인체공학적 초.중.고등 학생용 책상과 의자 개발에 관한 연구: 시제품 평가를 통한 개선안을 중심으로

  • '인체공학적 학생용 책상과 의자 개발(김정용, 1996)'에 관한 연구에서 제작된 1차 시제품을 면밀히 재평가한 결과, 책상 상판의 상하 탄력으로 인한 안전성, 파이프 처리 기술과 높이 조절의 용이성, 한 호수의 의자로 초등 학생부터 고등 학생까지 만족시키지 못하는 신체 적합도 등의 보완점이 제기되었 다. 이를 해결하기 위해 1차 시제품에서 추구하고자 했던 인체공학적 설계 요소를 유지하면서 재료역 학적인 요소와 파이프 가공 기술 등을 고려하여 개선안을 제시하였다. 책상의 무게중심이 중앙에 위치 하도록 다리를 안쪽으로 이동시켜 상판의 흔들림을 방지하였고, 파이프 사이에 삽입된 PVC와 열쇠 모 양의 조립 구멍, 특수 설계된 나사로 조절이 용이하고 고정성과 안전성이 향상되었으며, 파이프 용접 방식으로 넓은 범위의 신체 특성을 포함할 수 있게 되었다. 의자는 초등 학생용과 중.고등 학생용으로 나누어 2호로 설계하였고, 좌판의 곡면을 보다 완만하게 디자인하여 Lumbar와 오금 부위의 압박을 최 소화하였다. 이 외에도 좌판 밑부분에 보조 서랍을 두어 수납 공간의 부족 문제를 해결하였으며, 등받 이에 손잡이용 구멍을 뚫어 이동 시 편의를 제공하였다. 다양하고 세심한 평가 결과를 바탕으로 세부 설계를 완성하였고, 개선된 2차 시제품은 신체 적합도가 더욱 향상되고, 기능성과 편이도가 증대되어 초.중.고등 학생용 교구로서 학생들의 건강한 신체 발달과 학습 의욕 증가 및 중소기업의 이윤 향상 이 기대된다.

점용접 아연도금판의 강도특성에 대한 온도 및 침수의 영향 (Effect of Temperature and Water Assumtion on Strength of Spot Welded Zine Steel Plates)

  • Spot welded structure is operated in diverse situation because of temperature, humidity and precipitation. In addition factors of environmental pollution such as acid rain, that courses corrosion, have the tendency to increase, But spot welded structure strength is affected by dampness and environment temperatures. Therefore, it is important to evaluate effect of temperature of spot welded part, In this study, the strength distribution of spot welded plates is evaluated about the environmental temperature of zine coated steel plates and test is conducted with welded part immersed in distilled and synthetic sea water. Specimens are immersed into water for 10, 100, 500 and 1000hours to evaluate the effects of water immersion time on tensile-shear strength under the conditions of -40, 0, 20 and $50^{\circ}C$. Strength is evaluated by tensile-shear test. The conditions of spot welding are 240kgf electrode force, 10KA welding current with 0 and 5mm clearance. From this study, spot welded specimens with clearance have lower tensile-shear strength in the distilled water or synthetic sea water comparing with spot welded specimens without clearance. And they have lower tensile-shear strength under $-40^{\circ}C$ and over $50^{\circ}C$.

점용접시편의 과부하해석 및 유효 J-적분에 의한 피로수명예측 (Overload Analysis and Fatigue Life Prediction Using an Effective J-Integral of Spot Welded Specimens)

  • This paper proposes an integrated approach, which is independent of specimen geometry and loading type, for predicting the fatigue life of spot welded specimens. We first establish finite element models reflecting the actual specimen behaviors observed on the experimental load-deflection curves of 4 types of single spot welded specimens. Using finite element models elaborately established, we then evaluate fracture parameter J-integral to describe the effects of specimen geometry and loading type on the fatigue life in a comprehensive manner. It is confirmed, however, that J-integral concept alone is insufficient to clearly explain the generalized relationship between load and fatigue life of spot welded specimens. On this ground, we introduce another effective parameter $J_e$ composed of $J_I$, $J_{II}$, $J_{III}$, which has been demonstrated here to more sharply define the relationship between load and fatigue life of 4 types of spot welded specimens. The crack surface displacement method is adopted for decomposition of J, and the mechanism of the mixed mode fracture is also discussed in detail as a motivation of using $J_e$.

