 문제점들이 있다. 금번 세미나에서는 군의 작전활동을 유지하면서 민 항공의 안전성, 경제성 등을 확보하기 위하여 1)국제민간항공기가 제정한 공역등급화(ATS Air Space Spacification)방안, 2)접근관제구역의 조정개선 방안 3)특수공역의 합리적 운영방안, 4)항로의 적선화, 복수의 일방통행 항로 확보 및 국제연결 항로의 다양한 방안, 5)군민간의 관제규정의 일원화 방안 등을 제안하고자 한다.

Recently, public service for the improvement of quality of life and life support such as safety, aging, disaster, welfare, housing, economy, urban environment, traffic etc are actively developed based on open public data, and the spread of the network and the necessity of everyday life, smartphones are playing a role in providing public services. Currently, the development of science is changing the life expectancy of human beings and changing into social structure in which aged people become bigger due to various social conditions and low fertility and aging problems. However, the elderly who do not have easy access to information are very uncomfortable in dealing with mobile devices with very low accessibility and utilization of public services provided by mobile phones. Therefore, this study recategorizes the condition of the elderly presented in the previous study and identifies the problem through case analysis provided for the elderly. Also, we summarize the hierarchy of the core items of the existing interface design and derive it as an improvement index of the public service design for the improvement of the information accessibility of the elderly, and propose a design method to improve the utilization of the public service provided through the mobile device.

This study analyzed the behaviors and satisfaction of park users in nine parks representing first and second-generation new towns, aiming to propose directions for planning new town parks. According to the analysis, park users in new towns mainly visit parks for purposes such as relaxation, strolling, and exercise, often with family, alone, or with friends. They typically spend 1-2 hours in the park and mostly access it on foot. Additionally, satisfaction with park accessibility is high, particularly among pedestrians. Satisfaction survey results indicate that pedestrian pathways, trees and vegetation, water features, rest areas, and cultural facilities have the greatest impact on overall park satisfaction. Playgrounds and sports facilities show relatively lower satisfaction levels, indicating a need for improvement. Furthermore, according to NPS analysis, park users are highly willing to recommend parks, especially with Gwanggyo Lake Park and Dongtan Central Park receiving high recommendation scores. IPA analysis shows that pathways and vegetation are perceived as highly important and satisfactory, while playgrounds and sports facilities are categorized as areas needing improvement. Thus, there is a need to consider improvement strategies for each. Additionally, identifying park users' grievances can lead to creating a better park environment. Finally, concerning the planning direction for new town parks, linear-shaped parks facilitating walking are preferred, with parks preserving natural terrain and forests deemed the most desirable. Based on these results, future city parks, including those in the third-generation new towns, should harmonize with nature and prioritize pedestrian access.

An environmentally-friendly nanocoating method that effectively adds flame retardant(FR) and gas shielding properties to combustible polymeric construction materials such as flexible polyurethane (PU) foam was studied. Naturally-driven two-dimensional(2D) nanomaterials such as graphene oxide (GO) can exhibit liquid crystalline (LC) properties in aqueous solutions, enabling uniform coatings on the various substrates including 3D-porous foams. LC phase-assisted coating serves as 3D-scaffold, facilitating the introduction of small molecules having antioxidant capabilities such as dopamine which is to form uniformly stacked FR coating. Additionally, the structural characteristics of the 2D-materials can effectively hinder the migration of toxic gases and flammable substances in the gas phase generated during combustion. This LC phase flame retardant coating technology could be a new approach to provide environmentally friendly and effective flame retardant and gas barrier properties to various types of polymeric materials.

본 논문은 시장 사용 조건에서 발생한 PC제품의 Main board 고장품이 회수 후 검토 시 정상적으로 기능하여 나타나는 NDF(No Defect Found) 판정 상황에 대한 효과적인 검토 방안을 제시한다. NDF 시료의 고장성 진위 여부를 가리기 위해 HALT(Highly Accelerated Life Test)기술을 응용한 결과 기존의 시험 검토 방법보다 높은 재현 효과를 보았다. 결함 제품의 잠재적인 취약부위를 단시간에 효과적으로 촉진하고 들춰내는 HALT 기술은 전자 제품의 NDF성 고장을 기술적으로 접근하여 개선할 수 있는 기초를 제공하는 유용한 가속 스트레스 시험 기술임이 입증되었다.

The Purpose of this study is to investigate and suggest a counseling strategy and practice for solving interpersonal problems of elementary school students that elementary school teachers are now confronted with. In this study, first of all, the actual conditions of interpersonal problems of elementary school students were examined focusing on interpersonal aggressions(violence and victim). The features and problems of existing approaches for solving interpersonal problems of elementary school students were indicated. Although existing approaches for solving interpersonal aggression problems took temporary and external changes, they failed to notice psychological hurts that victims and aggressive victims got. As a fundamental and systematic way for overcoming problems of existing approaches, forgiveness counseling education based on empirical-scientific forgiveness researches was discussed. The Purpose of forgiveness counseling education is to make victims(aggressive victims) overcome the negative responses derived from interpersonal conflict(hurts and victims) and to facilitate them to response positively through experiencing forgiveness psychological process. Lastly, necessary assignments and topics to use forgiveness counseling education as an effective personality education approach were discussed.

This study is based on the diagnosis process on agricultural production cost survey, which is one of the most representative public statistics of agricultural sector in Korea. The diagnosis were performed by employing the quantitative and qualitative approaches with the official guideline provided by the Ministry of Statistics. The various results were produced from the aspects of exactness, relevance, timeliness, accessibility, and comparability, which were based on the qualitative approaches including focus group interview (FGI) with professional users. The results from statistical portfolio analysis implies that the first priority to improve the statistics is given to 'satisfaction level corresponding to user cost' and 'offering sufficient explanation'. The comprehensive results, discussed with the administrative office, are summarized into the following two major points. First, classification of the detailed items should be improved to avoid users' confusion. However, the re-classification need to be professionally reviewed with the relevant administrative office such as Rural Development Administration, producing similar statistics. Second, the KOSIS system is found to be constantly upgraded to improve the users' convenience.

IT기술의 발달과 결부된 소프트웨어분야의 지속적인 기술 개발은 IT기술의 이용효율성을 증대시켜서 컴퓨터의 이용범위 확대와 이용률을 제고 시키고 있다. 컴퓨터의 이용률이 높아지면서 다양한 분야에서의 소프트웨어 개발에 대한 필요성이 제기되었고 소비자들은 원하는 소프트웨어 선택의 폭을 넓히고 있다. IT분야는 소프트웨어가 IT자체의 제품선택에 영향을 미치는 중요한 관건이 되는 시기로 접어들게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 IEC61508을 기반으로 하여 시스템 안전을 위한 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트 개선에 관한 통합적인 접근 방법을 제안한다.
