산림관리에 있어 공동체는 중심에서 풀-뿌리단계로 관심을 받아왔다. 베트남에서, 공유림은 오랜 기간 산림에 의존하고 있는 서로 다른 공동체의 존재 그리고 종교와 긴밀히 연결되어 있다. 지난 몇 년 동안, 지속가능한 산림경영의 필요성에 기초하여, 몇몇 지역 공동체는 산림 또는 임지를 마을과 가구를 포함하여 산림에 대해 소유권을 가진 지역공동체에 할당되었다. 게다가 공동체는 또한 산림을 보호, 천연갱신과 신규조림 등 정부기구의 프로그램에 참여하였다. 산림관리에 근거한 지역공동체의 경험은 경제-사회적으로 적합한 산림관리 모델로 이것은 베트남의 서로 다른 민족의 전통관습에 따른다. 그러나 법적인 면에서, 지역공동체는 아직 산림 또는 임지에 연결된 실체로 인식되지 않고 있다. 공동체 산림관리의 두가지 형태는 (i) 그들에게 속한 산림과 임지를 공동체가 직접 관리하는 경우와 (ii) 공동체가 국가기관이 소유한 산림의 보호와 조림에 참여하는 경우이다. 이 논문은 공동체 산림관리에 대한 현재의 상황, 잠재력, 경향 및 이슈를 명확히 하여 정책담당자의 이러한 산림관리에 대한 이해를 돕는 데 있다.

As a type of intimate architecture, fashion has always mediated the dialogue between clothes and the body, or fashion and figure. This study seeks to inquire the current aesthetic consciousness of the body and dress in Japanese avant-garde fashion and intends to research the features and meanings in the pastiche of Western sartorial convention in Japanese avant-garde fashion in order to examine the changing aesthetic attitude in postmodern fashion. The study investigates subjects of the fashion collections of the turn of the twenty-first century, when pastiche strategies frequently appeared in Japanese avant-garde fashion, through the methodology of literature research and case analysis. The results of the study are as follows: by developing the strategy of pastiche, Japanese avant-garde fashion exposes the defectiveness of the Western idea of the idealized and standardized body for mass productions, thus freeing design from its traditional confinement to the human body. Drawing on the re-conceptualization of the sartorial convention of Western tradition, Japanese avant-garde fashion designers tend to experiment with extreme exaggeration in form, refusing to subscribe to the traditional Western values built on the balance and symmetry of the body. Through the combination of the past and the present as well as the inner-wear as outerwear strategy, the historical pastiche challenges convention and symbolism, which results in the discord between signifiant and signifi$\acute{e}$ of clothing.

China is a great civilization which is a combination of various ethnic groups with long history change. As one of these important components of traditional culture, the lucky shape has been going through the ideological upheaval of the history change of China. Up to now, it has become the important parts which can stimulate the emotion of Chinese nation. The lucky shape becomes the basis of the rich traditional culture by long history of the Chinese nation. Even say it is the centre of this traditional culture resource. The lucky shape is a way of expressing the Chinese history and national emotions. It is the important part of people's living habits, emotion, as well as the cultural background. What's more, it has the value of beliefs of Surname totem. Meanwhile, it also has the function of passing on information. The symbol of information finally was created by the being of lucky shape to indicate its conceptual content. There are various kinds of lucky shapes. It will have its limitations when researching all kinds of them professionally. So, here the lucky shape of FISH will be researched. The shape of fish is the first good shape created by the Chinese nation. It is about 6000 years. Its special shape and lucky meaning embody the peculiar inherent culture and intension of the Chinese nation. It's the important component of the Chinese traditional culture. The traditional shape of fish was focused on the continuation of history and the patterns recognition, etc. It seldom indicated the meaning of the shape into the using of the modern design. So by searching the lucky meaning & the way of fish shape, the purpose of the search is to explore the real analysis of value of the fish shape in the modern enterprise identity design. The way of search is through the development of the history, the evolvement and the meaning of lucky of the traditional fish shape to analyse the symbolic meaning and the cultural meaning from all levels in nation, culture, art and life, etc. And by using the huge living example of the enterprise identity design of the traditional shape of the fish to analyse that how it works in positive way by those enterprise which is based on the trust with good image. In the modern Chinese enterprise identity design, the lucky image will be reinterpreted in the modern way. It will be proofed by the national perceptual knowledge of the consumer and the way of enlarge the goodwill of corporate image. It will be the conclusion. The traditional fish shape is the important core of modern design.So this search is taken through the instance of the design of enterprise image of the traditional fish shape to analysis the idea of the majority Chinese people of the traditional luck and the influence of corporation which based on trust and credibility. In modern image design of Chinese corporation, the auspicious sign reappear. The question survey is taken by people through the perceptual knowledge of the consumer and the cognition the enterprise image. According the result, people can speculate the improvement of consumer's recognition and the possibility of development of traditional concept.