Indirect force 측정 방법과 Pseudo-역행렬을 이용한 정밀한 Force 예측 (Precise Forces Prediction by Indirect Force Measurement and Pseudo-inverse Technique)

  • In the design of structure the forces acting on the structure are important parameter for noise and vibration control. However, in the complex structure, the forces at the injection point on the structure cannot be measured directly. Thus it is necessary to find out indirect force evaluation method. In this paper forces have been measured with in-situ vibration responses and system information. Three existing techniques of indirect force measurement, viz. direct inverse, principal component analysis and regularization have been compared. It has been shown that multi-vibration responses are essential for the precise estimation of the forces. To satisfy those conditions, Rotary compressor is adopted as test sample, because it is very difficult to measure the injection forces from internal excitation to shell. It has also been obtained that relatively higher force is transmitted though three welding paths to the compressor shell. It shows a good agreement between direct and indirect force evaluation with curvature shell and plate and is investigated the possibility of force evaluation of rotary compressor as a complex structure.

냉간 압연강판 십자형 점용접부의 피로강도 평가 (Fatigue Strength Evaluation of SPCC Cross-Tension Spot Weld Joints)

  • In this study, SPCC cross-tension type specimens produced under various spot welding conditions were tensile and fatigue tested. Decrease of 2 kA in normal current condition of 10 kA caused a large amount of reduction in both static joining strength and fatigue life. And 2 kA increase resulted in increase of static joining strength and an increase in low cycle regime but a decrease in high cycle regime, revealing the fact that fatigue strength rather than static joining strength would be a major factor during design process in view of the body endurance. As a results of estimating the fatigue lifetimes of various types of spot weld specimens. equivalent stress intensity factor is the proper parameter for predicting the lifetimes of various types of specimens. which can be expressed as ${\Delta}K_{eq}(N/nm^{1.5})=11550N^{-0.36}_{f}$.

커버 플레이트를 이용한 이종 3겹 저항 점 용접성 평가 (Characteristics of Dissimillar Three-Sheet Resistance Spot Welding for Advanced High Strength Steel with Cover Plate)

  • Low carbon steel is usually used as the outer panel with low base metal resistance compared to the inner reinforced panel made with high strength steel, which makes it difficult to form a robust nugget. To overcome welding problems of a dissimilar three-sheet combination made of SGACEN, DP980 and CP1180, a cover plate was inserted between the upper electrode and SGACEN. The quality of the nugget was analyzed by comparing the welding signals and cross sectional images under maximum heat input both with and without the cover plate. To analyze the mechanical of weld properties, a hardness test analysis was conducted. To enhance the reliability of experimental results, temperature distributions were obtained using a simulation program. The method of inserting a cover plate led to a change in the heat input, which induced a larger nugget size between SGACEN and DP980.

가열된 금형에 삽입된 구리전극에 의한 중첩된 알루미늄 합금판재의 드로잉성형 동시 점용접 특성 (Characteristics of Drawing and Concurrent Spot Welding of Overlapped Aluminum Plates with Copper Electrodes Inserted in Heated Dies)

  • In this study, a new spot welding with electric resistance heated dies is suggested for the spot welding of non-ferrous metal plates for drawing and concurrent spot welding. This welding method involves two heating processes such as heating by conduction of electric resistance heated dies and heating by resistance between contacted surfaces of two plates by welding current induced to copper dies for the fusion of contacted metal. This welding process has welding variables such as current induced in heated and copper dies, the inner diameters of heated dies, and edge shape of the copper dies. Experimental conditions for each current should be established to get successful welding strength. The welding strength could reach to the desired value in industrial fields under the following conditions of contact diameters of heated dies in this case of overlapped aluminum5052 plates with 0.3-mm thickness: inner and outer diameters of 5.0 and 16mm, respectively; diameter of copper dies, 5.0mm; heating current, 6.8kA in heated steel dies; welding current, 8.6 kA in copper dies.

