  • The bidding program uses statistical analysis method of the collected bidding information and the accumulated bidding results from the public/private sector; however, it is not easy to predict the accurate bidding price by winning the bid method through multiple lottery. Therefore, this paper analyzes the accuracy of the current state data of the electric construction bid from January 2015 to August 2019 acquired from the electric net, which is an electronic bidding site, We use MLP and RNN method, and proposes a technique to predict the bidding amount necessary for the winning bid by predicting the amount between the first and the lowest bidder.

  • Meta! Halide Discharge(]\1HD) Iamps have good color rendition, long life and good focusing capability but h have flickers bv acoustic resonances. We have designed the electronic ballast for reducing acoustic resonances in high pressure discharge tube. The ballast consists of main two parts, the first part is a half-bridge inverter to make a square wave form a and the st'Cond part is a flyback converter to combine the low frequency and high frequency component. As a r result of this study, we conclude that MHD lamps of 70 watt 따c very well light(D without acoustic resonance p phenomena by the elestronic ballast.

  • 전자도서 입력봉사 시스템이란 시각장애인을 위한 봉사활동의 일환으로써 일반 도서를 컴퓨터 워드작업을 통해 전자도서를 제작하여 시각장애인에게 제공하기위한 자원봉사활동을 의미한다. 하지만 봉사자의 모집이 어렵고, 봉사자들의 중도포기가 많은 등 애로사항이 존재함에 따라 지속적인 전자도서 제작의 어려움이 존재한다. 이를 해결하고자 본 논문에서는 웹서비스 기술을 이용한 전자도서 입력봉사 시스템을 제안한다. 본 연구에서는 입력봉사 시스템을 구현하기 위해서 설계 개요, 계획 단계, 분석 단계, 설계 단계, 개발 단계, 시험 단계를 거쳐 웹서비스를 설계한다. 본 논문의 결과는 시각장애인복지관 또는 시각장애 관련 정책 개선 시 활용될 수 있으리라 본다. 또한 향후 보다 효율적인 입력봉사 시스템 체계의 설계를 위한 고도화 연구가 필요하다.

Development and Characterization of Helium Microwave Plasma Torch (헬륨 마이크로파 플라즈마 토치의 개발과 특성에 관한 연구)

  • MPT, which has been developed recently, is very tolerant to aqueous samples. Several types of MPT have been investigated and is found that the double concentric tube could sustain a stable plasma at a low plasma gas flow rate. However, the tip of torch is easily ruined. Triple concentric torch has shown the best stability and the plasma shape, much like that of ICP, especially when the central channel is quartz. The plasma is exposed and mixed with air as is suggested from the background spectrum, which leads to quenching of He MPT. Sensitivity of helium MPT equipped with a membrane desolvator has shown 10 times lower than that of Argon MPT for most of elements except for the ones with relatively high excitation energy. He MPT requires small plasma flow rate (about 1.6 L/min), stable and simple to use. Excitational temperature and electron number density measured are 4950 K and 3.28 ${\times}$ $10^{14}cm^{-3}$, respectively.

A Study on Transferring Electronic Records from Record Production System to Record Management System Using Cloud Storage (클라우드 저장소를 활용하여 기록생산시스템에서 기록관리시스템으로 전자기록물을 이관하는 방안에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, we propose a logical transfer method of records using cloud storage to solve the integrity problem of digital component, which is generated when electronic records are transferred from the electronic record production system to the record management system. This method, which produces electronic records using cloud storage from the production stage and transfers them to the archives, has the following advantages. First, as a record management method, it can be effectively applied in public institutions by utilizing cloud computing technology, which has been the trend recently. Second, unlike the existing method of copying and physically transferring electronic records, the proposed method can reduce various risk factors that may occur in the transfer of electronic records by logically transferring the storage. Third, the method can prevent errors of the digital component according to the physical transfer of the electronic record; hence, the integrity of the electronic record can be guaranteed. Fourth, administrative power and cost that are wasted because of the electronic transfer of electronic records can be reduced.

Patterns of Tannin Accumulation in Leaves of C-4 Euphorbia maculata (C-4 Euphorbia maculata 엽육조직 내 탄닌물질의 축적 양상)

  • Patterns of tannin accumulation in leaves of C-4 Euphorbia maculata have been examined using electron microscopy. Tannins, which are secondary metabolite phenolic compounds, were found to be deposited conspicuously in vacuoles of certain tissues regardless of their stage in development. However, patterns of deposit accumulation were distinguishable by their cell type during leaf differentiation. The deposits appeared most concentrated in the concentric bundle sheath cells enclosing veins, while little or no density was detected mostly in the mesophyll cells close to the epidermis. An ultrastructural study revealed that the deposits were restricted to the vacuoles at an early stage of leaf development; during which the vacuoles were almost completely filled with the tanniferous substances. The deposits themselves took different forms ranging from granules to huge globules while expanding leaf blade. As the leaf matured, the deposits accumulated either centripetally adjacent to the inner tangential tonoplast or by penetration into the cytoplasm amongst various cellular organelles, resulting in an extremely dense cytoplasm. Electron micrographs frequently showed the delineation of each organelle by the presence of dense deposits within the cytoplasm. Some large depository vacuoles filled with tannins had a corrugated appearance on the sectioned surface. The pattern and potential role of the deposits have been discussed.

