본 연구는 중소기업에서 실시하고 있는 S-OJT 프로그램 구성요인이 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하고 S-OJT프로그램의 효용성을 증진할 수 있는 구성요인과 실행방안을 연구할 목적으로 진행되었으며, 연구결과 S-OJT프로그램 구성요인은 교육훈련 성과에 영향을 미치며, 조직의 지원은 학습자의 특성과 무관하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학습동기가 낮은 경우, 교육훈련의 적절성과 환경에, 학습동기가 높은 경우에는 교육훈련의 훈련전문가의 역량이 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며. 학습자 스스로가 학습능력이 높다고 판단하는 경우는 교육훈련 내용의 적절성이 교육훈련 프로그램 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 S-OJT 실시에 있어 조직의 지원은 프로그램 성과에 긍정적인 기여효과가 있으며, 훈련전문가의 역량은 현업적용도, 직무성과를 높일 것이다. 아울러 훈련프로그램의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 학습자의 학습동기와 자기효능감을 높일 방안을 강구해야 한다고 볼 수 있다.

LNG 선박의 급증에 의한 승무원 심각한 부족현상에 대비하여, STCW의 전면 개정 등과 같은 IMO의 대응은 물론 각 국가에서도 승무원 양성을 위한 교육과정의 개설은 물론 관련 법제 정비 등으로 대응방안을 마련하고자 노력을 하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 국제해사대학연합과 한국해양대학교를 중심으로 한 아시아 LNG 교육훈련센터에서는 향후 국제무대에서 활약할 LNG 교육훈련강사를 양성하기 위한 전문과정을 추진하고 있다. 이 발표에서는 LNG 교육훈련 전문강사 과정의 개요를 살펴보고, 이러한 과정을 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 시뮬레이터의 활용방안에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.

Recently, the demand for LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) increases in our country and all over the world as well as building order for LNGC Because LNG is very dangerous cargo, the special know-how and attention for cargo handling to prevent an accident is required and big demand for deck officers in future is expected Thus, more specific and systematic education and training program by means of investigating the status of national LNGC officer's education and training. To accomplish this, IMO regulation and LNGC education program for Korea Institute of Maritime and Fisheries Technology, national shipping companies and Japanese T company were analyzed.

Psychotherapy supervision has long been regarded as a crucial component of psychotherapy education. Supervisory role is very important in supervision outcomes but the absence of and need for supervisor's education and training have continued to be emphasized. Supervisor's education and training can be used to better prepare and strengthen new professionals who serve in the supervisory role. This study reviewed on the literatures of supervisor's education and training, psychotherapy supervisor's development, and core competencies in supervision. As a result of this study, it introduced what supervisor should be trained. There were supervisor identity, ability to build supervisory relationship/alliance, ability to provide effective and summative feedback, knowledge of professional supervision and value of commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth. Also consensus has converged on the superordinate value of now crucial components in educating and training supervisors: didactic instruction and experiential practice. In conclusion, I discussed what should be considered in Korean supervisor's education and training and future research directions.

한국가스공사의 자회사로서 천연가스의 생산, 공급설비를 전문으로 취급하는 한국가스기술공업㈜는 지난 7년여동안 고도의 가스설비 전문기술력 배양을 위해 집중적 투자와 교육훈련을 실시해 왔으며, 기술경쟁력 강화와 경영혁신운동 추진으로 세계적인 에너지설비 기술서비스 기업으로 거듭나고자 한다. 더욱이 조명과 인버터에 치중해있던 ESCO사업 분야도 GHP와 CES로의 확장을 모색하는 등 발길이 분주하다.

For sustainable and responsible development of nanotechnology, the risk issues in nanomaterials must be properly addressed despite the lack of relevant knowledge and regulations. In this paper, 'Nanosmile' as an example of web-based tool for education and dialogue for the risk issues, is introduced. First developed at Atomic Energy Commissary (CEA) for in-house training, Nanosmile was integrated to European project NanoSafe2 in 2006 and evolved into an interactive website opening to the public at large. The feedback during the training process, perspectives and limitations of the website are also presented.

한국폴리텍대학 (Korea Polytechnics)은 지난 2006년 새로운 직업교육 패러다임과 미래지향적이며 역동적인 이미지, 한국을 대표하는 직업교육훈련기관이라는 개혁 의지로 새롭게 출발했다. 1968년 "중앙직업훈련원"으로 출발. 2006년 기능대학 및 직업전문학교 통폐합을 거쳐 현재 전국 35개 캠퍼스를 갖춘 대한민국 대표의 직업교육훈련기관이 되었다. 본지는 기능교육의 산실인 한국폴리텍대학의 전반적인 현황과 설비관련학과 교육현황에 대해 알아본다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a method of designing a systematic panel survey at the institutional level to lay the foundation for data-based decision-making using vocational training teachers and instructors as the population. In this study, the target population and sampling frame, which are the main elements necessary for planning a panel survey, are proposed. Also based on expert advice and empirical data analysis, the sampling unit and sampling method taking into account the outer and inner variables are presented, comprehensively considering the representativeness of data, the efficiency and sustainability of data collection. As a result of the study, with the unit of the panel as a vocational training institution, a two-stage stratified proportional sampling plan is proposed so that the institution selected as the panel and the vocational training teachers and instructors belonging to the institution can participate in the survey. Based on this, implications for the panel survey sample design are presented.

This study attempted to examine the effect of education and training on organizational performance based on HCCP research through the systematic review of previous studies. For this, 29 papers used HCCP data were selected and analyzed, and the research results are as follows. First, the research results showed that education and training had a positive effect on non-financial performance such as organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and financial performance such as sales and operating profit. Second, in order for education and training to affect organizational performance, job satisfaction, organizational culture, and education transfer were found to be important factors. Third, for effective transfer of education and training, it is necessary to establish a system that can be applied to the field after education and training, finally, it suggested the need for research to be conducted to reveal the practical effectiveness of education and training by measuring the degree to which education and training contributed to financial performance more closely.

Despite the increasing interest in cyber security in recent years, the emergence of new technologies has led to a shortage of professional personnel to efficiently perform the cyber security. Although various methods such as cyber rage are being used to cultivate cyber security experts, there are problems of limitation of virtual training system, scenario-based practice content development and operation, unit content-oriented development, and lack of consideration of learner level. In this paper, we develop a fuzzy rule-based user-customized training scenario automatic generation system for improving user's ability to respond to infringement. The proposed system creates and provides scenarios based on advanced persistent threats according to fuzzy rules. Thus, the proposed system can improve the trainee's ability to respond to the bed through the generated scenario.
