Quality Improvement Nurses' Experiences of Working for Healthcare Quality in Public Hospitals (공공병원 의료 질 관리 전담자의 의료 질 향상 활동 경험연구)

  • Purpose : To describe and understand the experience of QI (quality improvement) nurses related to the hospital QI activities in public general hospitals. Methods : Purposive sampling was conducted 10 QI nurses and who have QI work experience for more than 1 year. Data were collected through focus group interviews. Interviews were recorded, transcribed and analyzed with qualitative content analysis using Strauss and Corbin's methodology. Results : The core categories of experience with QI activities were 'the success and failure of the medical care and overall health service sector', 'the degree of activation of current QI activities', 'characteristics of public hospital QI activities', 'what is needed to activate future QI activities'. The key themes were derived as follows. 'Success of quality enhancement activities according to the characteristic of public hospitals', 'activation of public hospital QI activities through leadership and QI education', 'reorganizing the role of regional hospitals in public hospitals'. Conclusion : Physician participation is important in the success of QI activities in public hospital practice. To lead these physician participation, Sharing doctor's QI experience and providing the necessary knowledge in QI activities and helping their leadership in QI activities are needed. QI nurses at public hospitals should lead QI activities to improve national hospitals' care quality through cooperating with local hospitals.

  • 창원대학교 스마트융합 메카트로닉스 인력양성 사업단의 교육 목표는 1) 창조적 교육과정을 통한 지역거점 특성화, 2) 세계적인 수준의 경쟁력을 갖춘 기술 인력 양성, 3) 분석력, 창의력, 적응력 및 설계능력을 갖춘 능동적 기술인력 양성, 4) 시대의 환경변화를 선도하는 진취적 기술인력 양성, 5) 인재공급 및 취업률향상으로 정하였다. 이를 달성하기 위한 교육전략은 1) Major전문성(메카트로닉스심화, 공통실험교육 강화), 2) Global국제적감각(팀기반능력, 근접학문이해능력), 3) Creative지속성장 (Capstone Design, 현장적응교육)으로 정하였다. 따라서 메카트로닉스공통융합심화트랙 교육과정으로 기계, 전기전자제어, 신소재분야의 공통트랙으로 이론 30학점, 실험 6학점(16과목, 36학점)을 신설하여 운영하였다. 수강지도를 통한 교차이수권장 학생들의 자율선택기반을 조성하고, 현장적응교육, 캡스톤 디자인 2과목 7학점을 수강하도록 하였다. 학생의 본인주도 학습권을 인정하여 2학년 진학 시 학생본인직접 100% 자기 전공 선택 기회 제공하는 구조조정을 실하고, 타 전공 관련정보 상호교류, 학문간 통합교육, 조직의 유연성확보가 가능하도록 하였다. 교과목(정규/비정규)개편을 통해 개선된 현장 실무 형 내실화 교육의 실시하여 취업률을 향상시켰다. 따라서 창원대학교 신소재공학부는 기계, 전기전자에 관련된 기본소양을 의무적으로 학습하기 때문에 메카트로닉스 분야에서 필요한 신소재공학도를 육성하는 기반을 마련하였다.

  • The user interface design needs to support the complex interactions between human and computers. It also requires comprehensive knowledges many areas to collect customer's requirements and negotiate with them. The user interface designer needs to be a graphic expert, requirement analyst, system designer, programmer, technical expert, social activity scientist, and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to research on an designing methodology of user interface for satisfying various expertise areas. In the paper, We propose the 4 business event's abstract object visualizing phases such as fold abstract object modeling, task abstract object modeling, transaction abstract object modeling, and form abstract object modeling. As a result, this modeling method allows us to enhance visual cohesion of UI, and help unskilled designer to can develope the higy-qualified user interface.

  • This research was conducted to evaluate economic & non-economic performance of the National Authorization System of Private Qualification. After the Private Qualifications had the National Authorization, acquisitors have been helped related to the job-seeking compare to private certification's acquisitors, but promotion and wage of acquisitors were not about economic performance. Non-economic performance was lowed like satisfaction of job and improvement of special competence. However fear of current employment have been relieve throughout national authorization.

  • Aims of subject specialist librarian's education is an improvement of their professionalism which could reinforce librarians' ability to achieve their speciality. The curriculum should be competency based one which could gain knowledge and skills to accomplish subject librarian services. The study aims to suggest competency based curriculum that is needed for specialist librarian's work. The study proposes six educational courses and fifteen subjects. Six courses are as followings: resource development, information services, library marketing, user education, subject research, and library administration.

