점진적 빅데이터 학습 기반의 전자저널 구독가치 큐레이션 서비스는 대용량의 학술정보 처리환경을 하드웨어 기반에서 소프트웨어 기반으로 데이터를 학습함에 있어 학습 소요시간 및 메모리 부족 문제 등을 해결하기 위해 널리 사용하는 자질축소 기법에 의존하지 않고 대량의 데이터를 자유롭게 학습하고 증분 데이터 변경요소만을 추가 반영할 수 있는 범용적이고 일반적인 분류기의 구조설계 방법이다. 학술정보의 논문요약과 참고문헌의 데이터 수집 정제 분류 저장 분석을 통해 활용할 수 있는 지표를 생성하여 도서관 학교 공공기관 연구기관 등에 제공하여 기관에서 구독하고 있는 학술지가 연구에 얼마나 활용되고 있는지를 판단하는 정보 가용성을 활용한 양질의 정보원을 확보하여 불필요한 저널 구독을 중단하고 연구자가 요구하는 품질 좋은 학술정보를 제공할 수 있는 서비스로 일반적인 학술문헌 이용도 평가방법과 달리 구독 가치에 대한 지표를 제공하는 큐레이팅 방법이다.

CrossRef operates a cross-publisher citation linking system based on the DOI(R) global identifier. The number of organization building a reference citations linking structure through CrossRef is increasing. This paper concentrates on developing a Citation Matcher Solution to effectively build the reference linking structure. Citation Matcher automatically builds and processes the reference citation and identifier mapping which used to be handled manually. After the copy & paste of the reference citation, analyzation is processed to parse the journal title, author name, volume, issue, and start pages from the free style text. CrossRef, PubMed, and YesKISTI's identifiers are collected by through a standardized method. Renovation of the building process for domestic scholastic resources' reference linking and matching will be made possible by using a Citation Matcher. The connection between resources and seamless access for the electronic full-text will enhance the usability.

첨단 통신기술 및 전자 기술의 급속한 발전으로 다양한 종류의 정보통신 서비스가 등장하게 되었고, 다양한 가입자의 욕구를 충족시키기 위한 뉴미디어가 등장하게 되었다. CATV는 이러한 뉴미디어의 가장 대표적인 서비스로 부각되었고, 기술개발의 파급효과와 사업적 측면의 수익성 때문에 많은 관심이 모아지고 있다. 국내에서도 이미 다채널 CATV서비스를 위한 시험방송이 시작되고 있고, 민간 사업자의 참여가 개방되어 있어 조만간 사용사업이 가능할 것으로 예상되고 있다. CATV망은 영상전달 서비스 뿐만아니라 기타의 각종 영상정보 통신서비스의 제공에 이용될 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 서비스를 효과적으로 제공하기 위하여는 효율적인망 구성이 전제되어야 한다. 본고에서는 CATV시스템의 환경변화에 따른 망진화 (network evolution)와 그에 관련된 망형대(network topology)를 조사하고, 각각의 특성 미 장단점을 비교하여 향후 CATV시스템 도입시에 효율적인 망구조와 망 구성 방식의 선택에 참고 될 수 있도록 하였다.

This study is to survey on the status of human resource training programs related to ubiquitous technologies and services of domestic universities. So, this study develop a classification system about human resource related to ubiquitous technologies and services. We propose the implications and plans which are based on the status of human resource training programs related to ubiquitous technologies and services. Human resources related to ubiquitous technology are classified by the flow of information in ubiquitous environment. And human resources related to ubiquitous service are classified by ubiquitous user view. This study can be used to find collaboration alternatives for breeding up ubiquitous human resources and referred to analyzing on the supply and demand of ubiquotous human resources.

This study aimed to investigate present status of online reference shelf and analyze access point in the home page and types of online reference sources in the university library. Data were collected by accessing home pages of 41 university libraries in the region of Seoul and Kyonggi-Do. 30 libraries had prepared reference shelf out of 41 libraries, and "User Service", "Electronic Reference Sources", or "Reference & Information Sources" were mostly used as home page menu. Types of references sources varied among libraries, and "Directories", "Dictionaries", "Statistics" or "Encyclopedias" were mostly loaded types in the reference shelf. For the enhancement of reference services through reference shelf, establishing and applying standards for evaluation, ease of access, access by subject, and continuous updates and additions of reference sources were suggested.

