이 연구의 목적은 과학교육적인 관점에서 국내 자연사박물관의 전시특성을 조사하는데 있다. 이 연구를 위해 국내의 대표적인 네 곳의 자연사박물관에서 244 종류의 자연사 관련 전시물을 대상으로 조사를 하였다. 조사를 위해 본 연구는 7개 항목으로 구성된 체크리스트를 사용했는데 각 항목들은 과학관과 자연사 박물관의 전시특성을 다루었던 기존의 문헌을 바탕으로 한 것이다. 또한 과학교육적인 측면은 Hein(1995)의 연구를 기초로 하였다. 국내 자연사 박물관에 대한 조사 결과는 각기 특성있고 긍정적인 결과를 얻었으나, 국외의 유명한 자연사박물관에 비교할 때 보다 많은 과학교육적 전시특성의 개발이 필요하다.

This study sheds light on the Instagrammable features and viewing experiences of . A research model and hypotheses are formulated using variables including Experience Quality (EQ), Perceived Value (PV), Attitude toward AWA (ATAWA) and Behavioral Intention toward AWA (BITAWA). Although AWA has strong the Instagrammable features in terms of PV, it provides aesthetic or healing experience rather than a pleasure. PV has a significant correlation with DOS and DOI, but it does not influence on BITAWA. In addition, DOS has a positive impact on the increase in DOI, length of viewing time and intention to upload and share photos on Instagram.

This research aims to identify spatial features of exhibition hall for trade fair and establish a theoretical model on the effects of these features on the visitor attitudes. Also, it seeks to make suggestions on the service for exhibition environment or marketing activities through empirical analysis. The survey for this research was conducted for one week from Oct. 28 to Nov. 5, 2016 at COEX in Seoul. The 320 questionnaires were distributed to the visitors of the survey period, and all of the questionnaires were returned. Excluding those considered meaningless due to a small number of answered questions, a total of 303 samples were used for empirical analysis. The empirical analysis was conducted through SPSS 24.0. The results showed that each element of spatial features of the exhibition hall has significant effects on the visitor intuitive attitude. On the other hand, only Aesthetic and Convenience of spatial features of the exhibition hall has significant effects on the visitor conative attitude As above, this research conducted empirical researches on the effects of spatial features on visitor attitudes at exhibition hall to provide guidelines for establishing strategic management schemes of exhibition space that provide more convenient and pleasant environment. Also, this research aims to suggest development directions for organizer to provide quality service and environment, turning them into comfortable spaces that communicate with the visitors.

20세기 중반에 들어서서 박물관이나 미술관들은 전시위주의 소극적 자세에서 탈피하여 일반대중을 끌어들이기 위한 적극적 자세를 취하면서 전시공간 이외의 서비스공간들이 도입되고 있다. 그러나 박물관의 근본적 목적은 관람객과 전시품의 직접적 만남에 의해 성취된다는 의미에서 전시공간에 대한 고려는 기타 서비스공간에 대한 고려 이전에 우선되어야 한다는 사실은 매우 중요하다 하겠다. 이런 의미에서 공공박물관에 있어서도 전시공간이 여전히 중요하다는 인식과 함께 현대박물관에서 나타나고 있는 전시공간구성의 특성을 살펴보고자 한다. 이렇게 하는데 있어서 본 글에서는 이태리 디자이너인 가에 아울렌티의 작업에 관심을 갖고 그의 대표적인 작품인 오르세이 미술관과 국립현대미술관을 대상으로 하여 분석하면서 현대 박물관의 전시공간구성에 대한 방향을 정리하고자 한다.

This study purpose is comparative analysis of environmental design checklist based on physical characteristics of the elders between Korea and Japan exhibition facilities. We were selected to represent the exhibition facilities in Korea and Japan and conducted field survey and understand the application status. The scope of the exhibition facilities space is entry, exhibition, public-service, educational activity and movement. And the elders physical characteristics are divided into 'sense(eye-sight, hearing, and feeling by touch)' / 'exercise (skeleton, movement, physical strength and muscular strength)'. Based on the checklist, we gave the score depending installation, part installation and uninstallation and then analyzed the average. The Results were as follows. First, Korea and Japan exhibition facilities are appear to similar and both above the average level. It is show that environment design reflects the physical characteristics of the elders. Second, exhibition space and educational activity space has lower score than other space, indicated most items are consist of the recommended. Most items appears as part of the preparation for this installed or uninstalled. Third, It showed that the installation is incomplete entries corresponding to the physical characteristics of the sensory area of the elderly (hearing). Therefore, there need to install additional information facilities such as voice, emergency call bell. Forth, the exhibition facilities appears differently depending on time of erecting and remodeling.

