It is required to be enhancement of competitiveness for specialty contractors' employees due to specialty contractors are in charge of the actual construction work. The effective educational program for specialty contractors' employees is essential to improve the work performance of them. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze level of work performance and find factors of core competence for specialty contractors' employees that can be utilized for development of effective educational program. The survey is based on CEO, Engineer and Manager in specialty contractors, and a questionnaire survey was performed to investigate the importance of job task, work load and degree of work difficulty as well as their core competence needs. The analysis result of this study can be utilized for development of effective educational program which is reflected the characteristics of specialty contractor's employees.

2011년 6월 '해상교통안전법'이 '해사안전법'으로 전부 개정된 후 진단시행지침의 전부 개정을 통해 선박안전기술공단 해사안전연구센터가 진단전문기관으로 지정되었다. 하지만 국가업무를 대행 또는 위탁하는 형식이 아닌 진단서에 대한 의견을 제시하는 수준으로 전문기관의 설립 및 역할이 불명확하여 정부의 예산지원이나 수수료 등의 징수 근거로 한계가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도로교통안전진단, 시설물안전진단, 환경영향평가 등 유사제도의 전문기관 운영현황을 분석한 결과, 법에서 전문기관의 존재 및 역할을 명확히 규정하여 정부의 예산지원이나 수수료 등 징수근거가 명확한 상태에서 전문기관의 역할을 수행하고 있으며, 담당 공무원의 업무 연속성 및 전문성 부재로 제도의 효율적 운영을 위해서는 전문기관의 역할 및 권한 확대와 더불어 진단기술관련 역량 강화를 통해 전문성 향상이 필요한 것으로 조사되었다. 향후과제로 안정적인 전문기관의 역할 수행을 위해 관련법령을 정비하여 전문기관의 설립 및 업무 위탁을 명확히 규정할 필요가 있다.

본 논문에서는 RPA 도구 개발 과정 중 자동화 및 데이터 전처리 기능을 이용한 양질의 데이터 추출 과정을 기술한다. 개발된 RPA 도구에서는 녹화 기능으로 자동화 기능을 향상시켰으며, 비대칭 데이터 변환 기능과 이상치 처리 기능을 통해 업무 생산효율 증가 및 휴먼에러 방지를 제공한다.

현재의 대부분의 기업에서는 효율적인 자원관리와 정보유통을 위해 그룹웨어 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 대부분의 그룹웨어 시스템에서는 전자결제, 정보공유, 문서관리의 기업일반적 또는 보편적 업무에 안는 시스템이 대부분이다. 따라서 각 기업에 맞는 전문적 업무지원을 위해서는 다른 추가 시스템 도입이 필요하며, 시스템 도입에 따른 비용이 발생된다. 본 논문에서는 선박업 관련 T컨설팅업체의 그룹웨어에 선박정보관리의 전문적 업무 지원이 가능하도록 설계, 구현하였으며 이 시스템은 추가 시스템 도입에 따른 비용발생과 자원낭비를 줄이고 기존 그룹웨어 시스템에 업무지원까지 가능하도록 통합한 형태의 시스템이다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of clinical nurses' emotional labor and professionalism, and verify the moderating effects of social support on nursing performance. A survey was conducted with 230 nurses working in general hospitals using self-reporting questionnaires in Seoul. It was found that the number of years in current department, professionalism, social support, and deep acting of emotional labor were affecting nursing performance. Social support perceived by clinical nurses moderates the deep acting of emotional labor and it positively influenced nursing performance. Results of this study indicate that nurse managers should focus on increasing nurses' professionalism and social support, and create working environments where nurses do more deep acting of emotional labor in order to increase nursing performance. This study contribute nurse managers to recognizing the impact of emotional labor, professionalism, and social support on nursing performance. Practical programs for increasing clinical nurses' professionalism, social support and decrease emotional labor is required to be developed in further research.

This study was conducted to identify differences in Practical Performance of Nurse between Comprehensive Nursing Care Service Ward and General Service Ward. The subjects of this study were 185 nurses from S hospital, Comprehensive Nursing Care service operating hospital, located in D city. This study used the measuring tool "Nursing Professionalism Scale" developed by Yoon etc(2005) and "Practical Performance Scale" developed by Lee etc(2005). The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression using SPSS 20.0 version. As a result of the study, Comprehensive Nursing Care Service Ward nurses have higher Nursing Professionalism than General Service Ward nurses. Also, Nursing Professionalism has an effect on improvement of Practical Performance on Both ward nurses. Therefore, the study can be applied to improve the Practical Performance of the nurses through the establishment of the Nursing Professionalism.

Today the paradigm of the financial services industry is shifting to mobile banking, and each financial company provides a variety of mobile banking services. Because of the innovation of mobile banking service, the Internet Only Bank has been launched recently. However, the actual number of users is far less than the number of subscribers. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the intention to use of Internet only banking service by applying Task-Technology Fit (TTF) theory. In order to carry out this research, we conducted a survey on the user of the Internet only banking services, tested the measurement validity/reliability analysis and derived structural equation model. The results indicate that there are significant correlations between technology characteristics and task-technology fit and between task-technology fit and continuance intention. The results of this study are expected to provide implications for securing and maintaining the users of Internet banking providers.

최근 고용 시장은 프리랜서 비율 상승과 근무 형태 다양화로 인해 변화하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 업무 관리 서비스는 여러 도구를 사용하는 불편함이 있다. 이 논문은 급여 유동성을 갖는 근무자를 대상으로, 캘린더, 메모 도구, 급여 계산기를 통합한 업무 관리 서비스를 제안한다. 이를 통해 한 플랫폼에서 업무 관리를 수행하고, 급여 계산과 기간별 급여 조회가 가능해진다. 또한 일정 공유, 채팅을 통한 의사소통과 자료 공유로 팀의 성과 향상을 기대할 수 있다. 더 나아가, 서비스의 확장 가능성과 추가 연구의 필요성도 언급하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a new curriculum for the department of library and information science of junior college. For this purpose, First, a literature study was done along with interviews with assistant librarians, second, a questionnaries survey was conducted among professors, library administrators and assistant librarians, and the survey data were analyzed by SAS packages. Results obtained by this study are as follows; 1) Work scope of assistant librarians will be consisted of conventional library works and automated library works. And it is anticipated that the library will be transformed into an electronic library in the futrue. 2) Curriculum of department library and information science of junior college is gradually changing focused on conventional subjects toward automation and computer oriented subjects. 3) Curriculum of department of library and information science of junior college should be focused on the workshop oriented education and electronic library related subjects such as electronic library workshop, information system, data fare theory information system information network workshop.

소방조직의 업무효율성과 이를 위한 직원 개개인의 업무수행능력의 검증과 확보라는 관점에서 업무에 있어서 요구되는 지식과 지침을 피드백 시켜 구성원에게 전달하고 적합한 방법을 통해 측정 및 평가함으로서 전문성의 고도화가 가능하게 된다. 본 연구는 이러한 관점에서 이미 실시하고 있는 소방관 전문자격 인증제도를 검토하여 우리나라의 적용 가능성을 검토함을 본 연구의 목적으로 한다.