This study examines the status of websites operation among libraries affiliated to the Korean Medical Library Association, compares and analyzes website menu organization and information service contents of 29 medical libraries that currently run websites. The followings are results of this study. 1) the main menu of medical library websites is arranged with 'Search for Library Materials, Electronic Resources, Library Service, My Library, Library Guide, and the Bulletin Board.' 2) 15 services were selected as the main information service provided from the medical library website. 3) the information service that was provided from the most institutions was 'Document Copy/ Interlibrary Loan,' followed by 'Loan Reservation/Renewal, Request Library Purchase Book, Off-campus Access, User Education, Reference Resources, Q&A Board, Our Library Pubmed, and Dissertation Submission' in this order.

The purpose of this study is to present the factors needed to introduce knowledge management systems to university libraries in Korea, to suggest various methods needed to offer much more improved services of a library than now by investigating the current situations about introducing such factors in national and pubic university libraries in Korea. Almost all of the 33 university libraries selected the subject of investigation have offered the on-line reference service, e-mail pushing service, and full text constructions out of the 11 knowledge management system elements presented in this study, but the other services else have been offered by less than half the number of the libraries. The findings suggest to greatly improve the current services of libraries such as information education and selective dissemination of information, and immediately to introduce new systems including e-book and wireless service systems in order to the university competitiveness. The study implies that each library has already introduced the knowledge management systems, in proportion to a budget of the library, ifs librarian number, and a degree restructuring organization, and that an introduction of knowledge management systems such as policy and culture of organization, its librarian number, and its related security of budget takes the most important role in improving services of a library.

Since 1995 local newspapers competitively commenced the service of multimedia electronic newspaper on Internet WWW due to the technical development in data processing and the widely used Internet. It includes image, phonetics and moving pictures as well as texts. The Internet service of newspaper articles are not only the information source which enables the users utilize the various information easily and rapidly but also to be an important reference service tools in the library. Howeverjn many cases. the current local electronic newspaper service aims at the service itself. Therefore, the information does not contain plenty of information. In some cases, information searching system focused on the users are not established yet. In this research, structuring process and characteristics of the Internet WWW electronic newspaper and the current service status and contents of the local newspaper have been reviewed. Construction of menu, information searching system and reference mannual for users of 6 local newspapers have been analyzed to secure efficient service for users.

As ubiquitous environment rapidly emerges due to the development of network and information communication technology, ubiquitous computing is being noticed as a technology that will take the lead in information technology industry of the future. To the end, the data recognized from each sensors, collected and processed need be transferred to applied service so that they may be used as data for providing sum to users. However, in reality as the definitions of metadata and platform for each sensor are not clear, approach from applied service for data use is difficult and there are limitations in transferring sensor measurement data of the applied service because of the difference of platform and protocol. In this paper, we designed sensor service technology language that expresses sensor and measurement data and describes the service though sensor data service. Also the researcher implemented a sensor data processing system that transfers sensor data to the applied service by using web service. The thesis will apply a reference model for standardization to guarantee mutual compatibility in exchanging sensor data through the system.

인터넷의 확산으로 인해 전송, 서비스 및 보안과 관련된 많은 장비들이 개발되고 출시되고 있다. 서비스 및 보안과 관련된 장비들은 새로운 개발과 급속한 도입으로 인해 적절한 성능측정방법의 부재로 인해 많은 혼란과 문제들을 가져오기도 했었다. 이에 장비를 도입하는 기관들은 전문 시험기관의 시험과 평가를 거쳐 발행된 성적서나 보고서를 참고하거나 직접 벤치마킹테스트를 거쳐 도입을 결정하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IP 네트워크 장비들의 성능측정을 위한 방법들을 분석하고 표준으로 제정된 시험 방법론을 분석하여 시스템 성능측정을 위한 메트릭을 제시하고자 한다.