건설용 이형 철근(SD35, SD30A)의 점용접성 (The Spot Weldability of SD35 and SD30A Steel for Reinforcement Bar)

  • The spot weldability of metal joints between SD35 and SD30A steel was investigated. This study was aimed to determine the spot welding parameters (i.e. welding current and time) for reinforcement bar joint and to evaluate the weldability, mechanical strength, hardness and microstructure. The results indicated that shear strength and elongation of the welding joints at 12.5kA and 1000 ms were 26.7 $kgf/mm^2$ and 22%, respectively. And fracture distribution of them by using shear and tensile test showed 100% necking mode and 100% ductile mode, respectively.

Transverseless AFRAMAX급 이중선체 유조선 구조부재의 안전성평가

  • 본 연구에서는 힁부재가 없는 AFRAMAX급 신구조 방식의 유조선을 개발하고자 하였다. 설계의 기본 개념은 1) 이중선체구조를 채용하여 해난사고 발생시 기름유출 방지를 피하고, 2) 힁부재가 없는 극히 단순한 선체구조를 채용하여 용접 로봇등을 활용한 자동건조 비율을 높임으로써 건조 생산성을 향상시키는데 주안점을 두고 있다. 설계 결과 얻어진 선체구조는 기존의 유조선 구 조와 매우 상이하다. 초기구조설계단계에서 구조 부재의 치수는 기존의 선급설계 지침을 활용 하여 결정하였으나, 기존의 유조선 구조와 비교하여 구조배치가 크게 바뀌어 졌기 때문에 기존의 선급설계지침을 만족했다고 해서 구성부재와 국부구조뿐만 아니라 구조 전체적으로도 충분한 구조안전성을 가지고 있는지는 확실치 않다. 따라서 직접구조해석에 의한 구조안전성 평가가 필수적으로 요구되며, 이를 위해 저자들은 선체구조의 최종 종강도(ultimate longitudinal strength), 최종 힁강도(ultimate transverse strength) 및 최종 국부강도(ultimate local strength )를 기준으로한 구조안전성 평가를 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 이들 중에서 국부 구조부재에 대한 안전성평가 문제만을 다루었다. 결론적으로, 본 연구에서 개발한 선체구조는 건전상태(intact condition)하에서 뿐만 아니라 손상상태하에서도 구조부재는 좌굴 또는 붕괴하지 않고 전반적 으로 충분한 구조안전성을 가지고 있다는 결론을 내릴 수 있었다.

Al 도금 HPF 강판과 전기아연도금 TRIP 강판의 저항 점 용접 시 연속타점 전극의 수명에 미치는 도금층의 영향 (Effect of Coating Layer on Electrode Life for Resistance Spot Welding of Al-Coated Hpf and Zn-Coated Trip Steels)

  • The resistance spot welding of high strength steel degrades the weldability because of its high strength with rich chemical composition and coating layer to protect from corrosion. During the each resistance welding process the electrodes tip reacts with coating layer, then subsequently deteriorates and shorten electrode life. In this study, the Al-coated HPF (Hot Press Forming) steels and Zn-coated TRIP steels were used to investigate the electrode life for resistance spot welding. Experimental results show that the reactivity of Al-coating on HPF steels to electrode tip surface behaviors different from the conventional Zn-coated high strength steels. The electrode tip diameter and nugget size in electrode life test of Al-coated HPF steels are observed to be constant with respect to weld numbers. For Al-coated HPF steels, the hard aluminum oxide layer being formed during high temperature heat treatment process reduces reactivity with copper electrode during the resistance welding process. Eventually, the electrode life in resistance spot welding of Al-coated HPF steels has the advantage over the galvanized steel sheets.
