보사부는 전염병예방법시행규칙을 새로 제정하고 지난 8월 19일 자로 부령 제570호로 공포했다. 전염병예벙법이 작년 12월31일 개정ㆍ공포됨에 따라 전문24조 부칙으로 마련된 동시행규칙은 이날부터 시행에 들어갔는데 주요내용을 간추려 보면 다음과 같다.

본지에서는 이번호부터 일본의 의료제도와 병원경영에 대한 연재를 시작하고자 한다. 일본의 의료제도나 병원운영에 대하여 잘 알려진 것 같으나 막상 그 실체에 대하여 정확한 지식이 부족한 실정에서 우리나라의 의료에 직.간접으로 많은 영향을 주고 있는 일본의 의료제도의 전반에 대한 소개와 함께 현장에서 접한 일본병원계의 실상에 대한 상세한 정보는 우리 병원계에도 많은 참고가 되리라 믿는다. 연재를 맡아줄 남상요교수는 연세대학교 보건대학원을 졸업하고 1988년 도일하여 1993년 일본동경대학교에서 보건학 박사학위를 마친 후 동경대학교 보건관리 학교실 객원 연구원, 병원 종합컨설팅회사인 일본ITEC(주)연구원을 거쳐 1994년 귀국하여 현재 유한전문대학 의무행정과 교수로 재직하고 있다. 전공은 병원행정으로써 약 6년간 일본생활 중 일본 전국의 병원 및 의료관련 기관들을 방문하여 병원 운영에 관한 조사와 컨설팅업무에도 관여하였다. 의료료란 결국 한나라의 문화의 반영이라는 관점에서 직접 일본에서 생활하면서 느꼈던 의료를 포함한 사회,문화에 관한 기술은 독자 여러분의 흥미와 더불어 유익한 정보를 제공해 주리라 믿는다

This paper suggested that medical image database construction technique that generated and recognized from variable medical device and professional medical experts for the formalization and pattern extraction from informal medical images. And then we transformed informal image characteristics to digital data, and generated the meaningful pattern matching informations. Through this experienced works, so many related researchers can easily access the medical images database and use this formalized image informations on the variable fields.

South Korean law strictly prohibits engagement in medical activities by non-medical practitioners. In the country, tattooing is classified as a medical practice, and non-medical practitioners who engage in it are penalized because they are unauthorized to carry out this procedure. In reality, however, people rarely seek tattooing services from medical personnel. Arguing that their freedom of job selection is violated, non-medical personnel who make a living as tattoo artists reject the characterization of the procedure as a form of medical treatment and demand the decriminalization of tattooing by non-medical practitioners. Nevertheless, tattooing can cause health- and hygiene-related dangers when it is not performed by medical professionals because it involves penetration into the skin using needles. Hence, stringent management is necessary for infection prevention. The gap between reality and the law gives rise to the need for proactive thinking about the institutionalization of tattoo practice by non-medical personnel. Policymakers should reflect on the fact that only minimal tattooing services are currently performed by medical staff while also accounting for health and safety. On this basis, this study examined tattoo-related legislation in South Korea to determine whether the procedure corresponds to medical practice and identify ways to solve problems that occur from the perspective of health care. As a response that promotes safety and reflects reality, this research proposed a three-phase approach.

This paper is proposed that ontology_based Oriental Medicine Customer Relationship Management system is designed with existing OCS, EMR, ERP system for oriental medicine center of efficient customer information management and analysis. As using ontology technique, we support oriental medicine service at grade according to quality and healthy of the customer. Also we designed 4 kind oriental medicine customer relationship management system frame - customer management, public relations/marketing, service management, statistics/analysis - in the customer management process standardization through a medical expert system.

This study aims to further strengthen the medical expertise to offer specialized medical care specialization strategies to gain a competitive edge through the customer segmentation of the Regional Public Hospital. Investigation period was selected to study the inpatients 26,658 people January to December 2013. The method of analysis are Cluster analysis and Decision Tree Analysis. In conclusion, female, age over 60, and diseases in musculoskeletal system and connective tissue were commonly selected as identifiers of the target market of Regional Public Hospital. Customers in this target market are loyal to specialized medical service and keeping continuous relationship with these customers through communication and monitoring of results of provided medical service would be important because the effect of word of mouth propagated to other group of customers having equivalent scale of consumption is expected. And the concentration of the scope of medical service of Regional Public Hospital and the collaboration and mutual reliance of medical service under the strategic alliance with other institutions and private hospitals are also needed.

The validity of new building prototypes must be confirmed to support the design process for comparable future projects. This project invovled a post-occupancy study at a new women's health center that provides LDR/P (labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum). The study's objectives were to test whether the intentions of the designers were effectively executed, to provide feedback to the hospital about the new facility, and to provide design guidelines.
