트레일러는 2분 내외의 짧은 시간 동안 관객에게 영화의 장점을 소개하여 영화를 소비하게 하는 일종의 영화 광고이다. 인터넷 보급과 스트리밍 기술의 발달은 비교적 용량이 작은 트레일러의 소비를 확산시켰다. 전에 비해 관객이 트레일러를 접하게 되는 경우가 많아지고 있으며, 이로 인해 트레일러 또한 작품 흥행에 영향을 끼치는 중요한 요소로 인식되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 트레일러에 대한 수요 증가와 마케팅에서의 중요성 증가에 맞춰 사례 연구를 통해 효과적인 트레일러 스토리텔링 구조에 대해 분석하였다. 먼저, 영화의 메타정보, 캐릭터, 배경, 사건, 분위기, 기술력 등의 애니메이션 스토리텔링의 주요 요소를 도출하고 몬스터 주식회사(Monster Inc., 2001), 니모를 찾아서(Finding Nemo, 2003), 인크레더블(The Incredibles, 2004) 등 픽사 애니메이션 3가지 사례에서 이들 요소가 등장하는 시점과 비중을 분석함으로써 스토리텔링의 전체적인 구조를 파악하는 사례 연구를 수행하였다.

이야기는 그 자체만으로 전달될 수 없기 때문에, 이야기만큼이나 중요한 것은 가공되지 않은 상태의 이야기를 구성지게 전달하는 텔링의 방식이다. 디지털 매체가 발전하고 보다 다양한 전달 방식이 등장하면서 텔링이 더욱 강조되고 이야기보다는 스토리텔링이라는 개념이 주목 받게 되었다. 이 연구는 스토리와 텔링을 구분하는 관점에서, 스토리텔링을 개발하는 작가들의 작업을 분석하고 그들을 도와주는 지원 시스템을 설계했다. 작가의 태스크를 분석하기 위해 본 연구에서는 집필 프로세스에 대해 현업 작가를 인터뷰하고 기존의 writing tool의 기능과 이야기 구조 이론을 참고하여 검토했다. 또한 본 연구에서는 이야기가 흘러감에 따라 변화하는 정보-인물 간 관계, 사실 정보-들을 고려하였다. 작가는 이야기가 흘러가는 매 순간 모든 이야기 속의 사실을 알고 있지만, 독자와 이야기 속의 등장 인물들은 이야기가 흘러감에 따라 작가가 의도하는 순서와 방식으로 사실 정보들을 하나씩 습득하게 된다. 이러한 데이터를 수집/관리하고, 다시 변형하고, 또 유지/보수하는 것이 작가에게 가장 큰 인지적인 부담이기 때문에 이를 지원하도록 노력했다.

Pb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3 (PZT) ceramics having different microstructures were fabricated at low temperatures using calcined PZT powders with addition of excess PbO powder and/or ball milling. The effects of excess PbO and ball milling time on the microstructure, the sintering characteristic, and the mechanical properties of these ceramics were studied. Fine powders with average particle size of 0.38㎛ could be obtained by ball milling with 2.5 mm Ф zirconia balls for 120 hours. By the addition of 2mol% of excess PbO to these powders, it was possible to obtain well-densitified PZT ceramics at low sintering temperature of 980℃. Densification behavior of PZT was affected by the addition of excess PbO powder, while, grain growth was hardly affected by PbO addition. It was observed that Vicker's hardness decreased and fracture toughness increased with the increasing amount of PbO. At 1mol% excess PbO, it was shown that the minimum values of hardness and maximum fracture toughness were achieved. In addition, with increasing sintering time, the fracture toughness decreased and the hardness increased.

