Objective : Conversion disorder is a psychiatric condition in which people express emotional distress through physical signs and symptoms involuntarily. Aphonia is one of the frequent symptoms of conversion disorder. The premise of this study is that oriental medical treatments would alleviate the symptoms of a patient with aphonia caused by conversion disorder. Methods : In this study, the subject is a patient with conversion disorder who afflicted aphonia after her travel. The patient was treated in Ulsan Oriental Medical Hospital of Dong-Eui University. Herbal medicine, acupuncture, and other oriental treatments were diagnosed to her. Results : Oriental medical treatments have an effect on a patient experiencing aphonia caused by conversion disorder.

Conversion disorder is a psychologically produced alteration or loss of physical functioning suggestive of a physical disorder. Conversion symptoms are often superimposed on organic disease and can be overlooked. Psychological techniques are central to the management include the following: avoiding confrontation with the patients; avoiding reinforcement or trivializing the symptoms; reviewing results of tests and exams and creating an expectation of recovery; educating the patient before a treatment is begun; evaluating the patient's emotional adjustment and considering it at a treatment; using caution in labeling the condition; considering referral for psychotherapy; establishing particularly a treatment plan and making a definite treatment program; adjusting patient' s environment; letting participate a family at appropriate time; developing a reinforcement program for a treatment of chronic symptoms; developing a home program for outpatients. Use behavior therapy reinforcement may be helpful with more chronic or resistant symptoms, especially when there is a history of vague or excessive somatic complaints or significant secondary gain.

Conversion disorder is disease that anxiety is converted to physical symptom by suppression of complication unconsciously. This case is that of conversion disorder resulted from school work. The treatment of Conversion disorder is anxiety syndrome's removement. But if not possible, as a symptomatic treatment, approvement of symptom is significant, in a sense. By use of Oriental medical treatment, we could improve symptoms of two case conversion disorders. Sooner or later, the patients gained a complete recovery. So, more objective study and treatment about conversion disorder by Oriental medicine's demonstration is needed.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report a case of conversion disorder child treated by oriental medical treatment. Methods : We diagnosed the patient as Soeumin Woolgwang disease and treated him with herbal medicine, acupuncture, moxa, consultation. We observed the improvement of his disease by checking his pseudo-seizure, stool, headache and chest discomfort. Results : By use of oriental medical treatment, we could make a considerable improvement of pseudo-seizure and other symptoms(stool, headache and chest discomfort). Conclusions : This study shows that oriental medical treatment can be an effective treatment for conversion disorder. But the symtoms may recur, so we need continuous observation and management.

Conversion disorder is defined as a specific and enduring sensorimotor dysfunction that contradicts known neurological or musculoskeletal pathology or physical findings. The patient with conversion symptoms unconsciously adopts these symptoms to convert their psychological stress to a physical phenomenon. Conversion disorder often involves the mimicry of organic symptoms similar to those experienced by a relative or an acquaintance. Because conversion symptoms are produced by psychological stress, specific treatment strategy and reinforcement program are needed for treatment. Treatment comprises avoiding unnecessary medical tests and removing symptoms by using graded exercises given by physical therapists. Clinical therapists must maintain a continuous and detailed follow-up to completely recover from conversion symptoms. The goal of treatment is to emphasize health rather than disease, to resolve physical symptoms, and to prevent recurrence. This study looks into the case reports of 4 patients diagnosed with conversion disorder.

저자는 두부외상후 일시적으로 발생한 전환장애 증상인 히스테리성 실성증 환자 1례를 최면치료를 통해 성공적으로 치료하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하였다. 최면은 이완반응을 통해 심신의 긴장을 완화시키고 자아를 강화하여 증상통제에 자신감을 갖게 하였다. 저자는 최면치료 첫 시간부터 자기최면을 숙달하도록 하였다. 허용적이고 체면을 세워주는 암시방법으로 히스테리성 실성증이 소멸된 후 10개월이 지난 추적때까지 증상의 재발은 없었다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to suggest that psychotherapy must be considered when treating conversion disorder patient with convulsion. Methods : We treated the patient with counseling and autogenic training in psychotherapies, not only traditional methods. Results : In this study, we found difference between when counselling and autogenic training is combined and when they are not practiced. Conclusions : Counseling and autogenic training is good treatment at patient with convulsion of conversion disorder.

정거장 구내에서는 본선으로부터 측선으로 진로를 바꾸는 등 하나의 선로에서 다른 선로로 분기하기 위하여 분기지점에 설치한 궤도 설비를 분기기라 하며 분기기의 방향을 전환시키는 것을 선로전환기라 하는데 이 장치에 문제가 발생 시 심각한 상황이 초래할 수 있다. 이 장치에는 정밀한 기기와 센서가 설치되어 사용되는데 중요한 설비 임에도 장애가 많이 발생하며 이로 인한 열차 탈선이라는 극한의 상황까지 이를 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용 중인 안전장치들을 장애와 사고를 정밀 분석하고 이를 대체할 수 있는 장치를 개발하여 시험설치 하였다. 이 장치는 이상전압 및 낙뢰의 영향을 받지 않도록 설계되어서 열차 운전이 원활하게 된다.

본 연구는 사회적 기업을 추진하고 있는 기관들의 욕구를 파악해 올바른 사회적 기업 지원정책을 마련하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 분석결과, 극복되어야 할 내부 장애요인으로는 운영자금 및 투자자금의 부족이 지적되었고, 사회적 기업 전환 전에 선행되어야 할 조건으로는 재정지원이었다. 사회적 기업으로의 전환과정에는 기업설립 및 운영에 필요한 운전자금 확보가 필요한 것으로 나타났고, 정부와 지방자치단체가 가장 시급히 해야 할 지원은 인건비 지원, 우선 구매 및 우선위탁 의무화였다. 향후 정부와 지방자치단체를 중심으로 사회적 기업의 운영에 필요한 설비와 인력을 갖출 수 있도록 초기자금을 지원하고, 사회적 기업의 상품과 서비스 판로개척을 지원해야한다.

우리나라의 경우 장애인 복지서비스의 공급이 여전히 부족하고, 전달체계도 주로 공급자를 중심으로 이루어지고 있다. 이런 현실에서 장애인 복지서비스 이용과 관련하여 장애인 당사자의 실질적인 선택권을 보장하기 위해서는 이용자 중심, 즉 이용자의 자율성과 주도성 및 통제권을 중시하는 방향으로 정책 패러다임의 변화가 이루어져야 한다. 이 연구에서는 최근 장애인복지와 관련하여 활발히 논의되고 있는 이용자 참여에 관한 이론적 논의를 살펴보고, '이용자 참여' 강화의 사례로서 독일의 개인예산제도를 고찰하여 우리나라에 주는 시사점을 제시하였다. 독일의 사례를 분석한 결과, 독일은 개인예산제도의 도입과 운영을 통해 기존에 시행되던 장애인복지와 관련한 지원제도의 지급방식을 전환함으로써, 장애인의 자기결정권 실현이 더 잘 이루어질 수 있도록 이용자 참여를 강화하는 추세로 장애인 복지정책의 방향을 변화시키고 있음을 확인하였다.
