Telemedicine is performed at a place far away from medical practice with physicians and patients by the means of communication appropriately. It will be identified in general the remote medical service to deliver the medical information and also defined as any action by interactive information communication technology. Medical services can be said to be fused as television, communication, computer, engineering of various technologies of information and communication applications. If doctors can not be reached due to distances away from the patient, Information technologies could be used to get medical information and to give expert advice provided by the system remotely. And it could be used patient care as well as medical administration, medical education, professional advice and consulting. In this paper, we take a look at the legal requirements of telemedicine for improving regulatory in the current law to investigate the matter.

Because telemedicine is also the medical care, it is limited by law to allow medical personnel only physician because there would cause a risk to health and hygiene. This study delves into acceptance on neural network machine translation (NMT) such as Google Translate and Papago that uses technical acceptance model. In conclusion, it turned out that perceived usefulness impacts translators' attitude towards NMT. In other words, if translators determine that NMT is related to their work and the quality of the deliverables is guaranteed, they were more positive towards it. Unlike the existing normative approach that translators feel threatened by NMT, empirical results tell us translators perceive NMT as a business tool and such perception was largely influenced by advices of their colleagues and friends and expectations for use.

일상생활동작(activities of daily living)을 주요 목적이자 치료 수단으로 사용하고 있는 작업치료사들이 그 활동 중의 하나인 성적 욕구의 표현(sexual expression)에 대해 체계적인 접근이 미진하다는 지적을 극복 하고자 본 연구가 계획되었다. 특히 만성 장애가 있는 65세 이상 연령층의 성생활에 대해 기술적으로 접근하는 방법을 고안하는 것은 상당한 임상적 의미를 부여 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 주된 목적은 관절염이 65세 이상의 미국인의 성생활에 미치는 영향과 대책에 대한 논의를 작업치료사의 입장에서 자연스럽게 유도하기 위한 질문내용을 고안하는데 있다. 본 연구자들은 광범위한 문헌연구를 바탕으로 7개항의 질문을 작성하여 10명의 노인학 전공 작업치료사들에게 비평을 의뢰하였다. 7명의 작업치료사들이 전문가로서의 세밀한 답변을 해주었고 그들은 공통적으로 일상생활 중의 하나인 성생활이 삶의 질을 향상시키는데 매우 중요한 역할을 함을 강조하였다. 이들 전문가들의 조언을 바탕으로 새로운 질문서가 완성되었다.

글로벌 경쟁체제의 도래와 국제적 분업화 및 현지화가 가속화 되어감에 따라 국내 기업이 공장을 해외로 이전하는 사례가 늘고 있다. 공장을 해외로 이전하는 것은 그 기업이 글로벌 기업으로 성장하고 있다는 것을 의미하기도 한다. 그러나 해외로 공장을 이전한 국내 제조기업들이 물류전문가나 물류기업과 같이 동반 진출을 하지 않아 물류부분에 대한 정보와 지원이 절실하게 느끼고 있는 실정이다. 글로벌 기업에게 있어 물류업체의 필요는 당연하다. 그렇다고, 단순히 물류대행서비스만 제공하는 물류업체는 국제적 경쟁력이 없다. 글로벌 기업에게는 글로벌 물류기업의 서비스가 필요하다. 해외공장의 부지 선정부터 원자재 조달, 생산, 판매에 이르는 국제적인 공급 및 판매망을 구축할 수 있도록 조언하는 물류업체가 바로 글로벌 물류기업이라 하겠다. 글로벌 물류기업으로 성장할 수 있는 기업은 국내에도 많다. 그중에서도 창업 13년만에 해외 10개 지점을 보유하면서 국내보다는 해외에서 더욱 널리 알려진 기업이 있다. 지난 2월 23일 창립 13주년을 맞이한 대승항운이 바로 그 회사다. 채명기 대승항운 대표이사는 이를 증명이라도 하듯이 해외 시장개척을 위해 국내보다는 해외에 거주하는 체류기간이 많을 정도다. 이에 국제적 물류기업으로 거듭난 성공비결을 채명기 대표이사로부터 들어본다.

The purpose of this study was to analyse undergraduate medical students' perception of the complementary and alternative medicine(CAM) and Korean medicine. A total of 409 undergraduate medical students participated in the survey. Methodologically, descriptive statistics, MANOVA and logistic regression analysis were conducted. First grade students had more positive perception of CAM and Korean medicine than others. There were no significant differences in the perception of CAM in terms of students' grade and gender(affective attitude, compatability, effectiveness, intention to adoption). However, there was gender difference in perception of Korean medicine. Also, the result showed that students' perception of effectiveness had influence whether they recognize CAM and Korean medicine as medicine or not. Based on results, this study suggest that medical school should develop the curriculum that improve students decision-making ability and critical capacity, especially for lower grades, so that stdents can give reasonable advice for patients' needs.

It has been reported that cerebral disease is the most leading to death as a single disease even though next to cancer in the most important cause of death in the country. Even if patients maintain a life without death, it will have to suffer from side effects such as hemiplegia and language disorders. In this paper, the symptoms and treatment of cerebral infarction cases are described through the medical dramas (The Third Hospital, The Brain) and movie (Amur). Even if there is the same stroke each drama or movie, depending on the previous history or current physical condition of the patient knew which treatment the law is different.

This research does focus on realization of customizing recommendation service that all of formal, or informal learning is accomplished at real time according to worker's current situation or business context corresponding with the individual ability and the learning progress at industry or education field. For this, we designed the customizing intelligent recommendation system based on compound knowledge that workers can listen to coaching advices at real time and to retrieve and recommend multidimensional relation easily. Also, we constructed the repository based on compound knowledge and process engine for efficient management of compound knowledge. In specific industry, expert solution or coaching service will be created using the knowledge which is accumulated in long-term.
