  • 본 논문에서는 새로운 H-bridge 멀티레벨 인버터 구조를 제안한다. 제안된 구조는 기존의 H-bridge 멀티레벨 인버터 구조보다 사용하는 스위칭 소자수가 적어 시스템 크기, 비용, 전력 손실, 노이즈 감소로 보다 효율적인 동작이 가능하다. 또한 레벨 수가 증가할수록 스위칭 소자는 비례적으로 감소하여 High level에서 보다 더 효율적인 동작이 가능하다. 제안된 H-bridge 멀티레벨 인버터 구조의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 PSpice 시뮬레이션을 수행하였고 제안된 구조의 우수성을 검증하였다.

  • 본 논문은 VoIP 시스템에서 적용 가능한 QoS 구조를 연구하였다. 현재 망 구조에서 실시간 트래픽은 최선형 트래픽과 구별이 되지 않아 보장받지 못한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 QoS 구조를 위해 IETF에서 제안된 차등화서비스와 Intserv over Diffserv를 개관하였고, 이런 환경에서 VoIP 트래픽에 대한 품질을 보장하기 위한 QoS 구조를 연구하였다 또한, 측정기반 수락제어에 의해 기존망에 비해. 보다 좋은 품질을 제공할 수 있는 VoIP 시스템 구조도 함께 연구하였다.

  • This study aims to analyze the structures of electronic records classification and suggest managing requirements for electronic folder as basic entity for ERM. This present study begins with analyzing the various types of electronic folders based on the Requirements for Electronic Records Management Systems: Functional Requirements of U.K. It designs some examples of classification structures for clarifying the meaning of the electronic folders, components and markers. Finally, it analyses some implications for korean environments including application of electronic folder concept, principles of folder open and closure, and introduction of electronic part entity for efficient folder management.

A Comparison Study on Various Quantum Dots Light Emitting Diodes Using TiO2 Nanoparticles as Inorganic Electron Transport Layer (무기 전자 수송층으로 TiO2 나노입자를 사용한 다양한 양자점 전계발광 소자의 특성 비교 연구)

  • In this study, we fabricated two standard and inverted quantum dot light emitting diodes (QLEDs) using $TiO_2$ nanoparticles (NPs) with lower electron mobility than ZnO NPs as inorganic electron transport layer to suppress electron injection into the emitting layer. Current density was much higher for the inverted QLEDs than the standard ones. The inverted QLEDs were brighter, but showed low current efficiency due to the high current density. In addition, as the current density was higher, the driving voltage was higher, and the red shift was confirmed in the emission wavelength spectrum. The low current density in the standard structured devices showed that the possibility that $TiO_2$ NPs could suppress the electron injection in the QLEDs.

An Experimental Analysis of the Structure-Borne Noise Reduction on Electrical Equipment (전자장비 구조기인소음 저감방안의 실험적 검토)

  • In this paper, the structure-borne noise reduction on electrical equipment is discussed by the experimental analysis. The water cooling system in electrical equipment is the only noise source, so the mock-up was made to measure noise characteristics. Effects of power supply, stiffness, isolation of noise source and natural frequency determined by resilient mounts are investigated using the mock-up. The console prototype was made referring to noise reduction technique by the mock-up. The structure-borne noise level of a console prototype was measured and some experiments to reduce the noise was undertaken. The $1^{st}$ and $4^{th}$ harmonics of operating frequency of cooling fans causes highest structure-borne noise levels. The control of operating speeds of several DC cooling fan groups was tried. Also types and installation layouts of resilient mounts were investigated. To reduce structure-borne noise, followings can be applied: increase of stiffness, isolation of source, decrease of natural frequency of mount, combination of operating speed of fans, selection of mounts, and so on.

  • 본 논문에서는 온라인 전자현금 시스템을 설계하고 개발한다 개발된 전자현금 시스템은 공개키 알고리즘, 맹목 서명, tut-and-choose등과 같은 다양한 암호화 기법들이 사용되어 안전성을 높였으며 특히, 전자현금의 이중 사용(double spending)의 효과적인 방지를 위해 2중 은행 구조(2-level bank structure)를 취함으로써 통신망을 오가는 트래픽의 양을 많이 줄이고자 하였다. 이 구조의 가장 큰 특징을 각 은행마다 그 은행에서 발행하는 전자현금을 구분하기 위해서 전자 현금의 정보에 들어 있는 일련번호(sequence number)의 값을 은행별로 범주화한다는 점과, 이를 지원하기 위해서 각 은행마다 Cash Clearing Agent라는 모듈을 가진다는 점이다.

  • The ENC standard, S-57 Specification was established to exchange hydrographic data between it's users such as HOs ECDIS users, etc. The digital navigation chart which is produced according to the S-57 Specification is called an ENC(Electronic Navigational Chart) and the SENC(System ENC) is a by-product of ENC suitable for computer graphics system Even though the efficient structure of SENC is a key element of measuring ECDIS performance, the amount of papers about these topics are small compared with other research fields. In this paper, the author designed an efficient spatial data structure of SENC, called Mesh This paper also includes the implementation result of the 'Mesh' which displays SENC on computer screen.

  • We want to find a timestamping method which improves efficient performance and have high-level security to send secured messages in the digital signature and the law of e-commerces. Our paper shows a H-binary tree of time stamp to use a time stamp protocol with high suity and performance in the packets of sending messages. We implement and analyze the protocols, show to compare with previous RSA methods. Our proposed protocol has O(log n) time complexity and high-performance.

  • Korea is surrounding by the sea on three sides and consists of mountainous terrain over 65% and the rainfall is high. Therefore, accidents of the vehicle rollover and crash are frequently occurring. Lifesaving system is being urgent required to solve these problems. In this paper, we designed and implemented a lifesaving system for handling a car crash and rollover and verified the functionality through the test.
