There are several methods capable of determining he magnitude of optical anisotropy, such as spectrometric ellipsometry and polarized light reflectometry. The interference method is estimated to be no influence of surface scattering. The magnitude of anisotropy is a-As/sub 40/Ge/sub 10/S/sub 35/Se/sub 15/ thin film is analyzed by the reflection interference analysis method based on the difference depending on a phase of s- and p-polarized light. The theoretically analyzed value is compared with the result obtained by the measured technique.

중국의 게임 시장은 매우 높은 성장률을 기록하며, 성장하고 있다. 우리나라의 게임 업체들은 중국 수출을 통해 높은 수익을 얻고, 높은 경쟁력을 유지하고 있다. 특히 중국 온라인 게임 시장의 2011년 성장률은 클라이언트용 19.5%, 브라우저 게임 76.6%, 모바일 게임 성장 41.8%을 기록하고 있다. 본 논문은 중국에서 급성장하고 있는 모바일 게임 및 PC게임 시장 동향에 대해 분석한 것에 대해 설명한다.

본 논문에서는 모바일 디바이스를 이용하여 촬영한 이미지 또는 이미 모바일 디바이스에 저장된 이미지를 사용자가 검색을 위한 질의어로 사용할 수 있는 방법에 대하여 제안한다. 기존의 모바일 검색엔진을 그대로 활용하기 위해 이미지 어노테이션에 기반한 태깅 키워드를 검색 이미지와 매칭하여 질의하는 방식으로 구현하며, 이 과정에서 이미지의 분석과 분류를 위한 SVM(Support Vector Machine)과 SIFT(Scale Invariant Feature Transform) 알고리즘을 사용하였으며, 이미지 어노테이션 태깅에 대한 키워드 매칭을 위해 빅데이터에서의 MapReduce를 응용하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the efficiency change and its determinants of the regional public hospitals. We utilize 34 regional public hospital's panel data for 6 years from 2003 to 2008. We use DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)-CCR, BCC model, DEA/Window model, and DEA Profiling. The empirical results show the following findings. First, technical efficiency shows that approximately 3.6% of inefficiency exists on the regional public hospitals and it reveals that the cause for technical inefficiency is due to scale inefficiency. Second, DEA/Window results show that the stable dissimilarity by standard deviation, LDP of CCR. Third, the results of partial efficiency by DEA Profiling show that increase efficiency depends on the number of beds, doctors, and nurses.

센서 네트워크는 많은 수의 센서 노드들로 구성된 네트워크로 센서를 통해 주변 정보를 감지하고 감지된 정보를 수집하고 처리한다. 센서 네트워크는 그 적용 분야가 광범위하여, 그에 따른 보안요구사항 또한 다양하다. 교량 감시에 사용되는 센서들의 특징은 교량에 일정한 간격으로 고정되어 위치하여 센서이동이 거의 없는 고정된 센서 네트워크를 형성하게 된다. 따라서, 이러한 특징을 고려한 보안프로토콜의 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 교량 감시에 사용되는 센서 네트워크와 같이 고정된 센서들로 이루어진 네트워크상에서의 보안 요구사항을 분석하고 이를 만족시킬 수 있는 보안 프로토콜을 제시한다.

Resistance to lateral torsional buckling of steel I-girder (open section) is a very important design requirement. But, most studies of steel I-girder with corrugated webs were invested in shear behavior. Untill now, most studies about Lateral torsional buckling of I-girder with corrugated webs have been based on Lindner.J's study (Lateral torsional buckling of beamswith trapezoidally corrugated webs,1990). the study includes that the pure torsional constant of I-girder with corrugated webs $J_{cor}$ doesn't different from that of I-girder with flat webs. This paper pesents pure torsional constant of I-girder with corrugated webs by using finite element anaysis.

반도체 칩 마운터는 PCB기판위에 칩을 마운팅 하는 장비로 짭은 시간내에 많은 양의 칩을 정확하게 마운팅 하기 위해 매우 빠른 가감속 운전과 정밀한 작업을 수행할 수 있는 선형전동기를 사용해 오고 있다. 고가임에도 빠른 응답특성, 높은 정밀도, 유지보수의 최소화 등 선형전동기가 가지고 있는 여러 가지 장점으로 인해 반도체를 포함한 LCD 및 기타 일반 산업에 까지 점진적으로 수요가 증가하고 있지만, 이동자에 전기자 권선을 가지고 있어 장거리 이송용으로 적합한 선형전동기의 경우 전원 케이블을 반복적으로 끌고 다녀야 하는 단점이 있어, 이런 문제점을 극복하기 위한 비접촉 방식의 전원 공급에 대해 많은 연구가 진행되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 직병렬 공진 원리를 이용하여 움직이는 이동자의 전기자 권선에 비접촉으로 전원을 공급하는 전원 장치를 제안하며, LCD 자동 반송 장비인 스토커에 적용하여 특성을 분석하였다.

본 논문에서는 직렬 멀티 모듈형 무정전 전원 장치(UPS, Uninterruptible power supply) 시스템의 배터리 밸런싱 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 배터리의 고유 특성에 의한 SOC(State of charge) 차이를 최소화시키기 위해 각 배터리의 출력전력 제어를 함으로써 배터리 가용 용량을 높인다. 직렬로 연결된 UPS 모듈의 배터리 전압을 이용하여 전력 지령을 계산하고 이를 바탕으로 각 UPS 모듈의 출력전력을 제어한다. 제안한 배터리 밸런싱 알고리즘의 타당성은 수학적 분석 및 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하였다.

Floor impact noise has been evaluated by investigating the temporal and spectral characteristics of the noise. The noises generated by different impactors were analyzed to find out whether there is any correlation with the factors of ACF /IACF (Autocorrelation Function/Inter-aural Cross-correlation Function) [1] and Zwicker parameters [2]. Experiments were undertaken to compare the objective and subjective parameters of the floor impact noises generated by a bang/tapping machine, a rubber ball [3], and a walker. As a result, it was found that $\phi$ (0) and IACC extracted from ACF/IACF, and Loudness, Unbiased Annoyance from Zwicker parameters showed high correlation with subjective evaluations of loudness concerning floor impact noises. In addition, it was revealed that jumping is similar to the ball.
