Strengthening User Involvement in Welfare Policies for the Disabled: through Case Studies 'Personal Budgets' of Germany (장애인 복지정책에서의 이용자 참여 강화: 독일의 개인예산제도를 중심으로)

  • The provision of welfare services to the disabled in Korea are still insufficient to meet the demand and the delivery system of the service is organized largely from the viewpoint of the suppliers. In order to guarantee the user right to choice, the shift of the policy paradigm supporting autonomy, self-directedness and the right to control of the users appears to be important. The present study explores the theoretical discussion in the field of the welfare of the disabled about user involvement. Then it investigates the German case of 'personal budgets' aimed to strengthen the user involvement and draws some policy implications for Korea. The study confirms that the introduction of 'personal budgets' aimed to realization of the self-determination of the disabled has contributed for the reinforcement of user involvement in welfare policies for the disabled. This new policy program 'personal budgets' based on the idea of the realization of the right to self-determination appears to transform the general nature of the welfare system for the disabled in Germany by transforming the payment methods.

Current status and needs for special education to support educational gaps for students with disabilities after COVID-19 (코로나19 이후 장애학생 교육 격차 지원을 위한 특수교육 현황과 요구)

  • Although COVID-19 has transitioned to a level 4 infectious disease in 2023 and has entered a stable trend, in special education settings, the importance of supporting the academic and social development gaps of students with disabilities caused by non-face-to-face learning situations such as remote classes during the COVID-19 period is emerging. there is. Accordingly, in this study, in order to identify and support the educational status and academic deficits of students with disabilities after COVID-19, we conducted a survey targeting 2,214 special education teachers in 17 cities and analyzed the results. As a result of the study, due to COVID-19, the developmental delay and educational gap in students with disabilities in terms of academics, emotions, and behavior deepened, and there was a high demand for manpower support, psychological counseling, and medical support for emotional behavior as a way to support this. Based on the results of this study, follow-up results were proposed.

Mixed Methods Research on Issues of Residential Care Services for Children and Youth with Disabilities (장애아동청소년의 거주서비스 쟁점에 관한 혼합방법론 연구)

  • This study aims to explore the issues of residential care services for children and youth with disabilities using mixed methods research. In Korea, welfare policies for people with disabilities tend to focus on adults with disabilities. As a result, children and youth with disabilities often receive less attention in welfare policies, which is especially true of children and youth with disabilities at residential facilities, who have confronted more serious situations than children and youth with disabilities living together with their families. Thus, the goal of this study explores the issues of residential care services for children and youth with disabilities, and suggests alternatives grounded in the research results. This study used a mixed methodology; in particular the embedded design that is designed by Creswell and Clark(2007). In qualitative research, representative professionals who work at residential facilities were selected using the recommendations of professional groups, and were interviewed using focus group interview methods. In quantitative research, this study investigated the thoughts of professionals on the issues of residential care services for children and youth with disabilities, using questions that were developed through qualitative research results. This study is significant in that it explored the issues of residential care services for children and youth with disabilities, focusing on field experiences, for the first time in Korea, and suggested political alternatives for the future.

