Printed electronics creates electrically functional devices by printing on variety of substrates. Printing typically uses common printing equipment or other low-cost equipment suitable for defining patterns on material, such as screen printing, flexography, gravure, offset lithography and inkjet. Compared to conventional manufacturing of microelectronics, printed electronics is characterized by simpler and more cost-effective fabrication of high and low volume products. Now there is huge effort towards printing many other more functional components, from displays to transistors to photovoltaic cells, using the full range of printing technologies - from inkjet to roll to roll analogue print techniques. The market for printed electronics will rise from $1.99 billion in 2010 to $55.10 billion in 2020. In 2030, this industry could be $300 billion - larger than the silicon semiconductor industry - from lighting to displays[8].

As a result of the 2010 census, the most severe change appears household structure changes and single-person households's constantly increasing. As a result, the following changes in the housing market are to be expected. First, the changes to the center of the two-person households in four-person households would be reorganized into the small and medium-sized apartment in the center of mid-range and high-end apartments. Second, on the continued increase in the proportion of one-person households, the sustained growth of the rental market is expected. Third, on the continued increase in the proportion of one-person households, one-room house, office buildings, and residential urban life set to meet the needs of consumers, a variety of rental market boom times will come.

In today's society, the majority of people use smartphones, and mobile ordering and payment systems for their convenience are gaining their attention. The mobile payment market is on the rise, with over 71% of the market that is already formed in China. Many mobile payment markets are growing in Korea, which is a system that is provided only in large franchises. In this paper, we propose a mobile ordering and payment system using short-range wireless communication technology that can be easily used not only in franchises but also in the small businesses, and for the convenience of users in modern society to make a system that enables ordering and payment through mobile to communicate between the devices developed by short range wireless communication technology, smartphone and the main server.

After Bitcoin was proposed by Satoshi Nakamoto in 2009, studies have been carried out to apply the Block Chain technology in various environment, which was applied as a distributed transaction of Bitcoin. Smart contracts, voting and proof of ownership of digital contents are typical applications of Block Chain. They used the feature that it is impossible to modify or delete once recorded facts. They also applied to prove relevant facts and to provide data integrity. The applied cases are mainly made in an environment where the data should or could be open to the public, and they have been proposed as solutions to solve the problems occurred in relations. This fact has led to the attention that Block Chain can be applied as a good alternative in similar circumstances. In this study, real estate market service was selected to expand the application range of Block Chain. Although there are about 250 applications and web services in total, the satisfaction is not high due to false offerings. Thus we propose a countermeasure against the problem by applying the Block Chain to the real estate market service, and investigate the research direction of the Block Chain in the future market.

The growing popularity of Internet and the technology revolution of information communication has affected our financial system, and electronic banking has increased its scale and range since '90. Now this changes, deeply and fast, invade the our economical-social environments. Without having to go to a bank, customer and merchants will be able to perform freely complicated financial transactions by accessing online banking network and CD/ATM etc. Customer can use the various payment method - cash, credit card, smart cards, electronic money in real world and cyberspace, and manager the assets more efficiently. They increased their money liquidity yet. Banks need to expand the various baskets of transaction services and methods to satisfy their customer needs and create new participator, Government had to evaluate and forecast the trend of electronic banking, and establish a new rules and standards in the new electronic payment system.

NFC (Near Field Communication) was developed by SONY, NXP in 2002 and in 2003 respectively. It is one type of standard shore-range wireless communication system which operates in 13.56 MHz frequency band, within 10 cm distance and enables data transfer between devices with maximum rate of 424kbps. Various studies have been done on NFC technology and many handset manufacturers such as Apple, Google, Samsung Electronics Co., are trying to expand their market for new mobile services using this technology. This paper analyses the NFC standard technology, its trends and prospects in chapter II, which is followed by NFC systems and communication method in chapter III, and eventually NFC trends and future views is explained in chapter IV.

사물인터넷(Internet of Things: IoT)이란 모든 사물이 인터넷에 연결되어 상호 간에 직접 통신하는, 향후 정보통신의 미래 인프라 및 서비스이다. 이것이 필요한 이유는 초연결 사회에 기반을 둔 삶의 질 향상과 생산성 향상에 있으며, 최종적으로는 국가 자체의 인프라, 더 나아가서는 인류를 위한 중추 신경계를 이루기 때문에 무엇보다 중요하다. IoT는 셀룰러 이동통신 기반의 IoT와 비셀룰러기반의 IoT로 대분되어 오다가 두 분야의 융합이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 IoT는 현재 거품 최고조기에 있으며, 아직까지 주목할 만한 큰 수익모델이 없는 상태이다. 그 이유는 사물인터넷 서비스 활성화에 가장 걸림돌이 되어온 보안문제, 배터리수명, 통신거리, IoT 디바이스를 포함한 솔루션 가격 그리고 월정료 문제가 여전히 존재하기 때문이다. 최근 이들 문제 해결을 목적으로, 대량의 IoT 디바이스를 필요로 하는 새로운 사물인터넷 커넥티비티에 대한 재정의, 표준화 및 솔루션 개발이 핫이슈이다. 본고에서는 셀룰라 및 비셀룰라 IoT기반의 Low Power Wide Area(LPWA), 즉 저전력 광역 IoT에 대한 시장, 기술 및 솔루션 비교 그리고 표준화 동향을 다룬다. 또한, 비셀룰라기반 즉 비면허대역과 프리밴드 활용을 통한 기술적 및 정책적 대응전략을 살펴본다.
