Regarding the improvement of the dental specialist program, two related issues were reviewed extensively: (a) bill amending portions of the Medical Service Act as proposed by national assemblywomen Choi Yeong-hui (Democratic Party) and Chung Mi-gyeong (Grand National Party), and; (b) Plans to supplement the submitted bill. Although the existing bill's prospects in the assembly are unclear at this point, both the existing and planned supplementary bills zero in on two points: (a) specialists must focus on providing care only in their respective expertise, and; (b) a distinction between the roles played by the primary, secondary, and tertiary medical institutions must be made to help establish clearly the country's overall health care system. In addition, proposals were made for medical license renewal among specialists so that professionals can offer better health care to customers.

사회가 고령화, 초핵가족화 및 재난취약계층이 늘어나면서 요구호자에 대한 고품질 맞춤형서비스가 필요하게 되었고, 급성진환, 심뇌혈관 고위험 환자 및 자살 등 예방가능 사망률이 선진국에 비해 높음에 따라 신속하고 전문적인 구조 구급서비스가 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 응급환자가 발생하였을 때 병원 도착 전 환자의 정보를 이용하여 응급처치가 가능하도록 하고, 응급의료기관에서는 환자 진료준비를 사전에 할 수 갖출 수 있도록 하여 응급환자 진료의 효율성을 극대화하였다. 또한 사회적 인지도가 높은 119번호를 이용한 다양한 복합 응급신고 접수 시 유관기관과 통합적 대응체계를 구축하는 효율적 응급의료서비스 고도화 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to provide a basic data for architectural planning on the wards and special quality of physical remedy spaces of geriatrics hospital. This research, to analyse dependency degree of inpatients in geriatric hospital, shows relativeness between remedy space and wards, and to show behavior of each patients reaction to there space. Result of interviewed inpatients who were sorted by age, sex, dependency degree, and days in hospital, suitable space programming is to need for physical and mental state. On the bases of survey and analysis, the basic data for planning and design the hospital for the elderly with dementia has been proposed.

this study is aiming to obtain an index and a standard assessment which will help in forecasting circulation (critical movement-line) & behavior of pediatric out-patients for each sickness for future children's hospitals construction planning. The study above was based on the analytical results of ordinary disease types of child patients and the circulation of pediatric out-patients by each sickness, along with the comparison study on relationship between these analytical results and hospital facilities.

With its rapid modernization and unparalleled speed of aging, South Korea faces the need for dramatic increase in its supply of nursing homes. Among the spacial components of nursing homes, residential units are considered as an essential part because the older person in nursing homes usually spend most of their time in residential units and the nursing homes are mainly composed of various residential units. It is necessary, therefore, to prepare a guideline for the plan of residential units in order to design the healthy and efficient nursing homes. This paper has first identified the concept of residential unit and analyzed 66 cases in the 62 nursing homes from 4 countries. And 4 nursing homes in Korea have been surveyed for the in-depth study. On the basis of this analysis, architectural prototypes of residential units have been proposed and the architectural characteristics of them have been compared analytically.

According as the medical demands have been high, ward dept, in general Hospital become more specifying. One thing of its sample is Children ward in general Hospitals and Children's medical demand become increasing. Therefore, this study aims to represent the standard for the architectural planning of the children ward in general Hospital. For it, the present conditions and space programs of 4 general Hospitals were investigated, analyzed. And to present children ward's functional programs, plans of the 2 domestic children hospitals and foreign children hospitals were analyzed. Then one children ward in general hospital was selected, architectural remodeing process was performed by the whole those sources.

병원에서 사용되는 진단검사는 고가의 분석기를 사용하거나 육안으로 비교표와 확인해야한다. 또한 환자의 진단 기록과 근거가 유지되지 않는 문제가 있다. 이런 문제를 해결하고자 디지털 데이터화된 의료정보를 바탕으로 통합적인 진단검사 처리 환경을 제공하는 의료 정보처리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

선박에선 의료관리자가 선박 의약품의 처방 및 관리를 하고 있으며 이는 대부분 항해사로 지정된다. 항해사의 고유 업무와 전문의료지식 부족으로 의약품 관리가 체계적으로 이루어지지 않고 수기로 기록되는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 영상인식기반의 선박 의약품 종합 관리 시스템을 개발하여 의약품 관리를 자동화하고 의료관리자의 업무 효율성을 증가시키고자 한다. 시스템은 의약품 용기·포장지를 촬영한 영상으로부터 글자를 인식하는 OCR(Optical Character Recognition) 기술을 활용한 모듈, 바코드를 인식모듈, 사용자가 검색할 수 있는 모듈로 구성되어있으며 선박 의약품을 데이터베이스화하여 전산으로 관리할 수 있다. 또한 시스템을 통하여 의약품 재고 관리를 하거나 의약품의 사용법을 확인할 수 있다.

국내에서 다양한 규모와 종류의 화학사고가 지속 발생 중이며 이 중 초동대응 실패로 피해가 확산되는 경우도 발생하면서 이에 따른 화학사고 대응능력 향상에 대한 요구가 생기게 되었다. 그러나 이는 코로나 이전의 상황이며 2020년 이후에는 코로나 19로 인한 사회 여러 분야의 변화로 새로운 개념과 방법으로서 화학사고 대비와 안전에 있어 중요하게 고려할 사항이 생기게 되었다. 화학사고와 같은 특수 상황에 대비하여, 국가적으로 코로나 19 상황 하에서의 재난의료대응 인력에 대한 해당 재난 유형에 대한 교육훈련 프로그램 및 정책이 제공되어야 하며, 재난의료대응기관에서는 현장구조자 및 응급의료진 등 재난의료대응 전문 인력의 양성을 위한 코로나 19와 같은 신종 감염병을 대비한 상황 하에서의 지침 마련, 시스템 보완, 사전 교육이 시행되어야 한다.

e-Health system is the use of information and communication technologies to provide health care information and services to stakeholders. It pursues an improvement of service quality of health care, increases of accessability of information, reduction of medical cos and enforcement of competitiveness in health care industry. There are lots of difficulties in implication of internet technology to health care process. This is because that the characteristics of health care industry is very closed and specific and also the internet technology has the very user-oriented characters. So it is necessary to have the system independent conceptual design method to combine these two characteristics. In this paper a new modified conceptual design methodology will be proposed for the successful implementation of e-health system in korean health care industry. The proposed methodology will be verified its validity and feasibility through AHP method. And the results of this research will be implied as the basis for the development and revitalization of e-Health system in Korea.