열전재료는 열과 전기의 변환이 상호 가역적으로 일어나는 현상을 갖는 재료로서, 사용온도별로 여러 가지 재료가 개발되고 있다. 중온 영역에서 우수한 열전특성을 보이는 skutterudite는 격자 내에 2개의 공극을 갖고 있고 이에 적절한 원자를 충진하여 포논산란을 유도하고, PGEC(phonon-glass and electron-crystal) 개념을 적용하여 재료의 열적인 성질과 전기적인 성질을 동시에 제어함으로써 열전성능의 향상을 도모할 수 있는 재료이다. 본 연구에서는 챔버 내부 기체를 연속적으로 뽑아내어 진공도를 유지하는 방식이 아닌, 석영관을 앰플화한 진공밀폐 용해법을 사용하였다. 진공밀폐 용해법은 성분원소의 산화와 휘발을 억제하는데 있어 매우 유용한 공정이다. 용해를 통해 얻어진 잉곳을 용해와 동일한 방법으로 석영관에 밀봉하여 873 K에서 100시간 동안 진공열처리를 실시하였다. 또한, 합성된 잉곳의 기계적 특성 향상을 위해 $75{\mu}m$ 이하로 파쇄하여 진공 열간 압축 소결하였다. La가 충진된 $La_zCo_4Sb_{12}$ Skutterudites 단일상을 합성하여 La의 충진량(z)에 따른 열전특성과 전자이동특성을 조사하였다.

The market of webtoon is expanding and the main users' acceptance environment of webtoon is changing from web to mobile. Among this phenomena, platform companies combined various digital technologies and a new user interface to the webtoon. The major directions of change in webtoon are applying multimedia effects and actualize the optimized form for the mobile environment represented by a smartphone. This study defined these types of webtoon as 'Webtoon 2.0' and built a separate concept from 'Webtoon 1.0' which means the early form of webtoon. Through this, we propose a new standard in classifying various types of cartoons that are sporadically serviced to users. Also, through experiments with users, we checked the current status of webtoon 2.0 and webtoon 1.0 by quantitatively measuring and analyzing the degree of user satisfaction with the current webtoon. Through this, this study suggest technical and aesthetic development application of Korean webtoon which is available to platform operators, writers and users.

To isolate antagonistic bacteria against sclerotinia rot of lettuce, caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, soil samples were collected from the diseased greenhouse field in Namyangju city, Gyeong-gi province from 2007 to 2008. A total of 196 bacterial isolates were isolated using serial dilution method. In dual culture assay in vitro, 26 isolates showed more than 80% of inhibition rates of mycelial growth of S. sclerotiorum. Based on 16S rDNA sequence analysis, the 26 isolates were identified as Bacillus megaterium, B. cereus, B. subtilis, Arthrobacter nicotianae, A. ramosus, Pseudomonas filiscindens, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, Brevibacterium frigoritolerans and Sphingobacterium faecium. The 26 isolates inhibited the mycelial growth of S. sclerotiorum up to 80% and the sclerotial germination 0-100%. In the greenhouse pot test of ten isolates conducted in summer, 2 isolates B. megaterium (DK6) and B. cereus (C210) showed control efficacy on sclerotia viability of S. sclerotiorum, 20% and 35%, respectively. In the greenhouse pot test in winter, the disease incidence of the control group was 80%, whereas those of 9 isolates among 26 were approximately 20%. From the result, the 9 isolates are expected as potentially antagonistic bacteria for biological control of sclerotinia rot of lettuce caused by S. sclerotiorum.

In the 1970s, the full-scale development of the area now known as Gangnam began, ushering in the era of real estate investment on apartments which transformed housing styles in Korea. Apartments were pitched as the most ideal type of housing, creating a competitive market of high demand and skyrocketing prices. The apartments were also viewed as a means of quick asset investment among middle-class Koreans. Within this apartment frenzy stood the female real estate speculator, the bokbuin. This study seeks to locate the bokbuin in the real estate development market after the late 1970s. The apartment speculation boom cannot be attributed to the bokbuin alone, yet she became the target of public anger and criticism, singled-out as being responsible for fueling illegal and unethical investments. The apartment boom of the 1970s was in fact generated in large part by the government, developers, construction companies and realtors. While their pursuit of profit was deemed as legitimate, the bokbuin's conduct was mostly tainted by presumed illegitimate and greedy motivations. This study problematizes this gendering of real estate investment and treat the bokbuin as a byproduct of the family-centered culture in East Asia. Analyzing Im Kwon Taek's film "Mrs. Speculator", Park Ki Won's conte, "Bokbuin", Park Wan Seo's short story, "Children of Paradise", "The People of Seoul", this study shows that bokbuin's pursuit was not hers alone; it was the collective pursuit with her husband for the enhancement of family finances. This stud y argue that the bokbuin embodied the thickly misogynistic climate of the 1970s that projected the chaotic rise of greed onto the woman.
