  • 전력기기가 고급화, 복잡화, 고기능성을 요구하면서 고신뢰도 설계를 위한 신뢰성 기술이나 고장없이 일정기간동안 사용하기 위한 품질관리활동의 중요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 이러한 요구를 충족시키기 위해서는 시스템이나 이를 구성하고 있는 부품의 성능에 대한 신뢰도를 분석해서 설계 및 보수기술에 적용해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 신뢰도 평가를 기반으로하는 변전기기의 유지보수를 위하여 이에 필요한 점검주기, 수명산출, 고장모드와 영향평가 등과 같은 신뢰도 평가기술에 관하여 논하였다.

  • 원자력발전소에서는 건설완료 단계에서 기기, 배관 및 각종 지지구조물에 대하여 PSI(Pre-Service Inspection)를 실시하여 시공된 설비의 건전성을 점검하고, 운영중에는 주기적으로 시간의 경과에 따른 취약화 정도를 비과괴검사로 감시 및 평가하는 ISI (In-Service Inspection)를 실시하여 안전성 관련 설비의 건전성을 점검하고 있다. 이 과정에서 방대한 양의 검사데이터가 생산되며 원전 가동년수가 증가함에 따라 검사자원을 체계적으로 관리하고 자동화 할 수 있는 시스템 개발이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 PSI/ISI 검사결과 정보관리를 비롯하여 검사 기초자료 관리 및 검사계획 수립, 파괴역학 분식 기능 등을 포함한 Web 기반의 Application 개발 사례를 소개한다. 또한 가상현실 기법을 적용하여 기존의 2차원적 DB 운영을 3차원 가상공간에서 운영할 수 있는 'Touch & Tell' 기법을 개발하고 그 구현방법을 제시한다.

  • Seoul subway is an safety, quick, and clean public transportation to secure citizens safety. One of the most important elements of train is optimizing railroad function and need to conform railroad inspection for function maintenance. Railroad is the most biggest part of the railroad facility and it is a structure which requires sustainable maintenance. The purpose of study is to improve domestic metropolitan railroad facility inspection method and period. For this, we refer documents about present roving method, roving members and period of railroad roving. In addition, analyzed problems of railroad roving investigation method and period by examining the type and standards of railroad investigation and interviewing experts. By this, we analyzed improving plan and expectations of railroad maintenance and repair operation.

  • 시설물 전생애주기에 걸쳐 정보가 공유되고 피드백 될 수 있는 BIM(Building Information Modeling) 기술의 등장은 유지보수 관리자들에게 가장 필요한 유지관리점검 도구의 의미를 지님과 동시에, 정보모델을 기반으로 주요 기술영역 및 사업주체간 원활한 의사소통이 가능해지도록 한다. 효율적인 지하철 터널의 유지관리를 위해서는 체계적으로 조직된 데이터가 필수적이다. 설계, 시공, 유지관리 단계별로 효과적인 협업을 위한 유기적인 단일 모델이 요구된다. BIM기반의 지하철 터널 구조물의 유지관리를 위해 건설정보분류체계 및 이를 보안한 유지관리점검 표준분류체계를 적용한 정보모델을 개발하였다.

  • 우주궤도환경은 고진공 환경이며, 태양복사열에 의한 고온환경 및 극저온환경이 반복되는 가혹한 환경이다. 위성체의 성공적인 임무 수행을 위해 지상에서 철저한 우주환경시험을 거쳐 기능 및 작동상태를 점검해야 하며, 이를 위해서는 $10^{-6}$ Torr 이하의 고진공 및 $-180^{\circ}C$ 이하의 극저온 모사가 가능한 열진공챔버와 같은 우주환경모사장비가 반드시 필요하다. 한국항공우주연구원에서는 다양한 크기의 열진공챔버를 보유, 가동 주이며, 챔버 내부의 진공도를 측정하기 위한 진공게이지의 교정을 매년 실시하고 있다. 또한 교정기관을 통한 교정 이외, 보유하고 있는 표준챔버를 이용한 자체 교정을 실시하여, 진공도의 신뢰성 점검 및 보증을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 표준챔버를 이용한 고진공게이지 교정 방법을 소개하며, 다년간의 교정결과를 검토하여 교정주기에 대한 견해를 기술하고자 한다.

  • Since guided missiles with the characteristics of the one-shot system remain stored throughout their entire life cycle, it is important to maintain their storage reliability until the launch. As part of maintaining storage reliability, period of preventive test is set up to perform preventive periodic test, in this case failure detection rate has a great effect on setting up period of preventive test to maintain storage reliability. The proposed method utilizes failure rate predicted by the software on the basis of MIL-HDBK-217F and failure mode analyzed through FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) using data generated from the actual field. The failure detection rate of using the proposed method is applied to set periodic test of the actual guided missile. The proposed method in this paper has advantages in accuracy and objectivity because it utilizes a large amount of data generated in the actual field.

  • The cost for maintenance of bridge structures such as repair or reinforcement is increasing. In addition, the efforts for inspection of bridge structures is becoming more important since the proper repair or reinforcement should be performed to save the maintenance cost and ensure the safety for public infrastructure. Therefore, it is studied on this paper to estimate the repair or reinforcement cycles using probabilistic approach for the steel-box girders of bridge superstructure. In addition, a computer simulation program is uniquely developed based on probabilistic approach to calculate the cycles derived from the function of age of bridge and performance rating curve which were previously studied. In order to ensure the reliability of results and appropriateness of the model, statistical analyses were performed. Also, the results were compared and proved to be similar with ones from previous statistical data related to the repair or reinforcement cycles. The results from this study is expected to be useful for the determination of proper time to repair or reinforce the bridge structure and raise the safetyness of bridge structure in advance.

  • For the case of test equipments requiring data accuracy, real-time is highly required in acceptance test for performance evaluation of developed weapons. For convenience' sake, test equipments are usually developed using Windows. However Windows does not support real-time in itself. Thus, in this paper, so as to reduce development time and expenses, we design and implement an integrated middleware for real-time device drivers using RTiK-MP. Using DLL, we also support user API's for the sake of development convenience without details of the complex RTiK-MP structure. We evaluate the performance of the proposed integrated middleware using the RDTSC command which returns the number of CPU clock ticks. The evaluation results show that it operates correctly within error ranges in the periods of 1ms and 4ms for the cases of TCP/IP and RS-232, respectively.

  • NIR(New Inspection Regime, hereinafter NIR) relating to the PSC(Port State Contorl, hereinafter PSC) has implemented in Asia-Pacific region under Tokyo-MOU from last January 2014. The most noticable difference between NIR and existing TF(Target Factor, hereinafter TF) is to evaluate company performance and to conduct PSC with flexible inspection interval on the basis of Ship Risk Profile; High Risk Ship, Standard Risk Ship and Low Risk Ship. Particularly deficiencies related to ISM Code, more than 5 deficiencies and detention record have a serious effect on the evaluation of Ship Risk Profile. Therefore ship and company are requested to ensure proper implementation of Safety Management System for the changed PSC tendency. Also RO(Recognized Organization, hereinafter RO) and Administration respectively should take suitable actions different to previous measures, such as implementation of cooperation and support system between vessel and company, changing subject and object for avoiding Mannerism in SMS audit, strengthening supervision on RO by Administration and establishment of private-public Partnership network.
