국내에 다양한 시스템 엔지니어링 전산지원도구(Computer Aided tools for Systems Engineering)가 도입되고 도구의 기능이 향상됨에 따라 시스템 엔지니어링 전산지원환경을 구축하는 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 전산지원환경을 구축하기 위해서는 기존의 국내외 시스템 엔지니어링 표준 및 지침에서 언급되지 않은 구체적인 업무에 대한 고려가 요구되기 때문에, 많은 노력과 시간이 소요된다. 시스템 엔지니어링 본 연구에서는 국내 연구소 및 기업의 시스템 엔지니어링 전산지원환경을 구축하는 과정에서 습득된 문제점과 경험적 교훈(lessons learned)을 정리하였다.

The development of the algorithm and the computer aided marking data generation system based on it should precede the automation system for plate forming by line heating method. This paper places emphasis on the yard simulation for a real surface model to justify the algorithm and the computer aided marking data generation system which have been already developed. The yard simulation has been carried out according to the generated marking data and the heating condition produced by the developed computer aided system. The practical applicability of the developed computer aided system has been conformed by comparing the results of the computer simulation to the results of the yard simulation. This paper ends with the extension of the developed marking data generation system.

This study aims to show the dynamics behind official historical descriptions, tracking the development of information system for Seoul Olympic Games. Shortly after the decision was made to host the Seoul Olympics, the South Korean government planned to import a computer system used in the previous Olympics. In response, scientists at Electronic Data Processing Center of KAIST put much effort into persuading the authorities to take the initiative in their own development, and they had to prove their capabilities by developing a computer system that worked safely in the National Sports Festival. With the development of the Olympic information system taking shape, various disputes arose among the host ministries, participating organizations and researchers. As a result, the end product resulted in a modularity of four different systems developed by different agencies, rather than a single system. For this reason, no organization claimed ownership or directly inherited the technical performance of the Olympic computer system, although it was praised as a "gold medal outside the arena." Nevertheless, the technology, hardware and manpower accumulated during the development process have since spread to various areas, laying the groundwork for the development of South Korea's information and communication technology.

The purpose of this study is to improve the effectiveness of Course Embedded Assessment(CEA) program through the development and application of the Program Outcomes Assessment System. This is a methodological study which is developing the Program Outcomes Assessment System based on Web-based CEA and applying it to assess the achievements of students by professors teaching them The Web-based CEA system has been developed by implementing a software development life cycle. First, a demanded survey was conducted for the system development, and the results were applied for developing the Web-based CEA. The CEA was used for assessing the achievement of students by professors charging them. Finally, another survey was performed to evaluate the effectiveness of the CEA in professors who experimented it. By implementing the Program Outcomes Assessment System, it is possible to monitor the achievement of the program outcomes and CQI of individual students at the time of graduation. Also It makes it possible to check the unaccomplished achievements of students, analyze the causes regarding uncompleted works, and find ways to enhance students to improve their ability.

고리원자력본부 제2발전소는 최근 국내 최초로 방사선 작업 기록을 전산으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 방사선 작업 관리의 수행 절차는 반복적이며 일정한 흐름을 가진 행위로서, 이를 전산 관리할 경우 효율적이고 신뢰성 있는 방사선 관리가 수행 가능하다. 이러한 점에 착안하여, 고리 2발전소 태스크포스팀은 사외 전산 프로그램 개발사(TDS)와 공동으로 1년 6개월 간에 걸쳐 이 시스템을 개발하였다. 이번에 개발한 시스템은 외국의 원전에서도 실용화가 되지 않은 선진 수준의 방사선 관리 기법이다.

전산화는 오늘날 대학도서관의 중요한 주제 중 하나로 많은 대학이 전산시스템을 도입했거나 하고자 한다. 그러나 전산업무 경험이 부족한 사서의 입장에서 전산화는 그저 막연하리라 생각된다. 따라서 도서관 현장에서 사서들이 전산화에 대하여 느꼈던 여러가지 문제점들을 본교 도서관전산시스템 개발사례를 중심으로 논하고자 한다.

자가 치유란 시스템에서 발생될 수 있는 에러나 오류를 미리 예상하거나 감지하고 시스템 스스로 치유함으로써 시스템의 오동작을 최소화하는 것을 의미한다. 자가 치유 시스템의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해서는 정확한 테스트 기법이 필요하다. 하지만 기존의 테스트 기법은 성공 또는 실패만으로 나타내기 때문에 정량적인 평가가 불가능하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 자가 치유 시스템이 달성해야 할 목표를 추출하고 관계에 따라 트리로 작성하여 이를 기반으로 시스템의 자가 치유 기법의 성공률을 정량적 측정하는 기법을 제안한다. 본 기법을 통해 자가 치유 시스템의 치유 결과를 정량적으로 평가 가능하고, 치유 전략에 대한 문제점이 분석 가능하므로 자가 치유 시스템의 신뢰성 향상이 가능하다.

본 논문은 전국적으로 병원 전산시스템을 운영하는 근로자의 근무 조건들과 애로사항, 병원 전산시스템의 운영 특징들에 대해 조사하였다. 대전지역 보훈병원 전산 근로자들을 대상으로 설문조사한 결과 기술적, 환경적, 동료관계적 특징들에 대해서 파악하게 되었고, 이를 해결할 수 있는 방법으로 지식관리시스템 기술을 도입함으로써 효율적인 운영이 가능하다. 향후 연구를 확대해 대전지역 보훈병원뿐만 아니라 충남지역 일반병원까지 제안 연구기법을 적용함으로써 지식관리시스템 기술을 도입함으로써 병원 전산시스템의 운영 및 관리에 효율성을 높일 수 있음을 보인다.

현재의 우리나라 전산시스템은 소관부처별로 열악한 전산실에 시스템이 구축되었고 전산화가 추진되어 왔으나 48개 부처의 통합전산센터 구축 이후 정보 공동활용의 효율성 향상 및 안정적 운영을 하게 되었다. 하지만 통합전산센터 구축 이후 시스템관리에 대한 효율성을 검토하지 못한채 운영하고 있는 바, 본 논문에서는 계층적분석을 통하여 공공기관 데이터센터의 시스템관리 지표에 대한 중요도를 산출하고자 한다.

전산 설비가 운영되는 전산 기계실은 적절한 온 습도 유지가 매우 중요하다. 따라서, 전산 기계실에 대한 온 습도 모니터링 시스템이 중요하게 운영 된다. 하지만 소형 전산 기계실에서는 24 시간 자동 모니터링 시스템이 구축 안되어 있는 경우도 많이 있다. 본 논문에서는 모니터링 시스템이 구축 안된 소형 전산 기계실에서 운영중인 x86 서버들의 온도를 기반으로 전산 기계실의 온도를 모니터링 하는 방법에 대해 제안한다.