출연기관 감사업무 효율화 방안은 네가지 측면에서 정리하여 볼 수 있다. 첫째, 법률적 측면에서 보면 감사원법에서 출연금은 감사대상에 포함되어 있어 출연기관은 감사제도를 운영하게 되어있다. 둘째, 정책적 측면에서 국회에 의한 국정감사는 연 1 회 총 20일간에 걸쳐 수행되므로 시간적 제약과 함께 지속성, 일관성 있는 적절한 감사가 이루어지기 어려운 측면이 있다. 셋째, 행정적 측면에서의 필요성은 일반적으로 이공계 연구개발 업무를 수행하고 있는 과학기술부 산하의 출연연구소는 정부기관이나 지방자치단체 또는 보조금 지원 기관과는 그 성격이 완연히 다른 연구기관임으로 연구생산성 제고에 적합한, 기관 특설에 맞는 자체 규정의 보완이 필요하다. 마지막으로 사회문화적으로 감사업무는 능률우선주의보다는 서류체계 및 규제중심으로 편향되기 쉬운 특성이 있어 이에 대한 개선방안 노력이 매우 중요하다. 출연기관의 감사기능은 내부.외부감사에 의하여 수행되고 있으나, 감사(監査)의 핵심적 기능은 역시 출연기관 자체의 감사(監事)에 의하여 수행되며 성격상 공정성(Fairness), 객관성(Objectivity), 신뢰성(Reliability)의 확보가 필수적이다. 출연기관 감사제도의 개선방향은 합법성, 합목적성을 근거로 기관운영의 효율성을 제고시키는데 초점을 맞춘 감사제도로 개선되어야한다. 감사조직체계의 개선, 전문 교육의 실시, 동일업무의 기준 마련, 상급기관과의 역할분담 정립 등으로 감사업무의 질적수준 및 효율성을 제고해야 한다. 감사평가제도는 그동안 실시된 사항이 없으므로 긍정적인 측면과 부정적인 측면이 공존하므로 평가제도의 도입 및 적용에 대해서는 보다 심층적인 검토가 필요하다. $[$감사조직의 평가요소$]$ ■ 투입요소측면 - 감사인력 - 장비 및 고정자산 - 예산(년도별) - 정보수집관리 - 조직운영방식 -전통 및 관습 - 관계법령, 규정, 감사업무지침 ■ 산출요소측면 - 감사운영 실적 - 감사보고 실적 - 감사제도 개선 및 자체개혁 실적 - 기관운영 효율화 기여도 - 기관의 연구성과 및 업적 향상 기여도 - 경영관리 고도화 기여도 등의 항목설정이 가능 출연기관 감사업무의 효율화 방안으로 감사제도 개선의 기본방향, 감사조직 및 인력운영의 개선, 감사업무 운영체계의 개선 등을 중심으로 발전방향을 제시하였다. 그러나 여기에서 제시된 개선방안들을 추진하기 위해서는 전문인력을 보강하고 상부체계에서의 수용이 요구되므로 출연기관 권역에서만으로의 힘으로는 한계가 있을 것이며 무엇보다도 감사제도 변화의 필요성과 미래지향적인 환경이 조성되어야 할 것이다.

Since the early 20th century, there have been reviews and legislations regarding the legal status of the Government ships operated for non-commercial purposes. In particular, as criticized in the absolute theory of immunity in conventional international law, the sovereign immunity theory has become more vital as a restrictive theory for immunity. As per the customary international law and international law of the sea, non-commercial government vessels, including warships, are provided with sovereign immunity on the sea. National universities of Korea have built and operated training ships and survey ships for educational purposes, such as training high-grade mariners and fishing practices. These training ships sail not only on the national maritime jurisdictions but also on the maritime jurisdictions of other States and the high sea. Therefore, clarifying the legal status of national university training ships is one of the important factors in international navigation according to international law. However, it is not easy to answer the question of the legal status of the training ship. Hence, this article analyzes the parameters that define the Government ship operated for non-commercial purposes and examines whether national university training ships are in line with the relevant criterion. Furthermore, the article analyzes the scope of sovereign immunity in conventional international law and international conventions and identifies the scope of sovereign immunity enjoyed by the national university training ships according to international law.

This experimental was carried out to evaluate the clinical effects of Ophicephalus argus and Crubita moschate which have been traditionally applied to postpartum care in Korea, and compare them with the effect of Saenghwtang. Fifty Sprague-Dawley female rats weighing $250\~280$ g were divided into five groups: a normal saline-treated group (NSG), a Saenghuatang-treated group (STG), an Ophicephlus argus-treated group (OTG), and a Crubita moschate-treated group (CTG), also non-pregnant group (NPG). Except for the NPG, each extract was administered for one week to each group after delivery. We measured the WBC, RBC, serum levels of hemoglobin and hematocrit, the platelet count, serum levels of fibrinogen, albumin, thyroxine and urine levels of sodium and potassium. STG showed a significant (p<0.05) decrease of WBC count, fibrinogen content and urine levels of sodium and potassium and a significant (p<0.05) increase of RBC, hemoglobin, albumin and thyroxine in comparison with those of the NSG. OTG showed a significant (p<0.05) decrease of WBC count, fibrinogen and the significant (p<0.05) increase of albumin and thyroxine in comparison with those of the NSG. CTG showed a significant (p<0.05) increase of albumin and thyroxine in comparison with that of NSG. These results suggest that Saenghwatang is more effective than Ophicephalus argus and Crubita moschate for postpartum recuperation although they also have some effects on recuperation of deteriorative blood components after delivery. Therefore, these findings indicate that futher investigation for the other effects of Ophicephalus argus and Crubita moschate is necessary.

