This study introduces consumer protection policies at domestic and overseas, regarding the current situation that is raised about, and analyzes how to promote e-commerce with consumer protection oriented. This article explores e-commerce protection policies aiming at enforcing consumer protection and introduces some strategies - enhancing consumer trust, improving electronic transaction disputation, personal information security and privacy and using authorized certificate. This paper aims at suggesting the method of promoting e-commerce through ensuring the consumer trust and decreasing the transaction cost.

This study can be solved a means of authentication of electronic financial transactions. We suggest that smart devices can be useful to authenticate in electronic financial transactions regardless of time and place. Our new authentication method named Lock-Unlock authentication method with smart devices. This method will be expected to reduce many kind of accidents (theft, phishing, hacking, certificates and simple certified OTP, ATM withdrawals, ARS, etc.) by account locking in electronic financial transactions. And helpful to users can effectively protect electronic financial transactions and minimize the accident during get a electronic trading.

현재 운영중인 대부분의 전자상거래 시스템들은 서적, 의류, 컴퓨터등 특정 상거래 분야에 종속적으로 데이터베이스 및 운영 시스템이 개발되어 있다. 그러나, 전자상거래가 본격적으로 활성화되면 거의 모든 상품 및 서비스가 전자상거래의 대상이 될 것이므로, 전자상거래 제품 데이터베이스의 설계를 여러 도메인에서 다양한 상품들의 정보를 저장 할 수 있도록 범용적으로 설계하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래 공통 플랫폼 개발의 중요한 구성요소인 상품 데이터베이스의 클래스를 객체지향 방식으로 설계하여 재사용성, 적용성, 범용성을 극대화하는 기법을 제안한다. 또한, 제안한 객체지향 상품 클래스 설계기법을 이용한 사례연구를 통하여 그 적용방법을 구체적으로 설명한다.

'05. June, the first Internet banking accident occurred by the malignant cord. It discontinued security programs for protecting important financial informations. A computer hacker had made a collation of password, OTP(One Time Password) values etc and illegally withdraw one´s savings from the bank using the financial information. The attackers are continuously attempted with the hacking tool under bypass security programs as the vaccine program or the personal fire-wall. Therefore, an electronic financial system should be composed with the goal which is to protect financial informations from user's terminal to a banking server. In this paper, we make an analysis of menaces in electronic financial transactions and explain considerable security issues to enhance safety in Internet banking, CD/ATM and mobile banking.

Due to an increase of the importance of E-catalogue on electronic commerce, E-catalogue systems have been prevailing for their production and efficient management around Web environment. In this study, we categorize service factors off-catalogue systems into three aspects contents-providing, user participation, and system management, and we measure their impacts on user satisfaction. The results of the study show that richness, design, trust, interaction, function of transaction management, system extensibility, system stability, and security have been found out to be significant factors to affect user satisfaction.

개방형 네트워크를 통한 전자거래는 무엇보다도 거래의 신뢰성 제고 측면에서 집중적으로 논의되고 있는데 이를 확보하기 위한 중요한 수단으로서 전자서명과 인증제도 방안이 가장 주목을 받고 있다. 전자서명은 기술적으로 암호기술을 이용하여 통신내용의 무결성과 기밀성을 보장받고, 법적으로는 근거법의 제정을 통하여 전자문서와 전자서명의 효력을 부여받아 그 신뢰성을 확보하게 되는 것이다. 특히 P2P기반의 개방형 시스템 환경에서 신뢰성, 무결성, 부인금지와 같은 각종 기술적 선결과 제들을 해결하고 거래의 신뢰성을 제고하기 위한 여러 가지 전자서명 방안들 중에서도 현재까지 공개키 암호화방식과 일방적 해쉬함수의 추출물 알고리즘을 결합한 디지털서명이 가장 믿을 만한 전자서명 방안으로 인정받고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 P2P 전자서명 모델에 개인 간 전자서명모델 이론을 조명하고 P2P 전자문서를 안전하고 신뢰성 있게 이용 할 수 있는 여건을 조성 할 수 있도록 공개키 암호기술에 기반을 두었으며 P2P상에서 전자서명 프로그램이 원활히 작동하도록 설계하고 전자 서명된 문서가 변질되지 않고 상호간의 사용자에게 신뢰할 수 있도록 하였다.
