As a system integration framework, the role of SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) is widening and increasing day by day. The SOA framework enables software applications or computing resources to integrate flexibly and to provide more various business models. But, it is strongly required of SOA service level management for applying SOA in real business world. In this respect, we need a study on method for managing SOA system for keeping higher quality of SOA. This paper provides a new management method for SOA service level by analyzing quality factors in Web services, as SOA implementation, and negotiation/contract according to SLA methodology.

Traditional bidding process and activities in public construction area has many problems in terms of the clearness and fairness of administration. And, it causes many cost consumption to suppliers. As part of the efforts to solve these problems, some public institutions developed the electronic bidding systems. But these systems have still problems in diverse aspects. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze current bidding systems through literature survey, case study and process mapping methodology, to compare the result of the analysis with the developed electronic bidding systems and to suggest the improvement for the coming bidding systems. As results of this study, key processes and classified contract types about public construction bidding were identified. These can be applied by means of guidelines when public institutions are planning new electronic bidding systems. The composition of unified driving organization, the database development for information share and the standardization of national level for the new electronic bidding systems were also suggested.

This study tried to analyzed the relationship outcome and commitment in order to suggest to a outcome for commitment decision-making of e-trade. 6 hypothesis were constructed for analysis based on previous literature review. The subject of this study is to analyse on electronic trade practice outcome on the international trade practice commitment. This paper investigates the outcome determinants of e-trade commitment. There are 250 sended samples and 188 returns, 168 of them are analyzed on commitment for a electronic trade outcome. The first, multiple regression result shows that the international trade practice outcome are positively affected by the "Overseas market research commitment", "e-L/C Practice commitment", "Clearance Practice commitment", "e-B/L or global logistic commitment", "Payment or e-Nego commitment". However, The "Commerce practice commitment" factors does not affect in the electronic trade practice outcome.

This paper describes a preliminary investigation of contracts with a view towards automating the process of contract match-making. A novel approach based on exploiting Standard Form Contracts(SFC) is described. The approach is shown to be implementable with current technology. A second approach based on Standard Contract Clauses(SCC) which overcomes some of the limitations of Standard Form Contracts, is briefly outlined. The flexibility offered by this approach however, is accompanied by a considerable increase in the complexity of contract match-making. Both Standard Form Contracts and Standard Contract Clauses based match-making point towards an exciting area of future research.

This article deals with concept and theory of privacy and personal data on the basis of understanding of this matter, Especially concerns the infringement and protection of privacy and personal data that is violated by new media and electronic commercial transaction through case study and research of literature. The article seek to find out the resolution of legal problems on the protection of privacy and personal data. The resolution is in other words, that privacy and personal data protection law shall be established as a part of efforts to protect personal data and to activate electronic commercial transactions.

