In the past, regional pilot service is provided by individual pilots directly on board each ship, but it will be difficult to provide this type of service in the near future when autonomous vessels are activated. This can be seen as the need for automation and intelligence of pilot service and provision of remote control system. In this paper, we propose a method, system, and service target that can carry out the electronic pilot service through the intelligence aids to navigation for smart port operation.

In the VTS, the predictions of vessel mobility and situation awareness of maritime environment are basic function. In recent years, pilotage information is an essential aware element of VTS personnel for vessel traffic management. So, we designed the structure of pilotage information service with VTS and tested in real environment. In the future, similar pilotage information can be used as a useful VTS service.

일반적으로 대학생들은 연간 약 50만원이 소요되는 전공 서적 구매비용에 부담감이 있는 것으로 조사된다. 이러한 대학생들을 위해 비교적 저렴한 교재용 전자책 서비스를 전문적으로 제공해 주는 애플리케이션이 없다. 본 논문에서는 대학생들을 위한 전공 및 교양 교재를 대상으로 대여를 포함한 전자책 제공 서비스가 가능한 모바일 앱을 설계한다. 제시하는 서비스 앱은 교재용 전자책을 대상으로 온라인 서점, 출판사, 도선관 등으로부터 전자책 정보를 수집하여 사용자에게 제공하고, 이를 대상으로 대여 또는 구매가 가능한 서비스를 제공한다. 제공되는 전자책 파일은 불법 배포를 방지하기 위해 DRM 방식을 사용하여 전용 뷰어를 통해 제공되어지도록 설계한다. 개발되는 앱을 통해서 대학생이 겪는 문제 중 하나인 교재비용 경감과 더불어, 종이책 생산을 줄임으로써 지구환경 보존에 기여할 수 있다.

E-Navigation 아키텍쳐 상세화 과정에서 이용자 요구사항은 안전항해 기능정의 레벨과 사용자 요구서비스 상세화 레벨로 나누어 입력된다. 본 연구는 연안해역에서 선박안전 항해를 지원하기 위하여 필요한 기본정보 및 서비스 레벨에서 정보를 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 도선사, 선장 및 VTS 운영자, 해양경찰청에 근무하는 항해경험이 풍부한 전문가를 대상으로 설문을 행하고 그 결과는 해양기상 및 해상상태 정보, 상황인식 및 충돌방지를 위한 정보로 나누어 정리하였다.

Korean e-Navigation is a system that introduced to reduce maritime accidents. In order to reduce marine accidents, Korean e-Navigation provides the following services-"Vulnerable Vessel Monitoring", "Vulnerable Vessel support & monitoring", "Optimal safety route", "ENC Streaming for Small Vessel", "Tug & Barge Support", "Maritime Safety Information Providing". Each Service is a system separated into finctional units and integrated into Korean e-Navigation. Korean e-Navigation is introducing data middleware to integrate each service and the DDS(Data Distribution Service) is judged to be effective. Thus, this paper analyzed the characteristics of DDS middleware types suitable for each service of e-Navigation.
