This research was designed to provide the materials helpful for art therapy education and art therapist training by exploring the intervention processes and professional competency factors of art therapists which facilitate therapeutic alliance through the art therapists' actual clinical experiences. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted with 9 art therapists, and analysis of the materials was divided into 5 sections and 41 categories using Consensus Qualitative Analysis (CQR). According to study results, the art therapist's intervention process for the promotion of therapeutic alliance signifies the structuralization of a safe environment through basic items of consideration for a therapeutic alliance and the three dimensions of its composition, and the art therapist's professional capacity interacts with the art therapists intervention factor to directly and indirectly affect the therapeutic alliance. Subsequently, it is essential for art therapists to reinforce their professional abilities relevant to conceptualizing unique individual cases with clinical problems, sufficient clinical experiences, the ability to utilize art as therapeutic treatment, and efforts to maintain professional capabilities for therapeutic purposes. The significance of this research lies in presenting the materials to be used in educating and training the art therapists by deriving the developmental tasks necessary for structuralizing the facilitation of the therapeutic alliance and strengthening the professional expertise of the art therapist.

최근 많은 미국 주정부에서는 재생 전기를 지원할 클린에너지기금을 조성하였다. 이 기금을 현재까지 조성했던 15개 주정부에서는 재생에너지 투자에 대해 1998년에서 2012년까지 35억달러를 조성할 예정이다. 이와 같은 현상은 재생에너지를 위한 진취적인 주정부에게는 새로운 경향이지만, 이 기금들의 초기경험을 보고하고, 공유하려는 노력은 거의 없었다. 클린에너지그룹과 제휴하고 있는 Berkeley 연구실은 이러한 클린에너지 기금의 사용에 대해 보고할 사례 연구를 시작했다. 이 연구의 주요한 목적은 정보의 추가적인 원천을 강조하고, 연락처를 확인하기 위해 주정부의(그리고 몇몇의 국제적인 사례) 클린에너지기름의 혁신적인 프로그램과 관리적인 실제에 대해 간단히 보고한다. 우리의 바람은 이 사례 연구가 새로이 확립된 클린에너지기금의 관리자들에게 유용하고, 신규로 클론에너지기금의 조성하려는 선봉적인 재생에너지 노력에 대한 학습에 관심을 가진 기금관리인에게 도움이 될 것이다라는 것이다. 새로운 몇 개의 사례 연구가 매년 추진될 것이다. 이번에 소개하는 사례는 매사추세츠 주정부의 그린빌딩프로그램으로 그린학교와 그린빌딩을 지원하기 위한 것이다(미 에너지부의 선도적인 클린에너지 기금 연구 보고서 중에서 발췌)

The purpose of this study is to suggest faculty status for academic librarians in Korea. This will assure the efficient use of academic librarians as human resources for university libraries. To do this, this study reviewed precedent literaturer. Also, the study looked at qualified academic librarians that could be endowed faculty status. Questionnaires were performed and opinions between professor groups and librarian groups were compared. On every question, the two groups responded positively although there were some differences in agreement level on the above questions. Endowing faculty status to academic librarians, who work in university libraries, acts as a motivation, will help to increase the ability of librarians, and increase service quality. This will eventually contribute developing better education and research.

본 연구의 목적은 정부의 R&D 지원사업에 참여하는 유형별 중소기업들의 R&D참여 요인에 관한 연구이다. 각 정부부처별 R&D 지원사업이 지역전략산업별, 뿌리기술전문기업, 부품소재기업등 특수 산업분야별, 다양한 형태로 운영되고 있으며, 각 기업에 보조금, 지원금 및 마케팅, 기획, 교육등의 다양한 지원이 이루어지고 있고 각 기업들 또한 이에 참여하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구는 이와 같은 정부 R&D지원사업의 참여요인 즉, 다양한 유형의 중소기업이 정부 R&D과제 참여에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 지에 대한 가설을 검증한다. 또한 기술적 성과인 R&D 참여강화와 기술역량 강화에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 가설을 검증한다. 이 분석결과를 통한 연구결과, 중소기업의 연구개발투자에 영향을 미치는 요인중 지역전략산업별, 뿌리기술전문기업, 부품소재기업등 특수 산업분야별등 기업유형에 따라 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다는 결과를 바탕으로 정부지원사업에 참여하는 유형별 중소기업들의 전략적 R&D참여를 위한 방향설정에 도움이 될 것이다.

스마트폰 애플리케이션 시장은 단기간 비약적인 성장을 거듭했다. 여러 각종 분야에서 애플리케이션 개발을 원하는 곳이 많아졌고 그만큼 앱 개발자들을 원하는 시장이 늘어나고 있다. 본 연구는 앱 개발을 도전하려는 1인 혹은 소규모 아마추어 개발자 입장에서 관련 실력을 효과적으로 늘릴 수 있는 방법을 제공하고 전반적인 애플리케이션 개발과 환경에 관한 유익한 정보들을 쉽게 접근함으로써 조금 더 애플리케이션 개발에 관심을 갖게 되는 계기가 될 것이다. 또한 본 연구의 게임 애플리케이션은 사용자들의 명시적 기억과 암묵적 기억 훈련에 도움을 줄 수 있도록 개발하였다.

