  • 자동차에서 전장부품이 차지하는 비중이 증가하고 있다. 그런데 전장부품이 증가하면서 전자제어장치의 오작동으로 인한 사고 및 인명손실의 위험이 커졌다. 자동차 환경에서 발생하는 진동, 열기, 습기, 전자파를 차단하여 전장부품의 안정성을 확보와 위험을 최소화하기 위해 자동차 OEM에서는 Conformal Coating 기술을 적용하는 것이 일반적이다. Conformal Coating된 PCB 회로의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해서는 코팅 과정에서 발생하는 기포를 억제해야 한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 기포가 발생한 경우에는 해당 PCB를 폐기하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 코팅된 PCB에서 발생한 기포를 자동으로 검사하기 위한 전처리 과정으로서 검사 소자의 경계면과 평탄면 영역을 추정/분할하는 영상처리 알고리즘을 제안한다. 코팅 기포의 특성이 소자의 경계면과 평탄면에서 매우 다르게 나타나므로 효율적인 기포 검출을 위해서 영역 분할은 필수적인 전처리 과정이다.

Requirement Analysis of Navigation System for Lunar Lander According to Mission Conditions (임무조건에 따른 달 착륙선 항법시스템 요구성능 분석)

  • The navigation system of lunar lander are composed of various navigation sensors which have a complementary characteristics such as inertial measurement unit, star tracker, altimeter, velocimeter, and camera for terrain relative navigation to achieve the precision and autonomous navigation capability. The required performance of sensors has to be determined according to the landing scenario and mission requirement. In this paper, the specifications of navigation sensors are investigated through covariance analysis. The reference error model with 77 state vector and measurement model are derived for covariance analysis. The mission requirement is categorized as precision exploration with 90m($3{\sigma}$ ) landing accuracy and area exploration with 6km($3{\sigma}$ ), and the landing scenario is divided into PDI(Powered descent initiation) and DOI(Deorbit initiation) scenario according to the beginning of autonomous navigation. The required specifications of the navigation sensors are derived by analyzing the performance according to the sensor combination and landing scenario.

Fault Localization Method by Utilizing Memory Update Information and Memory Partitioning based on Memory Map (메모리 맵 기반 메모리 영역 분할과 메모리 갱신 정보를 활용한 결함 후보 축소 기법)

  • In recent years, the cost of automotive ECU (Electronic Control Unit) has accounted for more than 30% of total car production cost. However, the complexity of testing and debugging an automotive ECU is increasing because automobile manufacturers outsource automotive ECU production. Therefore, a large amount of cost and time are spent to localize faults during testing an automotive ECU. In order to solve these problems, we propose a fault localization method in memory for developers who run the integration testing of automotive ECU. In this method, memory is partitioned by utilizing memory map, and fault-suspiciousness for each partition is calculated by utilizing memory update information. Then, the fault-suspicious region for partitions is decided based on calculated fault-suspiciousness. The preliminary result indicated that the proposed method reduced the fault-suspicious region to 15.01(%) of memory size.

  • It is a superordinate concept to a network control system which optimally distributes the battery power to overall length parts through the linkage control drive and absorbs/integrates network diagnostics and overlapped functions with overall length control systems. This study is to develop a system that maximize the battery power and motor effectiveness by controlling motor battery controlling module with common MCU Integration linkage controlling system, and to develop S/W and H/W that can be controlled by linked with each controlling module in CAN method through using Autosar's standardized software.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the management performance of the companies in the auto parts production requirements of new management techniques ISO9001 quality management system requirements for management innovation perspective in convergence age. For this purpose, we conducted a survey visiting the auto parts manufacturers. The results were as follows. First, among the details of the four key requirements of the ISO 9001 quality management systems in small and medium component suppliers, managers and responsible resource management showed a positive impact on business performance. In addition, based on the results of the investigation of the differences by grade, the higher rank group executive responsibilities, sub-grade group showed a low awareness of the quality management according to ISO 9001. This will contribute to establishing the guidelines and Improvement Consulting Strategies to improve productivity in small and medium automotive rubber bellows automotive parts production.