The term "B film" is contrasted to the term "A film" and it has started life since the Great Depression. Film industry had planned the double bills for the audience attraction; double bills means the release of A film and B film. While A's is made to make profits, B's film is made to meet the balance. B film has two features of low budget and low technology. Nevertheless B film has its own style and aesthetics and ironically has made the film more creative and innovative. Historically, it has been related to European and American avant-garde. Robert Florey who is worthy of notice among the early B film makers has adapted and integrated the expressionist and avant-garde styles into the American feature. He also preferred the greater liberty generally afforded "B" directors. Florey has directed Murders in the Rue Morgue and The Florentine Dagger due to the success of his experimental films. Murders in the Rue Morgue shows the style and aesthetics of avant-garde through horror genre and The Florentine Dagger shows the style and aesthetics of avant-garde through thriller genre.

A tendency to ignore the existence of public space in Korea under the Japanese colonial period seems to be driven from nationalist historiography in which all historical events under the colonial power have to be interpreted in terms of militant controls and resistances against them. Historical approach to mass media of that period has lasted to be saturated with the tendency and forced history students to stick to the nationalist guidelines. Struggles against Japanese imperial power by national-capital-operated newspaper have been a main menu of studies on the period's communication. The media were often hailed as fighting the colonial power for nation's independence. The present thesis aims to criticize the nationalist point of view and to reveal that nationalist interpretations may miss a variety of historical information. Even under the severe surveillance of colonial police some journalists tried either to inform officially or to smuggle into informed groups. The colonized society could experienced fields of public-ness throughout the practices of such as media fields, cultural fields, political fields. Those fields, of course, didn't come from the graceful favor of the colonial power but from the construction of the colonized. The public-ness seemed to be born for the easiness of control, but became later a constructed field of public-ness with which the colonized semiotically wrestled the power and grew a modern type of political (un)consciousness. Depicting what happened just before 815 liberation day in Korea the present paper showed that the less nationalist historiography can render help to those seeking political practices of the colonized in a micro-level.

The concept of pilgrimage is a phenomenon that appears in almost every major religion. It is traditionally defined as religious travel to a sacred external place for spiritual purposes and introspection. However, there are many different relationships between pilgrimages and religious customs, including excursions through abstract dimensions and regular journeys such as annual holidays. Because modern pilgrimages are taken for a variety of reasons, they are not limited to faith-based historical locations. Thus, many scholars also perceive pilgrimages as an increasing part of the general industry of tourism. These journeys are now studied in a diverse range of fields (e.g., ethnography and tourism). In this way, pilgrimages have created a new market from an industrial perspective. This economic analysis has resulted in secular interest. Pilgrimages can now be taken by gil (walkways), which have gained tremendous popularity. Thus, religiosity and humanity as they are embraced through pilgrimages are now receiving outside influences. This study therefore is aimed at generating suggestions for developing the pilgrimage routes related to Kang Jeungsan (i.e., the Supreme God of Daesoon Jinrihoe). These proposed Jeungsan routes are not simply restricted to religious activities or nostalgia, nor are they exclusively concerned with encountering holiness. To realize this idea, it is necessary to reconsider the concept of a sacred space.

The keyword of contemporary art in 21st is audience participation. London has emphasized the importance of audience participation since 2000. The National Theater of London is trying a new method, which is live performance to search new audiences. Also, they are trying to cross the boundaries between 'stage' and 'spectator'. This leads the other theaters to search new audiences and try new genre of performance. Therefore, they establish a new form of performance, which is that audience actively moves and find a new story in a theater. For example, "environmental theater" is the one. This theater escapes from the traditional stage, but it is based on "site-specific performance." Lots of new forms of theater have emerged. In this study, I focused on one of these new forms of theater, which is "Punchdrunk." "Punchdrunk" was founded by few students graduated from London University's Laban Center in 1999. They started at an empty stage in small school with only three audiences. 7 years after, it became one of major theaters in London. 10 years after, it showed their performances in the United state. Since then, their performances in New York have never been stopped. More strikingly, for last decades, this theater has been always full. In this study, I reasoned that the key of "Punchdrunk" success is audience participation. Therefore, I investigated the features of Punchdrunk theater and how they engage their audience in this performance. In this study, I focused on one of their performances, . Also, I categorized the audiences in three different ways: narrative visitor, walking visitor, and engaging visitor with mask. Three-part transition of Disney Theme Park from Louis Marin was applied to study "narrative visitor." For "walking visitor", Normadism from Gilles Deleuze was applied. For "engaging visitor with mask", Voyeurism was applied.