외상 후 스트레스 장애의 평가

  • 우리는 살아가면서 흔히 개인적으로 극심한 스트레스를 겪거나 불행히도 어떤 뜻밖의 재난이나 큰 사고를 경험할 수 있다. 이런 외상적 사건들을 겪고 대부분의 사람들은 잘 극복할 수 있으나 일부 사람들은 심각한 의상 후 스트레스 반응을 보여 그런 외상이 지나감에도 불구하고 괴로운 기억 속에서 그것을 회상시키는 활동과 상황을 피하며 늘 불안한 마음으로 몸은 현재에 살고 있지만 마음은 실상 과거에 매달려 있고 과거의 고통 속에서 헤어 나오지 못하고 있다. 외상 후 스트레스 장애는 다른 불안 장애, 우울증처럼 흔한 질환으로 사회생활에 큰 지장을 주며 삶의 질을 손상시킨다. 그렇지만 외상을 당한 당사자들이 이런 이야기를 하기 꺼려하고, 이런 사람들을 진료실에서 종종 만날 수 있는 임상가들도 외상의 심각성과 외상 후 스트레스 장애에 대한 인식이 부족하여, 우리 주위에 많은 사람이 외상 후 스트레스 장애로 고생하고 있지만 외상 후 스트레스 장애로 진단되는 경우가 실제보다 훨씬 적다. 따라서 외상 후 스트레스 장애에 대한 평가를 배움으로써 더 많은 환자들을 정확히 진단하며 다른 질환과의 감별을 쉽게 할 수 있고, 환자들의 고통과 어려움이 과연 무엇인지 잘 알 수 있으며, 치료 표적과 치료 전략을 정하고, 치료 계획을 세우는 데 도움을 얻을 수 있다. 평가 방법으로는 구조화된 면담, 평가 척도, 정신 생리적 측정법, 치료자의 임상적인 결정 등이 있다. 향후에는 외상 후 스트레스 장애의 증상 정도뿐만 아니라 일상생활, 사회적 관계, 직업적, 사회적 적응 및 기능에 미치는 영향도 같이 평가하는 도구들이 개발되고, 현재 개발된 많은 평가 척도들이 새로이 수정되고 표준화되어, 이런 평가 척도들을 통해 외상 후 스트레스 장애의 경과와 외상 후 스트레스 장애로 인한 정신 사회적 영향을 더 잘 알 수 있는 자료들이 많이 수집되길 바란다. 대칭이, 작은대칭이, 펄조개는 저질이 니질인 곳에서 주로 서식하고 있었고 귀이빨대칭이는 사니질과 사질에 주로 서식하고 있었다. 특히 삽교호 수계 채집된 귀이빨대칭이는 사니질과 사질의 저질에서 출현하였다.및 내장낭 조직들이 중요한 에너지 저장소이며, 영양 공급 기관임을 알 수 있었으며, 폐각근 조직과 내장낭 조직들의 영양물질 함량 변화는 생식소의 에너지 요구에 따라 변하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.. 따른 신장 기능에 대한 영향을 평가해 보아야 한다.하를 조사한 결과, 연간 진동해역으로 유입되는 오염부하량은 부유물질 기준으로 전체 37,316 ton/yr로 추정되었고, 이중 육지기원 부하량이 9,809 ton/yr (26.3%) 였고, 해역의 침강량 23,576 ton/yr (63.2%), 양식생물의 배설량이 3,932 ton/yr (10.5%) 로 대부분이 해역의 침강량에 의한 것으로 조사되었다. 육지오염부하량이 변동이 없다는 전제 조건 아래, 진동만의 피조개 채묘장을 미더덕 양식장으로 품종전환시킬 경우, 전체 부하량은 산술적으로 약 196%가 증가한 72,998 ton/yr 가 되고, 양식생물의 배설량은 10배 정도 증가하게 되어 진동만의 오염부하를 가중하게 된다. 진동만은 여름철 빈산소수괴 및 적조가 빈번하게 발생하고 있으므로 미더덕 양식장을 새로이 시설할 경우 오염부하가 가중될 것으로 판단되어, 앞으로 진동만의 양식장 수용능력을 파악하여 적정량의 양식물량이 시설되어야 할 것이다.25 psu에서 가장 높게 나타났다.인 단백뇨는 진행성 경과의 위험성을 동시에 암시해 주는 매우 유용한 지표이다. 본 연구 결과 학교 신체 검사상에서 발견된 단독 단백뇨의 주된 원인은 기립성 단백뇨로 81.8%를 차지하였다. 그러나 지속성 단백뇨의 경우 비록 9.1%의 빈도를 보였지만, 신장 조직검사를 시행한 결과 진행성 경과를 취할 수 있는

정보통신 설비환경에 맞는 접지기술 개선방안

  • 정보통신분야의 눈부신 발전 및 확산에 따라 최근의 건물에는 OA기기, 통신기기, 빌딩관리시스템기기, 보안시스템 기기 등이 도입되고 있으며 이들 기기는 동작 전류가 매우 작아 원하지 아니하는 전류에 의해 기기의 파괴, 오동작, 잡음 등의 장애가 발생한다. 그러나 이러한 기술적 변화에 따른 영향으로부터 대응할 수 있는 통신용 접지에 대해서는 소홀히 한 것이 사실이었다. 이에 국제표준화, 국내 접지현황 및 문제점을 고찰하고 인텔리전트 빌딩에 맞는 접지시스템 및 정보통신 설비별 세부 설치방법을 소개함으로써 국내 통신용 접지에 맞게 활용할 수 있는 계기를 마련하고, 더불어 접지의 중요성에 대한 인식전환의 계기가 되었으면 한다.

  • EJB(Enterprise Java Bean) 컨테이너에서 대규모의 요청을 위해서는 여러 개의 EJB 컨테이너를 클러스터링 환경으로 구동시키는 것이 필요하다. EJB를 사용하는 클라이언트로는 JSPP나 에플리케이션 클라이언트, 혹은 또 다른 빈이 될 수 있다 이러한 클라이언트가 사용하는 EJB의 스텁을 클러스터 환경에 적합하도록 구현함으로써 트랜잭션 지역화, 장애 발생시 다른 서버로의 메소드 호출 전환, 동일 가상 머신을 탐지한 메소드 호출 최적화 등의 다양한 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 스마트 스텁의 필요성 및 구현에 대해 논의한다.

