차이나프린트, 프린트차이나와 더불어 중국의 3대 인쇄산업전중 하나인 올인프린트차이나가 지난 11월 14일부터 17일까지 4일 동안 중국 상하이신국제엑스포센터에서 성공적으로 개최됐다. 이번 전시회에는 20여개 국에서 참가한 680여 업체가 친환경 고효율을 내세운 다양한 신기술을 선보였으며, 10만명(추정치)의 바이어와 방문객들이 다녀갔다.

This research aims to develop the multiple channel electrochemical DNA chip using microfabrication technology. At first, we fabricated a high integration type DNA chip array by lithography technology. Several probe DNAs consisting of thiol group at their 5-end were immobilized on the sold electrodes. Then target DNAs were hybridized and reacted. Cyclic voltammetry showed a difference between target DNA and control DNA in the anodic peak current values. Therefore, it is able to detect a plural genes electrochemically after immobilization of a plural probe DNA and hybridization of non-labeling target DNA on the electrodes simultaneously. It suggested that this DNA chip could recognize the sequence specific genes.

A series of rearing experiments have been conducted to determine the growth and survival rate in accordance with body size in closed recirculating sea water system. The abalone, Sulculus aquatilis, spat of 10.24${\pm}$0.85 mm, 0.36${\pm}$0.l g and 24.9${\pm}$1.07 mm 2.07${\pm}$0.57 g in shell length and body weight were used in this study Ranges of water temperature and pH during the rearing period of 90 days were 10.0-24.2$^{\circ}C$ and 7.8-8.2, respectively. Dissolved oxygen during the experiment period was 6.13-7.21 ml/l and inorganic nitrate was 0.68-3.72 $\mu\textrm{m}$ in NH$_4$$\^$+/-N, 0.17-7.79 fm in NO$_2$-N and 0.4-11.52 $\mu\textrm{m}$ in NO $_2$-N, Growth in shell length and body weight of the spat in large group and small group at the end of the experiment were 30.80${\pm}$3.14 mm, 17.98${\pm}$2.61 mm and 3.20${\pm}$0.8 g, 0.36${\pm}$0.1 g, and survival rate of spat in large group and small group at the end of the rearing experiment were 96.0% and 90.0% , respectively.

The process of yolk absorption and the growth pattern of churn salmon, Oncorhynchus keta alevin were studied. Matured males and females of chum salmon were sampled from the Namdaechun River in the east coast of Korea, and then an artificial fertilization was carried out using their eggs and sperms. Fertilized eggs were incubated in controlled water temperature of $13^{\circ}C$ and samples of 40 alevins were randomly taken at just hatching and at every three days between 12 days alter hatching and yolk absorption. The means of total length and total weight of hatched alevins were respectively 1.97cm and 1.85g and the yolk absorption took about 33 days after hatching, based on the morphological measurement. Growth curves of total length, total weight and somatic weight were fitted well with the Gompertz growth model. However, the shrinking in yolk-sac length, yolk-sac weight, yolk-sac height and yolk-sac volume revealed a linear phenomenon until the absorption of yolk was completed. The relative growth of chum salmon alevin, such as the relationship between total length and total weight, or between total weight and yolk-sac weight, was also studied.

군사적, 평화적 양면에서 미래 지향으로 크게 발전될 전망의 우주 및 순항미사일 관련의 기술은 2차대전중 패전한 독일에 의해 개발이 시작되었다는 사실은 전세계가 공통적으로 인정하는 바이다. 여기서 순항미사일의 선조격으로는 V-1호가, 그리고 우주사업용의 로켓의 선조로는 V-2호를 치고 있는데 그 각각의 개발이용의 실태를 살펴 봄으로서 장래의 우주산업발전에 일조가 될까하여 구 독일의 미사일과 로켓트 개발 사연을 엮어 수차에 나누어 게재할 계정이다.

