  • His study was started in the sense of examining the direction of nurturing calligraphy education professionals as the Act on Promotion of Calligraphy was enforced. The purpose of this study is to derive the direction of nurturing manpower in the calligraphy field, and to suggest a direction for nurturing professional manpower different from the existing Seodang-style and apprenticeship methods. To this end, we first looked at the current status of manpower in the calligraphy field through a fact-finding survey and prior research. As of March 2022, the overall status of the curriculum of the Department of Calligraphy at Korean universities was analyzed and its characteristics were examined. In this study, the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training and the direction of nurturing professional manpower through designated institutions were presented. For the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training, we selected an autonomous training method that enables training members to collaborate together to enhance the competency of participants. presented as Training and training for professional manpower through designated institutions Major . operation .   • 본 논문에서는 국내외 재난원인조사기관의 전문인력 교육 사례를 조사하여 조사인력의 전문적 역량을 확대하고 인력 수요에 부응할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 조사자료는 국립과학수사연구원, 안전보건공단, 한국시설안전공단, JNIOSH(일본) 등의 관계자 면접조사를 통해 수집하였다. 조사항목은 사고조사인원의 전문성 정도 및 확보 방안, 사고조사인원의 전문성을 위한 교육 여부/목적/내용/중점 방향/교육체계, 사고조사인원의 관련 자격증, 조사 전문인력의 역량 강화를 위한 전문교육 및 훈련 프로그램 등이다.

  • This study aims to identify the relationship between commitment to the profession and commitment to the organization, and the effect of professional development on the dual commitments to the organization and the profession. After establishing concepts through a literature review, the study designed a questionnaire survey in which 104 out of 135 (77.0%) record management field officials responded. This study provides a firm basis for urging the army to change its perception toward record management professionals' specialty and their commitment to the profession. Furthermore, this change will ultimately lead to a higher commitment to the organization.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the contents and problems of present education for safety education specialist and provide suggestions for improvement in the future by examining the current status of capacity building education for safe education specialist. Method: The analysis of current status was conducted based on the results of two training sessions on safety education specialists and the research on the actual condition was carried on targeting safety education specialists. Result: As a result of the research, most of the contents of education for safety education specialist are biased toward theory and lack of a systematic education system, resulting in that safety education tends to be field education and focuses on theory and audio-visual education. Safety education is not solved by theory, but can be maximized the effect through experience and practice to experience the real situation. Conclusion: Therefore, based on the results of this study, a method of ICT is proposed to utilize for safety education, so that safety education specialists can be provided with practical and effective safety education, which can be used at real safety field.

Glass ceiling in arts and culture professionals: Between J and R industries (문화예술분야 전문인력에 대한 유리천장효과 분석: J산업과 R산업 중심으로)

  • This study focuses on analyzing the glass ceiling effect in arts and culture professionals through the quintile decomposition applied to the RIF unconditional quantile regression and Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition technique. From the industrial viewpoint, we divide arts and culture professionals into cultural contents professionals(large category J industry) and arts professionals(large category R industry). For our analysis, we employ the pooling data of 'Wage Structure Survey' from 2009 to 2016. Our results are summarized as follows. First, as OLS wage decomposition showed that the gender wage gap among the arts professionals was lower than cultural contents professionals, but the discrimination portion of total gender wage gap was larger. Second, from quintile regression decompositions, the glass ceiling effects of two types of professionals showed different results. Cultural contents sector was observed with the "steady glass ceiling effect" as the portion of the discrimination was continuously increased, while the arts sector was observed with the "limited glass ceiling effect" as the discrimination had drastically increased in the 80s and 90s.

  • This paper is about a study on human resource management for information security in the age of information warfare. this study reviewed the current status of human security resource forces for information warfare and derived problems of current practices of various organizations. Based on the analysis of the current practices the author suggested several ideas for solving the problems various. The suggestions include 1) establishment of security manpower concept, 2) set-up of manpower requirement, ideas, 3) establishment of systematic educational system, 4) standardization, etc.

  • The Cyberspace of the Republic of Korea Army is continuously threatened by enemies. Means for responding to such cyber threats are ultimately Military information security professional personnel. Currently, however, there are only a handful of advanced information security professional persons in Republic of Korea Army, and a lack of systematic training is inadequate. Therefore, in this thesis, we surveyed the information security professional human resource policies of USA, UK, Israel, and Japan. In addition, the policy to train professional human resources specialized in defense cyber security, we proposed training of specialist talent of 4 steps and medium and long term plan, step-by-step training system sizing, introduction of certification system.

  • ESCO분야 전문 인력양성의 청사진을 ESCO협회(회장 유제인)가 그려내고 있다. 협회는 지난 1월 23일 서울산업대학교 인력양성센터(센터장 김래현)와 ESCO분야 인력양성과 교류를 위한 양해각서를 체결했다. 이번 협약으로 양기관은 ESCO 기술연구와 인력교육, 상호교류를 위한 다양한 사업을 추진할 계획이다. 이에 앞서 협회는 지난해 한국폴리텍1대학과도 인력양성을 위한 양해각서를 체결하는 등 ESCO분야 전문 인력양성에 적극 나서고 있다. 그 첫 사업이 진행된 서울산업대를 찾았다.