본 연구에서는 건설CALS/EC 기반의 정보화 추진을 위한 정보시스템을 개발할 때 적용되는 기존의 소프트웨어 개발방법론의 문제점을 분석하고, 표준화되지 않은 개발방법론의 적용으로 시스템 개발에 비효율적인 비용을 투자하는 문제점과 특성상 입찰, 구매, 계약 등 분야별로 상이한 기능의 업무에 따라 구축되는 건설산업 정보화에 있어서 상호간에 데이터 및 프로세스를 원활히 통합하지 못하므로 인하여 발생되는 개발의 중복성, 정보 활용의 비효율성 등의 문제점을 개선하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 최근 새로이 부각되고 있는 방법론인 컴포넌트 기반 개발방법론(CBD: Component-Based Development)을 사용하여 건선CALS/EC 표준지침 웹서비스를 위한 시스템의 업무프로세스를 모델링하여 사용자가 쉽게 재사용가능하고 타업무분야에 확대 가능한 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 기존의 소프트웨어 개발 방법론의 적용상 문제점 분석을 통하여 컴포넌트 기반 개발방법론의 필요성을 증명하고 비즈니스 컴포넌트 프레임워크를 사용하여 건설 CALS/EC 표준지침 웹서비스의 업무프로세스에 적용할 기술적인 방법론을 고찰하고 업무에 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 업무프로세스 컴포넌트를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 컴포넌트 모델은 향후 타업무분야의 시스템을 개발할 때 사용자요구분석 단계부터 별도의 재 작업이 없이 사용될 수 있으며 시스템을 구현할 때 개발 모듈의 중복방지와 용이한 비즈니스로직의 변경 등이 가능하며, 추가의 업무 프로세스나 연관된 다른 분야의 업무프로세스의 반영 및 추가 시 컴포넌트의 활동모델을 쉽게 수정하여 정의함으로써 쉽게 시스템의 기능을 확장할 수 있다.LE 산정에 관한 지속적인 실험적 연구가 이루어져야 하겠다. 증가할 것이다. 또한 부분육을 이용한 완전제품, 적색육제품, 유기농이나 별미식 제품과 같은 형태의 다양한 포장육 제품이 도입 될 것으로 생각되어진다.e in vitro SPF test method will be able to be used as an alternative method for in vivo SPF in case of lotion and cream. replica. 본 연구에서는 국가종합전자조달 시스템(이하, 나라장터)에 대한 생산성과 효과를 업무처리량을 기준으로 실증하였다. 기존의 연구방법은 인력 및 자본의 투입에 따른 부가가치를 생산성으로 산정하고 설문자료 및 지표 등으로 효과를 산정해 왔다. 본 연구에서는 정량적인 요인을 측정하기 위해 실제 정보시스템에 기록되는 문서량을 기준으로 업무모델 및 가설을 선정하였다. 생산성에 영향을 주는 계약건수, 문서처리, 통화시간 등을 행정업무에 소요되는 수기 또는 법적인 소요일수 등을 비교대상으로 하여 생산성을 산정하였다. 마지막으로 결과를 검증하기 위해 요인의 기술통계적 검정과 회귀분석으로 모델을 실증하였다.

Since the beginning of 2002, KONEPS(Korea ON-line E-Procurement System) which is known with GePS(Government e-Procurement Service), has become a significant role in Korea public procurement service. This paper focuses on the amendments of the related laws and the practical improvement of inconveniences and inefficiencies in user's' position during the use of KONEPS. We analyzed the case of government procurement by major countries, the detailed process and function of KONEPS, and confirmed the revised procurement laws since the commencement of KONEPS. When a user of KONEPS makes an online purchase at the g2b shopping mall to purchase procurement goods, we analyzed focused on the inconvenience of option selection, user feedback after purchasing, unification of the purchase procedure, compared with general online shopping purchase. This paper suggests practical ways to improve the inconveniences and inefficiencies that arise in the process of procurement and use from KONEPS. It is necessary to study on the construction contracts and the empirical studies based on the questionnaire on the functions of procurement law and research model for the cases used in this study in the future.

Lately weight for smartphone mounted to function for NFC is increasing, rapidly. Because of this, NFC related technology is made by many companies. We developed Gallery-Auction for security enhancements and new services of NFC-based 2 factor electronic payment system. Enhanced security features development of user authentication module through fingerprint recognition to apply FIDO authentication technology and developed electronic contract voice service of Gallery-Auction using TTS(Text to Speech). Therefore we enhanced convenient and simple authentication method and security through NFC mobile electronic payment.

As a multi-mission GEO satellite, COMS system is being developed jointly by KARI, ETRI, KORDI, KMA, and industries from both abroad and domestic. EADS ASRTIUM is the prime contractor for manufacturing the COMS. ETRI is developing the COMS Ka-band payload and SGCS with the fund from MIC. COMS Satellite Ground Control System (SGCS) will be the only system for monitor and control of the satellite in orbit. In order to fulfill the mission operations of the three payloads and spacecraft bus, COMS SGCS performs telemetry reception and processing, satellite tracking and ranging, command generation and transmission, satellite mission planning, flight dynamics operations, and satellite simulation, By the proper functional allocations, COMS SGCS is divided into five subsystems such as TTC, ROS, MPS, FDS, and CSS. In this paper, functional design of the COMS SGCS is described as five subsystems and the interfaces among the subsystems.
