기술의 상업화를 추구하는 기술이전 활동의 참여자는 그 역할과 개인적 특성에 따라 다양한 목적을 가진다. 본 논문은 이러한 참여자들의 역할의 차이가 기술이전 및 상업화의 성공에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 기술이전의 활성화에 관련된 정책적 시사점을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 먼저, 기술이전 및 상업화의 성공에 영향을 미치는 갈등 요인을 분석하기 위하여 기술이전 참여자를 중심으로 기술이전 과정에서의 참여 범위 및 권한에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 기술이전참여자는 크게 공공연구소, 대학 등지에서 활동 중인 연구 개발 담당자, 기술이전기여자, 기술도입자 이렇게 세 부류로 구분하였으며, 연구개발 담당자는 다시 연구개발자와 연구개발책임자의 입장으로 나누어서 조사하였다. 또한 이러한 기준으로 분류된 참여자 간의 갈등의 유형을 다시 개인내의 갈등, 개인간의 갈등, 개인과 조직 간의 갈등, 조직 간의 갈등으로 구분하여 각 갈등 유형의 원인에 대해 인터뷰 형식으로 정보를 수집하였다. 설문지와 인터뷰를 위한 질문지는 문헌 조사 및 전문가와의 토론을 거쳐 완성되었으며 응답자는 하나의 기술이전 및 상업화 과정에 관련된 여러 주체들을 최소 설문단위로 묶어 선정하였다. 그리고 이에 대한 결과는 각 갈등의 원인에 대한 참여자의 유형 간의 편차를 보기 위하여 분산 분석(Z-Test)으로 해석하였다.

Interest in smart parks has been increasing due to the recent rapid rise of smart cities, but concerns are growing over the development of technology-oriented smart parks. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relative importance of park services through Focus Group Interviews and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to develop user-oriented smart parks in the future. To this end, literature on park functions and services was reviewed, and interviews with experts in the field of landscape architecture and IT were conducted to derive service items. The AHP model consisted of four values, and 15 park services were established and used to survey 38 landscape experts. As a result, services for improving the park's essential functions, such as contact with nature, relaxation, and exercise-walking, were deemed important. Services related to the environment and safety in response to climate change, such as the amelioration of pollution and heatwaves were also high. The importance of social integration services was relatively low, but it was considered an important service to when enhancing community participation. Future smart parks should enhance the health benefits of contact with nature rather than implementing excessive artificial facilities and technology. Additionally, smart technology will need to be applied based on users' needs while reflecting local characteristics. Efforts should be made to enhance user intimacy and improve the understanding of smart parks by strengthening public relations education.

공작기계부품 가공을 위한 공정표는 가공공정, 공정별 도면 분할, 가공기계 등을 결정하는 공정계획과 한 공정에 대하여 가공방법, 가공공구, 절삭조건, 공수등을 결정하는 작업계획을 통하여 발행된다. 작업계획에서 가공방법과 가공공구의 결정은 절삭조건과 공수에 영향을 주는 중요한 요소이다. 기존의 연구에서는 가공방법과 가공공구를 결정하기 위해 전문가 시스템 쉘(expert system shell)이용한 사례가 많았다. 이 경우, 지식 베이스(knowledge base) 의 구축에 많은 시간이 소요되고, 지식이 변했을 때 수정의 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 표준화되지 않아 변경의 소지가 많은 가공방법과 가공공구 결정에 뉴럴 네트워크(neural network)의 한 종류인 백 프로퍼게이션 (back propagation) 학습 모델을 이용했다. 공정계획 후 분할된 공정별 도면으로부 터 크기 및 정밀도 등과 같은 특징형상(feature) 정보를 추출한 후, 특징형상 의 종류와 크기, 치수공차, 기하공차, 거칠기 등을 입력하여 가공방법 및 가 공공구가 출력되도록 학습패턴을 설정하여 학습시켰다. 학습패턴은 공정설계 전문가와 인터뷰하는 방법과 작업계획 과정을 분석하는 방법을 통하여 설정 했다. 백 프로퍼게이션 모델을 통하여 학습시킨 결과, 학습시킨대로 정확한 가공방법 및 가공공구를 결정할 수 있었다.

일본, 중국, 대만 등 중화권 국가에 집중되어 있는 한류 콘텐츠의 저변을 확대하기 위해, 해외 각국 방송사의 프로그램 유통전문가 혹은 배급사의 외화 프로그램 수입담당자를 대상으로 전문가 심층인터뷰를 실시했다. 연구결과. 대체적으로 한국 다큐멘터리에 대한 평가가 높았으며, 한국 콘텐츠의 장점으로 우수한 품질, 탄탄한 스토리 라인, 감성적인 이야기 구성 등을 들었다. 앞으로 신규시장에 진출하기 위해서는 각 지역에 맞는 외국어 더빙 서비스. 현자 국가와의 공동제작 등이 필요한 것으로 평가됐다.