Microscopic Study of Decomposition-Inhibition in Stabilized $ClO_2$ Gas in Kidney of Rat with Passage of Time (시간경과에 따른 안정화 이산화염소(Stabilized $ClO_2$)의 콩팥조직 부패억제에 대한 현미경적 연구)

  • The stabilized $ClO_2$ gas has been used for many years by the food industry as a strong oxidizing and sanitizing agent that has broad and high biocidal effectiveness. Therefore, "stabilized $ClO_2$" gas may be used in fields of disinfectant and sterilization. But, there have been few studies on the decomposition-inhibition effect of stabilized $ClO_2$ gas with passage of time. The main purpose of this study was to examine the decomposition-inhibition effect of stabilized $ClO_2$ gas and the morphological change of kidney by measuring of the light and electron microscope. Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats weighting from 230 gm to 250 gm were used as experimental animals. Under ether anesthesia, the right kidney of rat was obtained. Put each sample in $37^{\circ}C$ and humidity $80{\pm}5%$ incubator, we obtained each sample after 0 day, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days and 5 days. We proceeded the observation of light and electron microscope. The results obtained in this study reveal that stabilized $ClO_2$ gas is an effective decomposition inhibitor until 2 days that was conducted at $37^{\circ}C$ and humidity $80{\pm}5%$ conditions.

An Ultrastructural Study of Sertoli Cells in Human Fetal Testes (태아 고환에서 버팀세포의 미세형태학적 연구)

  • Sertoli cells in the normal adult testis are nondividing cells, which are relatively inconspicuous on cross section of the seminiferous tubule and comprise about 10% to 15% of the tubular cellular elements. Ultrastructurally, Sertoli cells have characteristic nucleoli, plasma membrane, and cytoplasmic components. The plasma membrane has two types of intercellular junctions which are developed at puberty: junctions between adjacent Sertoli cells and Sertoli cell-germ ceil junction. However, the ultrastructural findings of Sertoli cells in human fetus is not fully elucidate yet. In the present study, human fetal testes ($14\sim27$ weeks) obtained from artificially induced abortions legally without gross malformation were studied using transmission electron microscopy to make clear the differentiation process of Sertoli cells in human. In human fetal testes from 14 weeks to 27 weeks, the cell junctions of Sertoli-germ cells and Sertoli-Sertoli cells are desmosome like structure and not tight junction or desmosome. The Overall intracytoplasmic organelles of Sertoli cells are relatively sparse. The mitochondrias are relatively abundant but no developed cristae. And the rough endoplasmic reticuli are abundant and smooth endoplasmic reticuli are sparse. The amount of lipid droplets are regularly observed in human fetal Sertoli cells. No microfilaments or Charcot-Bottcher's crystalloids are present. From the results, Sertoli cells in human fetal testes are somewhat different ultrastructural findings with puberty or adult. However, to make clear the differentiation process of Sertoli cells in human, further study for 28 weeks to puberty is required.

Comparison of emission characteristics between fuel injection systems with echanical cam and electric control type on low speed 2 stroke diesel engine for ship propulsion (선박추진용 기계적 캠 구동식 및 전자제어식 연료분사 시스템을 가진 저속 2행정 디젤엔진의 배기특성 비교)

  • Many researches have been carried out consistently for the green ship owing to its economic increasement, efficiency and convenience. One of them is an electronic controlled marine diesel engine. However, we are suffered from dissemination of above engine, due to its anxiety about safety and reliability. In order to solve these problems in this study, emission characteristics test of main propulsive two-stroke diesel engine, equipped both electronic control and cam drive fuel injection systems, has been performed and evaluated under the various load conditions. From the test results, we have confirmed that exhaust gas emission characteristics of the electronic control system is similar to the cam drive system in eco-mode operation, but NOx in emission mode has been decreased 100ppm or more in full load condition. HC emission from the electronic control system is decreased 10~20ppm at 50% load, and 35~40ppm at 25% load in comparison to cam drive system. In fuel consumption, it is considered that 7g/kWh is decreased than the value of cam drive system at 700bar of injection pressure, which is 200bar higher than cam drive system.

  • The present study was performed to clarify the histochemical compositions and fine structure of the mucus secreting cells in the gastrointestinal mucosa of normal mice. The mucus cells in the surface epithelium of stomach body had neutral mucin and some quantity of weak acid mucin. And the mucus cells in gastric pits and mucus neck cells had neutral mucin. The goblet cells in villial epithelium of small intestine contain strong acid sulfated mucin as their main content and a little of neutral mucopolysaccharide. However, the goblet cells in intestinal glands-Liberkuhn crypt were confirmed to contain non-sulfated weak acid mucin. The goblet cells in the surface epithelium of colon had the same component as the small intestine did. But the cells in the crypts of colon contained neutral and weak acid mucin as their main contents. The majority of secretory granules of the surface epithelial cells of the stomach body had high electron density, and some granules with low electron density appeared too. While the mucin granules in the mucus neck cells were low in its electron density, and some of those granules were frequently found to have dense core in them. Secretory granules in goblet cells of small and large intestines had low electron density. The mode of secretion in mucin-containing cells in gastro-intestinal tract was found to be merocrine.