현대에 이르러 개인의 힘으로는 해결하기 난해한 문제들이 갈수록 많아지고 있다. 따라서 문제를 해결하기 위한 정보의 유통 구조도 기존의 수직적이고 단방향적인 구조에서 수평적이고 양방향적인 구조로 변화하고 있다. 이에 맞추어 웹 2.0 플랫폼이 대두되었고 위키피디아, 지식 검색 등 집단의 힘을 빌려 문제를 해결하는 방법들이 주목을 받고 있다. 하지만 집단의 힘에 기대어 정보를 생산하는 것이 언제나 옳고 효율적이라고 말할 수 없다. 누구든 참여할 수 있다는 특징으로 인해 악용되는 부작용도 있을뿐더러 전문적인 의견이 필요한 영역의 경우에는 일반 지식의 힘이 도움이 못 되는 경우도 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대중들에게 쉽게 사용되고 있는 검색 사이트와 집단 지성의 대표 사례 중 하나인 위키 피디아를 통해 집단 지성의 힘이 충분히 발휘될 수 있는 문제의 영역에 대해 탐색하고자 한다.

상담은 '심리적 고통으로부터 벗어나 마음의 평화를 얻고자 하는 인간의 기본적인 욕구를 해결해주는 것'이라고 한다. 따라서 에이즈 상담은 에이즈에 대한 막연한 두려움과 공포를 지닌 피상담자와 자신이 에이즈에 감염되었을 지도 모른다는 심리적 고통 속에 있는 피상담자에게 필요한 정보나 도움을 줌으로써 이들의 고통을 덜어주는 것이라 생각한다. 또한 상담과정을 통해서 정확한 정보를 주고 에이즈에 대한 전반적인 교육을 함으로써 에이즈 예방효과도 얻을 수 있는 것이 에이즈상담의 궁극적인 목적이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 목적을 실현시킬 수 있는 에이즈 상담요원 양성을 위해서는 어떤 요소가 고려되어야 하며, 피상담자가 상담하고자 하는 내용에 효과적으로 대응하기 이해서는 어떤 교육내용으로 구성되어야 하는가에 대해 관련 기관에서 실시했던 에이즈교육 및 전문상담과정 현황을 소개하고 끝으로 발표자가 생각하는 에이즈 상담교육 내용 안을 자료로 제시하고자 한다.

This study believed that records could help 'strengthen identity' and that job archives could help provide pride and identity in one's job by preserving the history and culture of it. This study investigated whether building a librarian archive could help preserve records related to librarians, share experiences and knowledge among librarians, and confirm the history and identity of oneself and the group. In-depth interviews were conducted with librarians to examine what records should be included and what records could help strengthen the librarian's identity. As a result of the interview, various records related to the work of librarians were identified, and records related to the history of librarians were also confirmed. It was found that historical events related to librarians and library services provided by previous generations of librarians will help strengthen the identity of librarians. Thus, the Librarian Archive can help librarians reflect on themselves as librarians and decide on their own direction. This study presented a plan to build a librarian archive as a participatory archive through cooperation between institutions and communities. In this study, it was expected that through building a librarian archive, it would be possible to strengthen the professional identity of librarians, share the history of librarians, create a collective intelligence platform, efficiently process work, and improve the social status of libraries and librarians.

학술연구를 수행하는데 도움이 되는 중요한 정보 중의 하나는 학술연구자가 연구 중인 분야의 최신 논문에 대한 원문 정보와 이 논문이 실려 있는 학술지의 소장 정보라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 정보를 효과적으로 학술 연구자에게 제공하기 위해 첨단학술정보센터(Korea Research Information Center: KRIC)에서는 전문학술정보센터(Special Research Information Center: SRIC)로 지정된 대학도서관에서 구독하는 학술지에 게재된 논문에 대한 목록 데이터를 통합하는 학술지논문 종합목록 시스템을 구축 중이다. 이 시스템에서는 기존의 대학도서관에서 사용하고 있는 목록기술규칙인 MAEX(MAchine Readable Cataloging)대신 인터넷 기반의 디지털 도서관에 적합한 형태를 가지는 더블린 코아를 새로운 목록기술규칙으로 채택하였다. 이러한 더블린 코아를 사용하게 되면 목록자는 전문적인 교육 없이도 간편하게 새로운 목록을 작성할 수 있다. 학술지논문 종합목록이 구축되면 학술연구자들은 원하는 논문이 검색된 경우, 원문이 구축되어 있으면 인터넷을 통해 곧바로 원문을 볼 수 있고, 원문이 구축되어 있지 않다면 복사/팩스 서비스 시스템을 통해 원문을 제공받을 수 있게 된다.

교육은 준비, 발표, 적용, 복습 및 평가 순으로 이루어지고, 학습은 경험의 결과로 개인의 지각, 사고, 느낌, 행위의 방식에 의해 변화될 수 있다. 고로 초기 조종사를 양성하는 과정에서 교육과 학습은 안전문화 증진을 위한 매우 중요하다. 항공안전법에서 국내 조종사를 양성하기 위해 전문교육기관(ATO)을 국토교통부로부터 승인을 받아야 하고, 또한 항공안전관리시스템(SMS)도 승인받고 안전관리 활동이 의무화됐다. 조종사가 되기 위한 첫 관문인 학생조종사에게 국가 항공안전관리 정책 및 목표에 부합하도록 달성 가능한 수준의 항공 업무의 안전목표를 수립하고 그 구성원들이 학생조종사에게 안전문화를 형성할 수 있도록 효과적인 교육과 학습 방안을 마련해야 한다. 본 연구는 조종사양성 전문교육기관에서 교육을 받고 있는 학생조종사의 교육과 학습에 따른 단계별 안전의식을 알아보고, 학생조종사가 안전문화를 형성하는데 초기교육과 지속적인 교육을 통해 학습문화을 만들고 도움이 되는지 연구한다.