전파방정식과 그 증명을 이해한 후, 이것의 응용법을 알기 전에 전기공학도는 송전선에 따른 전압, 전류의 변동현상에 친숙해야 하는데, 이를 위해서는 그래프법이 있으면 매우 좋다. 왜냐하면 그래프법에의해 송전선의 동작을 통일적, 시각적으로 통찰할 수 있기 때문이다. 이러한 방법의 하나가 1943년에 출판된 고 F.Esclangon교수의 한 논문에 제시되었다. 불행하게도 이 논문은 주목을 받지 못했는데, 여기에는 두가지 이유가 있을 수 있다. 첫째, 이 논문이 2차대전중에 발행되어서 여러 사람의 손에 들어가지 않았고, 둘째 저자가 자기의 방법의 중요한 이점을 분명히 나타내지 못했다. 본 고는 그래프법을 알려줌으로서 송전선에 대한 흥미를 일깨워주고자 한다.

어류의 이석에 나타나는 불투명대와 투명대가 교대로 형성되는 원인을 살펴보면, 연륜은 섭이량, 산란 및 월동에 의한 기호로서 어류의 생활주기인 계절변동과 깊은 관계가 있다(전중, 1985). 이석의 구조는 탄산칼슘(CaCo3)의 결정체와 유기물질로 구성되어 있는데 경골어류에서 탄산칼슘의 결정체는 aragonite이고, 유기물질은 otolin이라 불리는 단백질이다. (중략)

The relationship between shell length and ring radius in each ring group was expressed as a regression line. Therefore, there is a correspondence in each ring formation. Based on the monthly variation of the marginal index (Ml') of the shell, it is assumed that the ring of this species was formed once a year during the period of August to October, and the main period of the annual ring formation was August through September. The relationship between shell length (SL) and total weight (TW) was expressed by the equation TW = 2.2476 $\times$ 10$^{-5}$ SL$^{3.536}$ ($r^2$= 0.90). Shell length (SL) and shell height (SH; mm) were highly correlated with the equation SH = 0.7545 SL - 0.0145 ($r^2$= 0.93). The shell length (SL)-shell width (SW) relation was expressed by the equation SW = 0.5336 SL- 2.4253 ($r^2$= 0.87). Growth curves for shell length and total weight fitted to the von Bertalanffy's equation were expressed as follows: SL$_{t}$ =60.02[1 - e$^{-0.6458(t-0.3895)}$ ], Twt = 43.63[1 - e$^{0.6458(t-0.3895)}$ ]$^{3.536}$ .

변압기의 고체절연이 열화 되거나 불순물 및 수분이 혼입되어 그러한 결함부분에 임계치 이상의 고전계가 인가되면 부분방전이 발생한다. 현재 변압기에서 부분방전을 검출하기 위하여 부싱탭을 이용하거나 전류센서, 초음파센서 등을 이용하여 부분방전을 검출하고 있지만 전기적인 부싱탭이나 전류센서를 이용한 검출방법은 주변 잡음의 영향을 많이 받고 초음파법은 감도가 낮다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 단점을 보완할 수 있는 방안으로서 전자파를 이용한 부분방전 측정에 대한 기초연구를 실시하였으며, 변압기운전중에 전자파측정에 의한 부분방전감시가 가능한 것으로 나타났다.

목적 : 만성신부전환자에서 carumonam의 약동학적 특성을 검토하고, 동시에 투석에 의한 carumonam의 제거 양상을 분석하여 이들 환자에서 carumonam의 적절한 투여용량 및 용법을 고안하고자 하였다. 방법 : 혈액투석(HD) 또는 지속성 복막투석(CAPD)을 받고 있는 14명의 말기 신부전중 환자를 대상으로 하였다. HD환자에서는 carumonam 1 g을 20분간 지속정주하고 4시간 이후 혈액투석을 4 또는 5 시간 시행하였으며 투약 후 36시간까지 경시적으로 혈액 및 투석액을 채취하여 체액내 약물 농도를 측정하였다. CAPD환자는 1일 3회 (6.6, 12 시간) 투석액을 교환하는 환자를 대상으로 하였고 투석직후 carumonam 1g을 지속정주하고, 투약후 36시간 후까지 경시적으로 혈액 및 투석액을 채취하여 CAPD 환자에서 carumonam의 약동학적 특성을 검토하였다. 체내 동태는 HD의 경우 dialyser를 포함하는 2-compartmental model에 의한 분석을 시행하였고, CAPD를 시행받는 환자의 경우에는 체액과 투석액사이에 bidirectional clearance 개념을 도입한 모델을 이용하여 분석하였다.