기획홍보_2010 우수종계장 - 종축 능력 향상을 위한 종합평가제 실시

  • 종축업 등록제 시행으로 종계장은 큰 폰 증가했지만, 과거 허가제였던 종축업에 대한 법적 자율성을 부여하기 위해 등록제로 전환되면서 영세한 농가들의 참여로 전문성이 떨어지고, 질병에 노출되면서 생산성이 하락하는 결과를 낳았다. 총 509 농가 종계장 가운데 등록종계장은 373 개소 (73.3%)와 미등록종계장중 육성전문농장은 25개소 (4.9%), 성계사육농장은 111개소 (21.8%)를 차지하면서 (2010년 2월 기준) 종계시육시설이 노후화되거나 미비한 농가에 대한 정부차원의 관리가 이루어지지 않는 것이 현실이다. 정부는 국내 양계산업 생산성을 높이기 위한 방안으로 종축장의 위생수준과 종축 능력 향상을 위해 지난해 종돈장에 이어 올해 초 종계장을 대상으로 '우수종계장 종합평가사업'을 진행했다. 주최 농림수산식품부, 주관 국립축산과학원, 시행기관은 종축개량협회(종돈)와 대한양계협회(종계)에서 진행한 이번 사업은 우수농장을 꼽아 시설 및 운영자금에 대한 인센티브를 제공해 1차 산업의 전문화와 청정화를 가속화해 종계장간의 자율경쟁을 유도할 뿐만 아니라 종계장 평가를 통해 양계농가에 종계 선택 지표를 제공한다는 계획이다. 지난해 말부터 대한양계협회를 비롯해 국립축산과학원, 국립수의과학검역원, 한국계육협회, 농협중앙회에서는 신청한 농가를 대상으로 평가에 참여한 32개 농가 중 서류심사를 통과한 16개 농가를 대상으로 실사위원이 현지 점검을 통해 지난 3월 19일 총 7개의 우수종계장을 선발했다. 본지를 통해 종계장의 평가기준에 따라 현장 실시를 통해 선정된 총7개소 농장을 소개해 농가 선택지표에 도움을 주고자 소개하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문은 인공지능 메이커 교육과 관련한 요소를 논문 네트워크 키워드 분석과 다양한 빅데이터를 종합하여 핵심용어를 선정 후 인공지능 메이커 교육을 시스템 다이내믹스의 Vensim프로그램으로 인과지도(Casual Loop Diagramming)를 구조분석(모델의 구조)하여 예측 결과를 토대로 향후 미래 상황 추출 및 정책 결정 연구에 영향을 기여한다. 연구 결과 인공지능 교육 정책은 추후 인공지능 교육과 메이커 교육을 융합한 교육 관련 산업이 증대할 것으로 예측되며 교육 경쟁력 향상과 창의적 인재 양성, OTT를 이용한 인공지능 교육 콘텐츠 향상으로 학습에 활용성이 증대하게 된다. 또한 인공지능 교육 정책은 프로그래밍 교육으로 연결되어 성장기 학습자들의 사고력과 정서 발달에 도움 되며 다양한 교재 및 기기 등장으로 인한 학습에 다양성 역시 증가할 것으로 예측된다. 학교 차원에서는 교수·연구 지원 활동이 증가하여 수업 전문성을 가진 교사가 늘어나 학교 교육의 질은 확대되고 학부모는 인공지능 교육 정책에 긍정적으로 된다. 시스템 다이내믹스는 구조가 형태를 결정짓는다는 세계관에 기초하여 피드백 루프와 동태적 형태 유형을 파악하며 다양한 가능성이 존재하게 된다. 이는 추후 다양한 연구를 통해 인공지능 교육 정책 인과지도의 확대로 연결될 수 있음을 암시하며 본 논문을 통해 인공지능 교육 연구 확산에 시발점이 되었으면 한다.

Research on Pre-service Teacher Education Through Understanding of Conic Sections in Non-Endidean Geometry (비유클리드 기하학에서 이차곡선의 이해를 통한 예비교사교육)

  • We consider how a pre-service teacher can understand and utilize various concepts of Euclidean geometry by learning conic sections using mathematical definitions in non-Euclidean geometry. In a third-grade class of D University, we used mathematical definitions to demonstrate that learning conic sections in non-Euclidean space, such as taxicab geometry and Minkowski distance space, can aid pre-service teachers by enhancing their ability to acquire and accept new geometric concepts. As a result, learning conic sections using mathematical definitions in taxicab geometry and Minkowski distance space is expected to contribute to enhancing the education of pre-service teachers for Euclidean geometry expertise by fostering creative and flexible thinking.

A Preliminary Study for the Superivsion of Pre-service Mathematics Teachers (중등수학 예비교사 수업장학 실태 및 요구 조사 연구)

  • This study aims to provide answers to two questions regarding the supervision of pre-service mathematics teachers: 'Who should carry out the work of supervision?' and 'How can it most skillfully be done?' The answer to the first question seems to be that, for a variety of reasons, university teachers and mentors appear best suited to do the supervision in a cooperative relationship with pre-service teachers. The assumption that seems to underlie the collaborative supervision is that field-based experiences are necessary and useful components of professional development in pre-service teacher preparation programs. With respect to the second question, it is suggested that a non-judgemental approach should be considered, along with strategies and techniques for judgemental supervision, as a way to make math teacher supervision more meaningful and helpful for the improvement of teaching and long-term professional development. It is hoped that a continued exploration of models of teacher supervision and evaluation of their effectiveness will help pre-service math teachers, supervisors and mentors learn more about teaching and improve their own teaching.

Collaborative Management of the Joint Homeroom Teacher System with Two Regular Teachers at Early Childhood Education Institutions (유아교육기관에서 정교사 2인 공동담임체제의 협력적 운영)

  • This study set out to investigate the joint homeroom teacher system with two regular teachers at early childhood education institutions in a realistic manner, thus contributing to its application to the field, establishing a system of teachers with professionalism, and providing basic data to create and manage the collaborative capabilities of teachers. For these purposes, the investigator collected and analyzed data from 13 semi-structured individual and group interviews with 16 teachers at K Kindergarten in Gyeonggi Province, eight field observations, and four participant observations for about three months from April to July, 2017. The data were analyzed in the stages of qualitative data analysis involving keyword categories, classification, and discovery of sub-themes. Based on the findings, the study categorized the collaborative management of the joint homeroom teacher system with two regular teachers into "job performance," "difficulties," "institutional supports" and "changes." These findings lead to an expectation that the introduction of the joint homeroom teacher system with two regular teachers will establish a foundation for higher quality of education through the process and changes of collaborative management between two teachers with professionalism.