A Comparison Between Music and Non-music Conditions in Reciprocal Attention Intervention for Improving Joint Attention Behaviors of Children With Autism Spectrum Disorder (자폐범주성장애 아동의 공동주의 기술 향상을 위한 단계적 상호 주의 중재효과: 음악 조건과 비음악 조건 비교)

  • This study aimed to examine the effects of a reciprocal attention intervention on the joint attention behaviors of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) by comparing the music and nonmusic conditions. An alternating treatment design was applied as one of the single subject designs and the reciprocal attention intervention included music and nonmusic conditions implemented alternately within a session. The participants were four children between the ages 4 and 5 years and each participant who participated in 23 intervention sessions that followed the sequence of baseline (3 sessions), treatment (15 sessions), and follow-up (5 sessions). The music condition consisted of structured joint instrument playing, trials for attentional shift, and interactive instrument playing. The nonmusic condition consisted of joint toy play, trials for attentional shift, and turn taking-based play. The occurrence of target behaviors (i. e., joint attention behavior, eye gaze, and joint action) was analyzed across sessions. At pretest and posttest, the Early Social Communication Scale was administered. All participants showed increasing tendency in all target behaviors, but such occurrence was greater in the music condition than in the nonmusic condition. The findings support the use of a reciprocal attention intervention with musical stimuli to effectively improve joint attention in this population.

Effects of Steric Hindrance of 2-Hydroxyphenyl Diazonium Derivatives in the Reductive Reaction by Using Sodium Hydrogensulfite (Sodium Hydrogensulfite를 이용한 환원반응에서 2-Hydroxyphenyl Diazonium 유도체의 입체장애에 관한 연구)

  • Hydrazine derivatives used in fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics can be synthesized by reduction reaction from diazonium derivatives. The reduction method using $SnCl_2$ facilitates the reaction conversion, but the use of $SnCl_2$ is limited when residual heavy metals are issued in the final product. For the conversion of protected (2-hydroxyphenyl)diazonium derivatives into its hydrazine derivatives in Ramalin preparation process, the reduction method was developed by using $NaHSO_3$. In this study, the effect of steric hindrance according to the protected 2-hydroxygroupinphenyldiazonium derivatives was found, and linear C1~C5 alkyl groups for the hydroxy protection were preferable during the diazonium reduction reaction. Considering the economical efficiency and industrial production for the preparation of Ramalin, a variety of protecting groups were investigated. As a result, 2-(allyloxyphenyl)hydrazine was obtained with 85% yield and 99.7% purity when the hydroxy protecting group was used as an allyl group that could be easily deprotected.

  • Goal of this study is to identify effect of Oral Motor Facilitation Technique(OMFT) on feeding development, tube weaning of PWS baby. Subject was 8months old PWS girl. 2 times of OT, 1 times of OMFT per weeks were provided from July, 2020 to June, 2021. Feeding development and skills was increased and could eat food by mouth after OMFT treatment. Especially, she could eat food by her mouth after 3mts of OMFT and age-appropriated food intake, chewing function, drinking by straw was increased. Through this case study, early detecting and treatment for feeding development of PWS is very important. OMFT is good treatment protocol for increasing feeding development and oral motor skills of PWS.

The Effects of Attitudes toward Disabled Children on Integrated Childcare Attitudes in Regular Parents (일반학부모의 장애아에 대한 태도가 통합보육태도에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, a survey was carried out on 150 parents who have regular children attending integrated childcare centers in J area, through March 2 to March 10, 2012, with the purpose of figuring out the Effects of Attitudes toward Disabled Children on Integrated Childcare Attitudes in Regular Parents. The results are summarized as follows. First, the effect of attitudes toward disabled children on regular integrated childcare attitudes showed that cognitive and emotional factors had a statistically significant positive effect on regular attitudes. Second, the effect of attitudes toward disabled children on children's activities and teachers' concerns for integrated childcare showed that cognitive and behavioral factors had a statistically significant positive effect on children's activities and teachers' concerns. Third, the effect of attitudes toward disabled children on behavioral problems of integrated childcare showed that cognitive, emotional and behavioral factors had a statistically significant positive effect on behavioral problems. As for findings stated as above, there was a difference in integrated childcare attitude depending on regular parents' attitude toward disabled children. This implies that there is a difference in cognitive and emotional attitudes toward disabled children in regular parents, acting as positive factors that raise the integrated childcare attitude for the improvement of perception on these factors. Consequently, for the integrated childcare, both disabled children and regular children should admit each other's diversity and accept different each other's existence, and the perception change of parents, who try to respect and learn together, should be preceded.