The purpose of this study is to isolate characteristics of exhibits particularly considering educational perspectives and effectiveness in attracting the attention of visitors in famous Natural History Museums. The target exhibits were selected from the Natural History museum in London, the Australian Museum in Sydney, the American Museum of Natural History in New York, and the Smithsonian Museum in Washington D.C. A total of 107 sample exhibits used in this study from these four museums were selected as representative solid earth science education related exhibitions including fossils, geological history, and minerals. For the investigation, this study developed a checklist with seven items based on reviewing previous literature and articles pertaining to exhibit characteristics of natural history museums and science centers. Also the educational perspectives focused on classifications of exhibitions by Hein (1997). In this study, all the sample exhibit, were taken pictures of and stored on slide films for lated examination. Respectively exciting and positive results were found in all four museums. The analyses, however, indicated weaknesses as well as strengths in the four museum exhibits.

Contemporary ceramic art as a new art form, how to convey the visual information of contemporary ceramic art works to the audience through the design and display of exhibition space is the primary problem of exhibition space design. Based on the current lack of research on contemporary ceramic art exhibition space design, this study focuses on the characteristics of contemporary ceramic art exhibition space design, in order to achieve the best exhibitions effect of contemporary ceramic art. Firstly, summarize the previous research and examine the "Spirit of Porcelain" -2021 Jingdezhen International Ceramic Art Biennial Exhibition held by the Art Museum of Jingdezhen Ceramic University. From the perspective of human factors engineering, combined with comparative analysis of the overall spatial layout and display space form, the scientific unity of the overall layout of the display space and the flexibility and sustainability of the exhibition space form design are obtained. The theoretical knowledge obtained in this study provides theoretical guidance and important practical significance for the design of contemporary ceramic art exhibition spaces; Simultaneously contributing to the development of contemporary ceramic art exhibition space design in China and even globally.

The purpose of this study was to examine the importance and satisfaction of exhibition and convention destinations from the MICE(meeting, incentive tour, convention, and exhibition) planners. Overall, four results were revealed from this study. First, considering the importance of selection attributes, soundproofing, lighting, temperature, A V facilities, the space of main convention hall and exhibition were the most important attributes. Second, hypothesis 1 suggested that there were statistically significant differences in the attributes of convention destination selection based on the socio-demographic variables. More specifically, a statistically significant was found in the 17 attributes out of 5 factors and 4 demographic variables. Third, hypothesis 2 suggested that there were statistically significant in the attributes of convention destination selection based on the planning characteristics of MICE. For instance, statistically significants were found 9 attributes out of 5 factors and the 4 planning characteristics. Fourth, the regional space of exhibition and convention was the most influential to the intention to revisit, followed by exhibition and convention facilities and use cost. And also, considering the recommendation to the other MICE planners who recently have used exhibition and convention centers, the facilities was the most influential, followed by use cost and tourism space surrounding exhibition and convention centers.

The whole world enters the ageing era and 'lifelong education' is issued where the elderly can learn knowledge and techniques caused by era-change. Museum is a cultural public-facility and taking roles to provide education with spatial composition of contents and articles at exhibition. Therefore, museum can be a learning space for the elderly, performance of learning, environmental support to museum is required considering their physical characteristics. This study aims to develop a environmental design checklist at museum and to provide a frame for environmental plans to support the elderly for smooth watching of exhibition and education at museum. The environmental design checklist at museum was drawn for the spaces for entry, exhibition, public-service, educational activity and movement at museum, based on physical characteristics of the elderly or the criteria of 'sense (eye-sight, hearing and feeling by tough)' / 'exercise (skeleton, movement, physical strength and muscular strength). The environmental design checklist at museum for the elderly was composed newly by combining existing related acts, manuals, and preceded studies. For future studies, actual survey items at site and questionnaires for the elderly watchers were drawn.

This study seeks some ways to improve archives exhibitions by comparing with museum exhibitions. For this purpose, this study overviews the present state of domestic archives exhibitions and extracts some features compared to museum exhibitions. And it suggests some improvement ways for archives exhibitions especially based on comparative analysis of the special exhibitions held by National Archives of Korea and National Folk Museum of Korea in memory of the 60th anniversary of National Foundation. It derived some ways to facilitate archives exhibitions hereafter, they were targeting distinctive customers for each area, communicating proper message for the theme and target of exhibitions, orienting theme-typed exhibitions, reflecting customers' feedback, exhibition educational services' invigorating, neutral interpretation of modern archives, and offering material on life and cultural history in priority.
