The main objective of this research was to grasp using a structure equation analysis if an auxiliary police officer unit's measure of getting rid of assault gets to their adaptation to the unit through stress factor to reveal the cause of an auxiliary police officer unit's adaptation to unit. The data used for the research is survey data of all auxiliary police officer belonging to Ulsan Metropolitan Police Agency in 2011. The result of structure equation analysis showed that the mediated effect through stress was statistically meaningful in the level of p<.001. Also, the result of confirming the size of effect through standardized regression coefficients was that the effect of stress upon the adjustment to units was higher than the effect of unit's measure of getting rid of assault. Namely, unit's measure of getting rid of assault has a positive effect upon a conscripted policemen unit's adaptation to unit, but it showed that an auxiliary police officer unit's adaptation to unit had the bigger individual stress factor than that of unit's measure of getting rid of assault. From this, authorities should recognize that an auxiliary police officer's stress is a cause to determine their adaptation to units, and prepare its alternative.

In Korea, the enactment of National Health Promotion Act 1995 gradually increased considerable attention on not only the quality of life, but also the desire for health. Health Promoting Behaviors have been considered as significant factors in determining the quality of life. The purpose of this study was to examine health promoting behaviors of conscripted policemen, to analyze the relationship between such behaviors and a sense of self-efficacy, and finally to provide some basic data which can be utilized for developing health promotion programs of conscripted policemen. For this study, a total of 251 conscripted policemen in Daegu city and Kyongbuk Province were sampled. The data were collected for 7 days from August 20 to August 27 2012 by employing a questionnaire. The collected data were then processed by using the SPSS PC 18.0 program for Frequencies, Percentages, Means, Standard Deviations, and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. This study measured 2.52(${\pm}0.28$) points in the health promoting behaviors, and 3.74(${\pm}0.50$) points in the extent of a sense of self-efficacy. Therefore, this study clearly demonstrated that health promoting behaviors are strongly correlated with a sense of self-efficacy in Korean conscripted policemen. Considering the results of this research, it is highly recommended that programs for improving health promoting behaviors of conscripted policemen should be developed.

보다 편리한 통신서비스 추구에 대한 인간의 욕심은 끝없이 커져만 가고 있다. 20년 전의 공상이 이제는 쓸모없는 한낱 지나간 사실로 바뀌어질 만큼 이동통신기술의 발전은 눈부시다. 휴대용전화기는 이제 손목시계 크기로 작아졌고, 거기다 상대방의 얼굴이 나올 수 있도록 기술개발을 진전시켜 나가고 있다. 이 논문에서는 현재 사용되고 있는 이동통신기술들과 요즈음 새로이 각광받고 있는 CDMA 기술을 설명하고, 나아가 미래의 이동통신기술이 AIN, PCS FPLMTS, BISDN 및 UPT와 어떻게 서로 협력할 것인가에 대해 소개한다.

In conventional on-demand mobile ad hoc routing algorithms, an alternate path is sought only after an active path is broken. It incurs a significant cost in terms of money and time in detecting the disconnection and establishing a new route. In this thesis, we propose proactive route selection and maintenance to conventional mobile ad hoc on-demand routing algorithms. The key idea for this research is to only consider a path break to be likely when the signal power of a received packet drops below an optimal threshold value and to generate a forewarning packet. In other words, if a path is lost with high probability, the neighboring node that may easily be cut off notifies the source node by sending a forewarning packet. Then the source node can initiate route discovery early and switched to a reliable path potentially avoiding the disconnection altogether. For the simulational study, network simulator(NS2) is used. The result of simulation shows that the algorithm significantly improves the performance of networks comparing to conventional on-demand routing protocols based on DSR and AODV in terms of packet delivery ratio, packet latency and routing overhead.

In this theory, we investigate adding proposed pro-active route selection and maintenance to the conventional on-demand mobile ad hoc routing algorithms(DSR and AODV). The key idea is to be only considered likely to be a path break when the received packet power becomes close to the minimum critical power and to be generated the forewarning packet when the signal power of a received packet drops below a optimal threshold value. After generated the forewarning packet, the source node can initiate rout discovery in advance; potentially avoiding the disconnection altogether. Our extensive simulation study shows that the proposed advance-active route selection and maintenance algorithms outperforms the conventional on-demand routing protocol based on DSR and AODV in terms of packet delivery ratio, packet latency and overhead.

Since XML allows users to define any tags, XML documents with various structures have been created. Accordingly, many studies on clustering and searching the XML documents based on the similarity of paths have been done in order to manage the documents efficiently. To retrieve XML documents having similar structures, the three-dimensional bitmap indexing technique uses a path as a unit when it creates an index. If a path structure is changed, the technique recognizes it as a new path. Thus, another technique to measure the similarity of paths was proposed. To compute the similarity between two paths, the technique compares every node of the paths. It causes unnecessary comparison of the nodes, which do not exist in common between the two paths. In this paper, we propose a new technique that minimizes the comparison using signatures and show the performance evaluation results of the technique. The comparison speed of proposed technique was 20 percent faster than the existing technique.

This study was performed to investigate the effects of lactic-fermented rice flour on the quality characteristics of pan-fried food (Jeon). Pan-frying flour containing 5~20% lactic fermentation rice flour mixture was prepared. In rapid visco analyzer examination, peak viscosity, trough, final viscosity, breakdown, and setback of the lactic-fermented rice flour mixture were lower than those of rice flour or wheat flour. The L-value (lightness) of Jeon decreased with increasing the ratio of lactic-fermented rice flour. On the other hand, a-value (redness) and b-value (yellowness) increased with increasing ratio of lactic-fermented rice flour. Texture profiles showed that Jeon prepared with lactic-fermented rice flour mixture had higher springiness and gumminess than 100% rice flour. The oil absorptions of Jeon prepared with 100% rice flour and 20% lactic-fermented rice flour were 7.5% and 6.33%, respectively. For digestive properties, Jeon prepared with lactic-fermented rice mixture showed a greater amount of rapidly digestible starch and lower amount of slowly digestible starch. In the sensory evaluation, Jeon prepared with lactic-fermented rice mixture showed higher scores for appearance, flavor, and taste than others (rice flour and wheat flour). Especially, Jeon prepared with 10% lactic-fermented rice mixture showed the highest overall preference. In conclusion, the results demonstrate that lactic-fermented rice flour may prove quite useful as a pan-frying flour with desirable qualities properties.

The police is huge career civil service organization. In 1999, police organization employed 7,801 persons as a new hiring. The police had revised employment system several times for competent human resources. But, it is true that much improvements need yet for person's employment which equip eligibility. Specially, discussions need for many new hirings by duty police system abrogation. Career civil service system is impossible of dismissal after permanent appointment. It is true that competitive rate of police officer examination much rose. But it's not important about organization development in addition this unconnects with competent resources. Must change police officer employment system for organization's future development. This study proposed policy about improvement way of examination for service step, field training officer and appointment.
