The Design of Monitoring System to Optimize Points Inspection Intervals (선로전환기 점검주기 최적화를 위한 모니터링시스템 설계)

  • The control module controlling points has become high-tech. but the introduction of relevant company's inspection intervals and methods, and the adoption of the way which is used in relay interlock system became the cause of a failure by excessive and incorrect maintenance. The Human error in failure recovery process can cause vital accidents including train derailment, the points monitoring system could prevent this problem by monitoring points' operation condition in real time. After conducting the changed inspection intervals that applied the results of the criticality of each failure type, MTBF, MTTR, availability, maintainer's opinion, the work became simplified, and, the failure did not occur for 4 consecutive years in contrast to the previous annual average of 11 failures.

  • 본 논문에서는 전기안전감시장치의 적용에 따른 원격점검체계에 대하여 연구하였다. 현재 일반용 수용가는 1, 2, 3년 주기로 인력점검에 의해 전기안전점검을 수행하고 있다. 그러나 상시감시를 할 수 없고, 1회 부재시 점검주기의 2회의 기간만큼 안전을 확보할 수 없다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 아크차단기능이 내장된 전기안전감시장치의 일반용 수용가 적용에 따른 점검절차, 체계의 변화에 대하여 연구하였다. 또한 원격점검장치 도입시 문제점을 검토하고 이에 대한 해결방안에 대하여 연구하였다.

  • According to the article of inventory in the act of public records management from $29^{th}$ January on 1999, record repository, special repository and the archives have been doing inventory totally once every two years. As the archives have acquisited incredibly and explosively lots of archives, this has induced a lot of problem in inventory activity due to legacy inventory acts. To solve these problems, the author have revised and legislated on $29^{th}$ Oct. 2016. The purpose of this study is to point out the problems that prior uniformal inventory cycle and to explain in detail that the contents of the newly revised article, and a benefit and expectations of practical inventory activity. The major revision of article is inventory cycle of at least totally once every four years and the act of obligation on a after-process of inventory.

  • Recently, the need for improving the economical efficiency of pumped-storage power plants has increased because of the decrease in the availability of electricity caused by an increase in the consumption of electricity at night. Therefore, a preventative maintenance cycle, especially an overhaul cycle, is required. Unconditional extension cannot be implemented because it may cause unanticipated failures due to insufficient maintenance. Therefore, in this study, a methodology for optimizing the preventative maintenance cycle by taking into account both reliability and economical efficiency is presented; this methodology has been developed by reviewing previous studies on reliability and considering the characteristics of pumped-storage power plants. Finally, an extended overhaul cycle is derived by applying this methodology to a domestic pumped-storage power plant.

  • 안전점검결과 취약시설물 대부분이 정밀점검을 통하여 판단되었으므로, 향후 연차적으로 정밀점검 대상항의 확대 추진과 주기적인 저밀안전진단 실시방안도 검토되어야 할 것이다.아울러, 자연재해로부터 어민의 생명과 재산을 안전하게 보호하기 위해 보다 더 체계적이고 과학적인 안전유지관리시스템과 첨단장비도 점차 마련되어야 할 것이다.

  • 웹 해킹 사고 건수와 피해규모가 매년 증가하고 있다. 해킹사고의 대부분이 웹을 통해 발생하고 있으며 웹 취약점 점검을 통해 사전에 예방할 수 있지만 인력과 예산 부족으로 주기적인 점검이 어려운 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 웹 점검을 위해 공격가능성을 바탕으로 점검 항목의 위험도를 분석하고 향후 지속되어야 할 연구 방향을 제시한다.

  • One of recent concerns for super-tall buildings is how to manage hoisting plans and equipment efficiently. Disasters are frequently occurred in relation to electromotive hoists and cranes which are commonly used in construction sites. For construction lifts, particularly, it is highly important to conduct regular inspections or prepare against breakdown in terms of safety. However, unfortunately the reality is that regular inspections are only flatly conducted according to operating hours only. A lift, whose life span is subject to the complicated considerations such as operating hours, loading condition, and the like of each component, is far too invalid as a means of maintenance. As a way to resolve this problem and improve its convenience and safety for users, this study intends to calculate individual inspection interval for the main components of lifts by measuring their actual operating hours with sensing technology and analyzing their historical data. The findings of study include calculation of inspection intervals for the main components of lifts and classification of components to check by the actual operating hours of lift (40, 90, 130, 400 hours), which are drawn up into tables. This will make an opportunity to suggest efficient maintenance measures by enabling prevention of safety accidents and enhancement of safety for workers. Also, it will lead to increasing productivity of works by eliminating sources of delaying the term due to the breakdown of lifts.

등부표 인양점검에 따른 위치패턴 분석 연구

  • 등부표의 위치변화는 외력에 의한 변화가 가장 크다. 등부표는 2년을 주기로 인양점검하고 작업자에의해 고시된 위치에 다시 정치된다. 본 연구는 등부표 인양점검을 기준으로 위치패턴변화를 분석하여 향후 등부표를 효율적으로 관리하는데 있다. 분석결과 등부표의 위치는 인양점검 위치에 따라 위치패턴의 변동이 있었다.

  • 원자력 발전소 기기들에 대한 점검주기와 점검방법은 기술지침서(Tech. Spec)의 점검요건(SR)에 명시되어 있는데 가압경수로(PWR) 원전의 경우 다중계통 기기 점검은 교번시험(Staggered Test) 방법으로 점검하도록 되어 있다. 그러나 그 동안의 원전 운전경험에 의하면 기기 점검 및 보수로 인하여 기기 마모. 발전소 정지. 운전원의 부담감, 방사선 피폭 등의 역효과(Adverse Effects)가 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 다중계통(Multi-redundancy System)중 2/4 시스템에 대한 점검방법별 이용불능도(Unavailability)를 해석적 방법으로 구하고 점검 및 보수로 인한 기기 마모 역효과를 모델링하여 점검방법별로 적용하고 비교 분석하였다.