서비스 디자인 기법은 사용자에게 만족도 높은 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 객관적이고 효과적인 방법 중 하나로, 본 고에서는 사용자 경험을 바탕으로 고객 여정 맵(Customer Journey Map) 기법을 적용하여 스마트 ICT 올림픽 서비스 디자인 사례를 제시한다. 고객 여정 맵 기반의 서비스 디자인 절차는 이해당사자(선수단)를 대상으로 한 조사단계, 조사 결과 분석을 통한 서비스 전략 및 컨셉 도출단계, 서비스 기획을 통한 서비스 제안단계 및 서비스 실행단계로 구성된다. 본 고에서는 스마트 ICT 올림픽 서비스 디자인을 위해 선수단 전문가 그룹의 심층인터뷰를 통해 여정 별 사용자 욕구(Needs)를 분석하였고, ICT 기술 중심의 올림픽 서비스 목록을 대상으로 사용자 욕구를 매핑하였다. 분석 결과 선수단 전문가 그룹은 이동 편의성, 최신정보 및 운영센터와의 커뮤니케이션 그리고 선수단 커뮤니티 및 문화체험 정보 등 3개 부문에 대한 욕구가 컸으며, 이를 기반으로 스마트 ICT 올림픽 서비스 목록을 도출하였다.

본 연구에서는 공과대학 여대생들을 대상으로 진로를 지도하는 학과 교수들을 지원하기 위하여 진로지도 가이드라인을 개발하였다. 현황을 파악하고 가이드라인을 도출하기 위하여 7명의 공과대학 교수로 구성된 전문가그룹을 대상으로 초점집단인터뷰(FGI: Focus Group Interview)를 실시하였다. 분석한 결과, 공과대학 여대생들에게는 효능감 향상, 전공역량 강화, 실무역량 증진, 기초역량 함양, 구체적인 취업정보 안내가 요구되는 것으로 나타났으며, 분석결과는 가이드라인의 5대 설계요소로 활용되었다. 이를 바탕으로 학년별 지도 항목과 5대 요소를 체크하고 피드백하며, 실제 진로지도에서 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 활용양식을 제안하였다. 2회의 전문가회의를 거쳐 가이드라인과 활용양식의 타당도를 검증하고 수정 보완하였다. 마지막으로 가이드라인이 잘 활용될 수 있는 방안을 제언하였다.

본 논문은 이러한 국가중요시설에서의 드론테러 위협과 대응실태를 분석하여 문제점을 도출함으로써 안티드론시스템을 실효적으로 활용하기 위한 법·제도적 발전방안을 제시하는 데에 연구의 목적으로 두었다. 연구방법은 질적연구방법으로서 기존 선행연구논문, 정책자료 등에서 다루지 못한 다양한 문제점들을 전문가 심층면담을 통해 분석하였다. 심층면담을 위한 연구참여자는 국내 안티드론 및 테러분야 전문가 16명을 선정하여 반구조화 인터뷰 12개 문항을 토대로 진행하였다. 연구결과 현재 우리나라 국가중요시설 드론테러에 대해 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서 선행되어야 할 4 가지 문제점에 대한 개선사항이 식별되었다.

This study aims to analyze the types of college admission that should be strengthened or reflected in universities and to suggest the direction of entrance examination by identifying the actual implementation of the literature-science integrated 2015 revised national curriculum. In order to do so, in-depth interviews on the current state were executed to five curriculum experts. As a result of the interview, it was found that the introduction and adoption of clear admission types look into the inner side of high school life are necessary. Also, it is required to establish specific criteria for student selection expand in-depth interviews related to learning activities in high school, strengthen evaluation competence of admission staffs and recruit more evaluation personnel. In addition, in order to revitalize the 2015 revised curriculum, it is necessary to evaluate how many subjects, especially in career-related subjects, students have taken in order to expand the school record-focused system. For this, it is required to extract evaluation elements and criteria of universities that can grasp continuous and active role performance, and to design a typical design that can objectively judge them. This study can contribute to the settlement of the selection process that can revitalize public education. And it is expected that the selection of the talents desired by the university will be used as a possible basic data.

This study was an exploratory study to identify the discomfort of using multicultural terms. The contents of the study included exploration of prior research, analysis of news articles, and in-depth interview with field experts. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, five multicultural terms such as 'multiculturalism', 'multicultural society', 'multicultural education', '다문화가족' and '다문화가정' were extracted from exploration of prior research. Second, as a result of news analysis, 'multiculturalism' mainly appeared in the early 2000s and has been rapidly decreasing since 2006, and 'multicultural society' and 'multicultural education' have been steadily written. In contrast, '다문화가족' and '다문화가정', which first appeared in 2003 and 2004, have exceeded 80% of multicultural news articles since 2009. Third, regarding multicultural terms, the study participants were well aware of '다문화가족' and '다문화가정', and little knew of 'multiculturalism'. In an interview conducted before learning multicultural terms, '다문화가족' and '다문화가정' were recognized as familiar but uncomfortable and distinguishing terms. And 'multiculturalism', 'multicultural society', and 'multicultural education' were recognized as abstract and unfamiliar terms. In an interview conducted after learning about multicultural terms, the study participants expressed confusion about the mixed use of multicultural terms with different meanings and recognized the need for clarification.
