From January to November in 2010, a result of chicken infectious anemia virus (CIAV) antibodies ELISA test about 500 number in 25 broiler breeder farms and 500 number in a broiler chickens slaughterhouse from 25 farms in Iksan area, Jeonbuk. The result of 100% (25/25) positive rate in broiler breeder farms group and 98.6% (493/500) positive rate from each individual. In each week-age group, 98.8% of 18~20 weeks and 98.3% of 21~24 weeks showed positive without any significant differences. In slaughterhouse case, broilers from the farms showed 36.0% (9/25) positive rate and each individual showed 20.4% (102/500) positive rate.

This is a case report on the occurrence of inclusion body hepatitis (IBH) and infectious bursal disease (IBD) among the broilers in a local farm located in Wanju, Jeollabukdo. Mostly IBH could be caused by adenovirus if the bird's immune system was first weakened by exposure to immunosupressive agents such as infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) and chicken anemia virus (CIAV). However IBH primary occurred before IBD in this case. And recent work has demonstrated that virulent adenovirus alone can produce the disease.

Reduced egg production with depigmented, chalky deposit, wrinkled and malformed eggs was observed in breeder flecks at the end of 1985 and further spread in laying flocks throughout the country. The disease was identified as Infectious Bronchitis based on serological findings and virus isolation.

The larger segment of double stranded RNA genome from a new serotype of Infectious Pancreatic Necrosis Virus (IPNV), DRT, has been partially cloned at Sma I site in pUC19 and compared with the restriction maps of VR-299 and Sp. Restrction sites found in DRT was distinct and hence a new serotype. The cDNA clones of DRT were about 800, 850, and 1, 400 bp long each and do not share any common restiction site. It is not clear yet if there exist any overlapping sequences among them. This partial cloning, however, was sufficient for the comparison of restriction maps with the other serotypes.

The measurement of the fermoral anteversion is an important factor in the practice of orthopedic surgery. The anteversion is measured by means of the axis of head and neck of the femur. In this study. widely used computed tomography method of measuring anteversion was tested on femoral necks of patients. Measurement by the manual method and image viewer of computed tomography to determine the anteversion of femoral head were carried out on both femurs. In January and February 2001, 30 patients 3 to 6 years of age were randomly selected from Seoul National University Hospital. the purpose of this paper was to introduce a new method to measure femoral anteversion angle utilizing image viewer program. This new method was more accurate and convenient than the conventional manual method. No significant difference was observed between the manual method and the image viewer measurement of femoral anteversion. In conclusion, image viewer program was statistically more reliable in determining the angle of the fermoral anteversion.

양계사업의 시설과 규모가 현대화되고 대형화됨에 따라 인식되지 않던 질병들이 간혹 나타나기도 한다. 또한 질병의 특성상 케이지 계사에서 거의 발생하지 않던 콕시듐증과 같은 질병들도 직립식 케이지 시설 하에서는 가끔 발생을 하는 경우가 있어 질병발생의 양상이 과거와는 조금 다른 차이를 보여주고 있다. 만일 $5{\~}10$만수가 같은 계사 내에서 사육되는 계군에서 전염성 질병이 발생하게 되면 그 결과는 치명적일 수 있기 때문에 질병 예방의 노력은 더욱 필요하다 할 수 있다. 양계업은 대단위 밀집사육의 형태이기 때문에 질병발생의 위험성은 다른 축종보다 높으며 질병 발생시에는 그 피해가 훨씬 크다. 그래서 질병 예방연구도 다른 축종보다 비교적 많이 되어 있는 편이며 대부분의 닭질병에 대한 예방백신이 개발되어 있는 것이 사실이기 때문에 사양가들이 조금만 더 관심을 갖고 질병방역을 한다면 효과적인 방역대책을 강구할 수 있다.

This paper describes a fuzzy controlled pre-chlorination technique for purifying the pulluted raw water in water purification lants. For the purpose of obtaining the high quality water, the appropriate pre-chlorine dosage rate has to be continuously adjusted according to a change in quality of a intake raw water, weather, solar nergy mount, temperature and etc. Therefore, the method of expressing an expert's empirical knowledge cumulated from his past carrier by fuzzy reasoning and the fuzzy controller design technique is necessary.In this paper fuzzy membership functions and rules accordingto emprircal knowledge and experimental field data were obtained, And also fuzzy cintriller design using four feedforward components for the determination of pre-chlorine dosage rate and four feedback ones for the compensation of its dosage rate with residual chlorine and its change rate, was executed.

Molluscum contagiosum(MC) is a viral disorder of the skin and mucous membranes characterized by decrete single or multiple, flesh-colored papules. There was the 6 years old woman who suffered from umbilicated papules and pruritis of back. First, Her mother choiced western medicine, and was treatded with topical(ointment applicatoin) and surgical(curettage) method. Despite of western medical treatment during 3 months, there was not recovery of symptoms. So, she visited the Dept. of Opthalmology & Otorhinolaryngology & Dermatology, College of Oriental Medicine, Kyungwon University for oriental medical treatment. The oriental medical treatment reduced the symptoms of the patient remarkably during 8weeks. So we report the healing process and result of this patient in this study. There is few report that treat MC with oriental medical method. If more clinical trials like this are proved to be effective, we can expect that oriental medical treatment will be a good method in MC.

Worldwide, Certification systems for standard of material and quality of product exist very variously. Korean industrial Standard (KS) is most representatively certification systems in Korea. But laboratory of korea uses often ASTM, RILEM and JIS and these standards do not get into unionization. so, Granted that experiment is same, result still can different. Therefore, this research measured chloride amount of hardened concrete using identical material and wished to improve accuracy of chloride estimation as that comparison evaluate to each examination.
